क्या हिन्दु नेताओं की सारी राजनीति बच्चे पैदा करने की होड़ तक ही सीमित हो गयी है? पैदा होने वाले के भविष्य और देश की अर्थ व्यवस्था पर उस के दुष्प्रभाव से उनका कोई मतलब नहीं है.
वस्तुत: १९७७ में इन्दिरा गान्धी की अकल्पनीय पराजय के बाद हमारे नेताओं की,देश हित में, प्रभावी निर्णय लेने की हिम्मत ही जबाब दे गयी है. अब तो हालत सम्प्रदायों के नेताओं पटाने तक सीमित हो गयी है. क्यों नही सरकार य कानून पास करती इस कानून के पास होने की तिथि के बाद जिस किसी दम्पति के दो से अधिक बच्चे होंगे, उनके परिवार को राज्य की ओर से मिलने वाली कोई भी सुविधा, अनुमन्य नहीं होगी. राशन कार्ड, गैस सब्सिडी, या जो भी सुविधा वर्तमान में अनुमन्य है बन्द.. असर होगा भाई! कर के तो देखो. नहीं तो बढ़्ती आबादी अपना ही नहीं पूरे देश का भी भट्टा बैठा देगी.

गौरतलब आहे, हिंदुत्ववादी आणि जातीयवाद्यांच्या धमक्या आणि सातत्याने होणाऱ्या अपमानाला कंटाळून प्रसिद्ध तामिळ लेखक पेरुमल मुरुगनयांनी लिखाणच सोडून देण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे।
गौरतलब है कि बलि अतिवादी हिंदू संगठनों की धमकियों से तंग आकर दक्षिण भारत के एक लेखक ने लिखने का काम छोड़ दिया है। इतना ही नहीं, इस लेखक ने अपने सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट फेसबुक वॉल पर लिख दिया है कि उनकी मौत हो गई है।
गौरतलब है कि अंग्रेजी अखबार इंडियन एक्सप्रेस के मुताबिक 48 साल के लेखक पेरुमल मुरुगनने अपने फेसबुक वॉल पर लिखा है, "लेखक पेरुमल मुरुगननहीं रहा। वो भगवान नहीं है। इसलिए वो दोबारा लिखना नहीं शुरू करेगा। अब सिर्फ एक शिक्षक पी मुरुगनजिंदा रहेगा।"
गौरतलब है कि कुछ हिंदू संगठनों के विरोध का सामना कर रहे तमिल उपन्यास "मधोरुबगन" की सभी प्रतियां प्रकाशक ने वापस ले ली हैं। साथ ही आश्वासन दिया कि लेखक पेरुमल मुरुगनका ये उपन्यास कुछ विवादास्पद अंश हटाने के बाद ही बाजार में बिकेगा। विवादास्पद तमिल उपन्यास "मधोरुबगन" के प्रकाशक कला चुवादु के कन्नन सुंदरम ने बताया कि लेखक ने जिन अंशों को हटाने का वादा किया है उसे हटाने के बाद ही वह इस उपन्यास को ब्रिकी के लिए लाएंगे। इस तमिल उपन्यास को सबसे पहले 2010 में प्रकाशित किया गया था।
तमिल साहित्य के मशहूर लेखक पेरुमल मुरुगन(48 साल) ने सोमवार रात को अपनी फेसबुक वॉल पर एक सूइसाइड नोट लिखा। नोट में लिखा है, "लेखक पी. मुरुगनकी मौत हो चुकी है। वह भगवान नहीं है। वह फिर नहीं आएगा। इसलिए अब सिर्फ पी. मुरुगन, एक शिक्षक जिंदा है।" नोट में उन सभी लोगों का शुक्रिया अदा किया गया है जिन्होंने अभिव्यक्ति की आजादी और उनके उपन्यास का समर्थन किया है। नोट में पब्लिशर्स से अपील की गई है कि वह उनके उपन्यास को न बेचें, साथ ही वादा किया गया है कि उनके घाटे की भारपाई की जाएगी। पाठकों को सलाह दी गई है कि वे उपन्यास की प्रतियों को जला दें।

मतबल यह कि हम न रंग कर्म और ना कला की किसी विधा में परफरमांस को आत्ममैथुन माने हैं।
हमें तो प्राध्यापक सुरेश शर्मा जी के बिजी हो जाने के बाद हबीब तनवीर प्रेक्षागृह, महात्मा गांधी अतंरराष्ट्रीय विश्वविद्यालय में कला और सामाजिक चेतना विषय गोष्ठी में अध्यक्ष बना दिया ठैरा।

हम तो माटी को तरसै हैं और गोबरगंध भूल गये हैं।देहवा डिओड्रेंट भयो।

वीरेनदा को कल रात से रिंगाये रहे हैं।
वे लिहाफ ओढ़े आलसी महाजन बने बैठे। सुबह यानी कि जब हम आंखि चियार रहीं,हकबकाय अखबार बांचे रहै तो सुबह है।
आजोकाल एक मुश्किल अच्छे दिनों की अजीब है।
दफ्तर आने जाने में वक्त भौत जाया होता है।
दिल्ली रोड मुंबई रोड दोनों पार करके दप्तर से आना जाना।
कल हमारे घर के पास जो सोदपुर रेलवे स्टेशन लांघने को फ्लाईओवर है,उसके बीचोंबीच जोड़ इंसाान फर्राटा मराकर मोटर साईकिल दौड़ाते दौड़ाते ट्रक के नीच कुचले हैं।तो तुरंत यह लाइफ लाइन बंद।
56 नंबर की बस सीधे दिल्ली रोड कनेक्टर तक फेंक कर हावड़ा निकल जाती है बेलुड़ होकर। ब्रिजवा के मुखवा वो मुड़कर निकली तो जल्दी जल्दी दफ्तर पहुंच खातिर हम उमा बइठ गये।दो किमी को चक्कर लगाकर रेलवे क्रासिंग,फेर बीटी रोड।
रेलवे क्रासिंग पर जाकर देखा कुलै ट्रैफिक वहीं फंस गया।कुलै ट्राफिक जाम।
मौसम बेमौसम विकास का जलवा यह कि रस्ता सारा खन दिया।
न आगे और न पीछे जा सके।
झख मारकर पैदल बीटी रोड जाकर डनलपके लिए गिरजा से बस पकड़े तो वे सोदपुर चौराहे तक पहुंचकर बंद हो गयी।
आगे रास्ता फिर जाम।
रात के नौ बज गये तो बीटी रोज से बड़ा पाव लेकर सविताबाबू के दरबार में वापस लौट आये।फिर आसन जमाकर बइठ गये पीसी के सामने।
बीचों में फंसे रहे तो क्या करें,ममझना मुश्किल है।
इधर दीदी कटघरे में हैं।
जाड़ों में मुकुल पतझड़ हो गयो तो अब केसरिया ब्रिगेड बंगाल दखल को मुस्तैद है।

डाक्टर ने लेकिन दिलासा दिया कि शुगर बढ़ने में फाल्ट हमारा नहीं है।उनने जो नयी दवा मंहगी लिख मारी ,उ बेकार है।
हम तो गिनिपिग बन गइलन।
फेर नयी दवा लिख दी।
डाक्टर फुरसत में थे।बचपन के किस्से बताने लगे तो हमउ बतियाने लगे।
फीस न दी।
लौटने लगे तो असिस्टेंट ने धर लिया,फीस तो देते जाओ।
सुबह वीरेनदा को फोन लगाया तो भाभी ने पकड़ा।
उनने कहा कि ददा बाथरूम में है।
हम तनिको दुकान वुकान हो आये कि ददा का फोनवा आ गया।
बोले कि मकर संक्रांति है।काक स्नान है।
बोले कि पहाड़ों में घुघुति पर्वहै औरबागेश्वर में उतरैनीका मेला शुरु हुआ है।
कोलकाता में भी गंगासागर मेला चल रहा है,हम जानै है।
पिछले तेइस साल से न जाने किस साध्वी के प्रेम में फसे अपने जयनारायण इस बार बिना बीमार हुए लगातार वहीं डेरा बांधे हैं और एकोबार नहाया नहीं है।
इसबार भी उसका तंबू वहीं लगा है।

और तीसरका ताजा भूत चरणदास चोर,वहीं चेतराम का जीव।

हम बोले कुछो नाय समझे।
हमने उनको समझाया कि अनेकों जिंदा भूतों के फेर में हूं।रंग चौपालों में फस गया हूं।रंगकर्मियों के मेले में भटक गया हूं।
निसार अली तो जिंदा भूत होइबे करै हैं।
ससुरो परफार्मेंस से दिलोदिमाग का नोटबोल्टवा ढीलौ छोड़ दिया है।

लोक तो वैसे भी खिचड़ी है।परोसने की रस्म कोई पंडिताउ ना है।

Meanwhile,TMC general secretary Mukul Roy, who was asked by CBI to appear before it in connection with Saradha chitfund probe has again left for the capital today.
"I am the general secretary of All India Trinamool Congress. I am going to sit at my office in Delhi," he told reporters before his departure today.
After returning here yesterday he had said, "I was in Delhi. I have come back. I will contact them (CBI). I will certainly inform when and what time I will go.I will certainly inform when and what time I will go. I will also talk to our party leadership."
Roy had sought 15 days extension of time to appear before the central agency in connection with the Saradha chit fund scam probe yesterday.
Speaking to PTI last night, Roy said "I had confirmed to CBI while I was Delhi that I would appear before it. But at the time, by-poll to two seats in West Bengal had not been announced.
However,it is learnt that Trinamool Congress (TMC) general secretary and Member of Parliament (MP) Mukul Roy has offered to resign from all party position following the summons of Central Bureau of Investigations (CBI) in relation to the Saradha chit fund scandal.
In the 40-minute close door meeting between party chief and chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday, Roy had expressed his desire to resign so that if indicted in the scandal, the party will not be directly responsible.
However, Banerjee has not only refused his request, but has also made him the chief strategist for upcoming by-polls in the state of one parliamentary constituency and one state assembly.

ওয়েব ডেস্ক: সারদা কেলেঙ্কারিতে জেরবার তৃণূমল এবার ভাঙন সমস্যার মুখে। বিজেপিতে যোগ দিলেন তৃণমূল বিধায়ক তথা উদ্বাস্তু পুনর্বাসন মন্ত্রী মঞ্জুল কৃষ্ণ ঠাকুর। বিজেপিতে যোগ দিয়েছেন তাঁর ছেলে সুব্রত ঠাকুরও। আজ বিজেপি অফিসে সাংবাদিক বৈঠক করে ওই দলে যোগ দেওয়ার কথা ঘোষণা করেন মঞ্জুলকৃষ্ণ। প্রায় সঙ্গে সঙ্গেই তাঁকে দল থেকে বহিষ্কার করেছে তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস।
সাংবাদিক বৈঠকে মঞ্জুলকৃষ্ণ অভিযোগ করেন, তৃণমূলে কোনও ভাল লোক থাকতে পারেন না। তৃণমূলে থেকে মানুষের জন্য কিংবা মতুয়াদের জন্য কোনও কাজই করতে পারেননি বলে মন্তব্য করেন তিনি। মঞ্জুলেই শেষ নয়, একে একে আরও অনেক তৃণমূল নেতা বিজেপিতে যোগ দেবেন। এমনই দাবি করেছেন রাহুল সিনহা। কপিল কৃষ্ণ ঠাকুরের মৃত্যুতে বনগাঁ লোকসভা আসনে উপনির্বাচন। উপনির্বাচনকে সামনে রেখেই মঞ্জুলকৃষ্ণ ঠাকুরের বিজেপিতে যোগদান বলে মনে করছে রাজনৈতিক মহল।

KOLKATA: Trinamool minister of state for refugee relief Manjul Krishna Thakur joined BJP on Thursday. The minister said that he was leaving Trinamool and joining BJP. Thakur's son Subrata Thakur is likely to be nominated as the BJP candidate in Bongaon parliamentary seat which felt vacant following the sudden demise of Thakur's brother Kapil Krishna Thakur.
Manjul Krishna Thakur's resignation is considered to be a big blow for the ruling Trinamool as the party chief Mamata Banerjee is under pressure, as already transport minister Madan Mitra is in jail in Saradha scam.
The CBI had also summoned Trinamool party's All India general secretary Mukul Roy, in Saradha scam. Manjul Krishna Thakur said that he is not sure if BJP will nominate his son, but he was disgruntled with Trinamool. " My father Pramathanath Thakur was the founder of Matua Maha Sabha.
"I failed to work for the refugees though I was the minister, but Trinamool did not allow me to work. I resigned as my conscience told me. There is no scope for good men to be in Trinamool and for that I resigned. I am forced to say that the death of my brother Kapil Krishna Thakur's death is not natural. The death of my brother took place at a house at Ballygunj. I demand a CBI probe in the death of my brother Kapil Krishna Thakur."
He said that his sister in law Mamata Bala Thakur who had been nominated in Bongaon seat to contest as Trinamool candidate has only studied up to class three. She will loss her deposit, the ex-minister said.
The minister said that there had been inner party conflict in Trinamool, which prevented his functioning as the minister and work for the benefit of Matuas.

चर्चित तमिल लेखक पेरूमाळ मुरगन ने लेखन से सन्यास ले लिया है ,वे अपनी किताब पर हुए अनावश्यक विवाद से इतने खफ़ा हो गए है कि उन्होंने ना केवल लेखनी छोड़ दी है बल्कि अपनी तमाम प्रकाशित पुस्तकों को वापस लेने की भी घोषणा कर दी है और उन्होंने प्रकाशकों से अनुरोध किया है कि भविष्य में उनकी कोई किताब प्रकाशित नहीं की जाये .पी मुरगन की विवादित पुस्तक 'मादोरुबागन 'वर्ष 2010 में कलाचुवंडू प्रकाशन से प्रकाशित हुई थी ,यह किताब तमिलनाडु के नामक्कल जिले के थिरुचेंगोड़े शहर के अर्धनारीश्वर मंदिर में होने वाले एक धार्मिक उत्सव ' नियोग ' के बारे में बात करती है ,दरअसल यह एक उपन्यास है ,जिसमे एक निसंतान महिला अपने पति की मर्जी के बिना भी नियोग नामक धार्मिक प्रथा को अपना कर संतानोत्पति का फैसला करती है ,यह पुस्तक स्त्री स्वातंत्र्य की एक सहज अभिव्यक्ति है ,कोई सामाजिक अथवा ऐतिहासिक दस्तावेज़ नहीं है ,यह बात अलहदा है कि वैदिक संस्कृति में नियोग एक स्वीकृत सामाजिक प्रथा के रूप में सदैव विद्यमान रहा है ,ऋग्वेद में इसका उल्लेख कई बार आया है ,मनु द्वारा निर्मित स्मृति भी इस बारें में स्पष्ट दिशा निर्देश देती है और महाभारत तो नियोग तथा इससे मिलते जुलते तौर तरीकों से पैदा हुए महापुरुषों की कहानी प्रतीत होती है .
प्राचीन भारतीय धार्मिक साहित्य के मुताबिक संतान नहीं होने पर या पति की अकाल मृत्यु हो जाने की स्थिति में नियोग एक ऐसा उपाय रहा है जिसके अनुसार स्त्री अपने देवर अथवा समगोत्री से गर्भाधान करा सकती थी .ग्रंथों के मुताबिक यह प्रथा सिर्फ संतान प्राप्ति के लिए ही मान्य की गयी ,ना कि आनंद प्राप्ति हेतु .नियोग के लिए बाकायदा एक पुरुष नियुक्त किया जाता था ,यह नियुक्त पुरुष अपनी जिंदगी में केवल तीन बार नियोग के ज़रिये संतान पैदा कर सकता था ,हालाँकि नियोग से जन्मी संतान वैध मानी जाती थी ,लेकिन नियुक्त पुरुष का अपने ही बच्चे पर कोई अधिकार नहीं होता था ,नियोग कर्म को धर्म का पालन समझा जाता और इसे भगवान के नाम पर किया जाता था .इस विधि द्वारा महाभारत में धृतराष्ट्र ,पांडु और विदुर पैदा हुए थे ,जिसमे नियुक्त पुरुष ऋषि वेदव्यास थे ,पांचो पांडव भी नियोग से ही पैदा हुए थे ,दुनिया के लिहाज से ये सभी नाजायज थे किन्तु नियोग से जायज़ कहलाये . वैदिक साहित्य नियोग से भरा पड़ा है ,वैदिक को छोड़िये सम्पूर्ण विश्व के धार्मिक साहित्य में तमाम किस्म की कामुकता भरी हुई है ,कई धर्मों के प्रवर्तक और लोक देवता नियोगी तरीके से ही जन्मे है ,अधिकांश का जन्म सांसारिक दृष्टि से देखें तो अवैध ही लगता है ,मगर ऐसा कहना उनके भक्तों को सुहाता नहीं है .
सारे धर्मों में एक बात तो समान है और वह है स्त्री की कामुकता पर नियंत्रण . पुरुष चाहे जो करे ,चाहे जितनी औरतें रखे ,चाहे जितने विवाह कर लें ,विवाह के भी दर्जनों प्रकार निर्मित किये गए ,ताकि मर्दों की फौज को मौज मस्ती में कोई कमी नहीं हो ,खुला खेल फर्रुखाबादी चलता रहे.बस औरतों पर काबू रखना जरुरी समझा गया ,किसी ने नारी को नरक का द्वार कह कर गरियाया तो किसी ने सारे पापों की जन्मदाता कह कर तसल्ली की .मर्द ईश्वरों द्वारा रचे गए मरदाना संसार के तमाम सारे मर्दों ने मिलकर मर्दों को समस्त प्रकार की छुटें प्रदान की और महिलाओं पर सभी किस्म की बंदिशें लादी गयी .यह वही हम मर्दों का महान संसार है जिसमें धर्मभीरु स्त्रियों को देवदासी बना कर मंदिरों में उनका शोषण किया गया है ,अल्लाह ,ईश्वर ,यहोवा और शास्ता के नाम पर कितना यौनाचार विश्व में हुआ है ,इसकी चर्चा ही आज के इस नरभक्षी दौर में संभव नहीं है . मैं समझ नहीं पाता हूँ कि नियोग प्रथा का उल्लेख करने वाली किताब से घबराये हुए कथित धार्मिकों की भावनाएं इतनी कमजोर और कच्ची क्यों है ,वह छोटी छोटी बातों से क्यों आहत हो जाती है ,सच्चाई क्यों नहीं स्वीकार पाती है ?
यह एक सर्वमान्य सच्चाई है कि देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों में काम कलाओं में निष्णात कई प्रकार के समुदाय रहे है ,जो भांति भांति के कामानुष्ठान करते है.इसमे उन्हें कुछ भी अनुचित या अपवित्र नहीं लगता है .कुछ समुदायों में काम पुरुष की नियुक्ति भी की जाती रही है ,जैसे कि राजस्थान में एक समुदाय रहा है ,जिसमे एक बलिष्ठ पुरुष को महिलाओं के गर्भाधान के लिए नियुक्त किया जाता था ,जिस घर के बाहर उसकी जूतियाँ नज़र आ जाती थी ,उस दिन पति अपने घर नहीं जाता था ,यह एक किस्म का नर-सांड होता था ,जो मादा नारियों को गर्भवती करने के काम में लगा रहता था और अंत में बुढा होने पर उस नर सांड को गोली मार दी जाती थी .आज अगर उसके बारे में कोई लिख दें तो उक्त समुदाय की भावनाएं तो निश्चित रूप से आहत हो ही जाएगी ,धरने प्रदर्शन होने लगेंगे ,लेखक पर कई मुकदमें दर्ज हो जायेंगे .राजस्थान में ही एक धार्मिक पंथ रहा है जो काम कलाओं के माध्यम से सम्भोग से समाधी और काम मिलाये राम में विश्वास करता है ,इसे ' कान्चलिया पंथ ' कहा जाता है ,इस पंथ के लोग रात के समय सत्संग करने के लिए मिलते है ,युगल एक साथ आते है ,रात में स्त्री पुरुष अपने अपने पार्टनर बदल कर काम साधना करते है और सुबह होने से पहले ही बिछुड़ जाते है ,यह पवित्र आध्यात्मिक क्रिया मानी जाती है .अब इसके ज़िक्र को भी शुद्धतावादी बुरा मानने लगे है ,मगर समाज में तो यह धारा आज भी मौजूद है .
हमारे मुल्क में तो कामशास्त्र की रचना से लेकर कामेच्छा देवी के मंदिर में लता साधना करने के प्रमाण धर्म के पवित्र ग्रंथों में भरे पड़े है ,नैतिक ,अनैतिक ,स्वेच्छिक ,स्वछंद ,प्राकृतिक ,अप्राकृतिक सब तरह के काम संबंधों का विवरण धार्मिक साहित्य में यत्र तत्र सर्वत्र उपलब्ध है ,फिर शर्म कैसी और अगर कोई इस दौर का लेखक उसका ज़िक्र अपने लेखन में कर दे तो उसका विरोध क्यों ? क्या सनातन धर्म चार पुरुषार्थों में काम को एक पुरुषार्थ निरुपित नहीं करता है ? क्या सनातन साहित्य इंद्र के द्वारा किये गए बलात्कारों और कुकर्मों की गवाही नहीं देता है ? अगर यह सब हमारी गौरवशाली सनातन संस्कृति का अभिन्न अंग है तो फिर समस्या क्या है ? क्या हमने नंग धडंग नागा बाबाओं को पूज्य नहीं मान रखा है ? क्या हमने कामदेव और रति के प्रणय प्रसंगों और कामयोगों के आख्यान नहीं रचे है ? क्या हम महादेव शिव के लिंग और माता पार्वती की योनी के मिलन पिंड के उपासक नहीं है ? अगर है तो फिर पेरुमाळ मुरगन ने ऐसा क्या लिख दिया जो हमारी संस्कृति का हिस्सा नहीं है ? वैसे भी सेक्स के बिना संस्कृति और सभ्यता की संकल्पना ही क्या है ? स्त्री पुरुष के मिलन को ना तो धर्म ग्रंथों की आज्ञा की जरुरत है और ना ही कथित सामाजिक संहिताओं की ,यह एक सहज कुदरती प्रक्रिया है जिसमे धर्म और धार्मिक संगठनों को इसमें दखल देने से बचना चाहिए .धर्म लोगों के बेडरूम के बजाय आत्माओं में झांक सके तो उसकी प्रासंगिकता बनी रह सकती है ,वैसे भी आजकल धर्मों का काम सिर्फ झगडा फसाद रह गया है , ऐसा लग रहा है कि ईश्वर अल्लाह अब लोगों को जीवन देने के काम नहीं आते है बल्कि मासूमों की जान लेने के काम आ रहे है ,मजहब का काम अब सिर्फ और सिर्फ बैर भाव पैदा करना रह गया प्रतीत होने लगा है , अब तो इन धर्मों से मुक्त हुए बगैर मानवता की मुक्ति संभव ही नहीं दिखती है .
कितने खोखले और कमजोर है ये धर्म और इनके भक्तों की मान्यताएं ? इन कमजोर भावनाओं और डरी हुई आस्थाओं के लोग कभी एम एफ हुसैन की कुची से डर जाते है ,कभी पी के जैसी फिल्मों से घबरा जाते है ,कभी चार्ली हेब्दो के मजाक उनकी आस्थाओं की बुनियाद हिला देते है तो कभी पेरूमाळ मुरगन जैसे लेखकों के उपन्यास उन्हें ठेस पंहुचा देते है ,ये कैसे पाखंडी और दोगले लोग है धर्मों के लबादे तले, जिनसे इनको लड़ना चाहिए उन्हीं लोगों के हाथों में इन्होने अपने धर्मों और आस्थाओं की बागडोर थमा दी है और जो इन्हें सुधार का सन्देश दे रहे है ,उन्हीं को ये मार रहे है ,कबीर ने सही ही कहा था – सांच कहूँ तो मारन धावे ..,इन्हें लड़ना तो इस्लामिक स्टेट ,तालिबान ,भगवा आतंकियों ,कट्टरता के पुजारियों और तरह तरह के धार्मिक आवरण धारण किये इंसानियत के दुश्मनों से था ,पर ये ए के 47 लिए हुए लोगों से लड़ने के बजाय कलमकारों ,रंगकर्मियों ,कलाकारों और चित्रकारों से लड़ रहे है .इन्हें बलात्कारियों,कुकर्मियों से दो दो हाथ करने थे ,समाज में गहरी जड़ें जमा चुके यौन अपराधियों, नित्यानन्दों और आशारामों , आतंकी बगदादियों,प्रग्याओं और असीमानंदों से लड़ना था ,मगर मानव सभ्यता का यह सबसे बुरा वक़्त है , आज पाखंड के खिलाफ ,सच्चाई के साथ खड़े लोगों को प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है और झूठे ,मक्कार और हत्यारों को नायक बनाया जा रहा है ,लेकिन मैं कहना चाहता हूँ पेरूमाळ मुरगन से ,पी के की टीम और चार्ली हेब्दो के प्रकाशकों से कि अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी पर मंडराते ईश निंदा के इस खतरनाक समय में मैंने आपका पक्ष चुना है और मैं आपके साथ होने में अच्छा महसूस कर रहा है .निवेदन सिर्फ यह है -पेरूमाळ मुरगन कलम मत त्यागो ,इस कुरुक्षेत्र से मत भागो , हम मिल कर लड़ेंगे ,हम लड़ेंगे अपने अक्षरों की अजमत के लिए ,अपने शब्दों के लिए ,अपनी अभिव्यक्ति के लिए ,अपने कहन के लिये . हम कलमकार है ,जब तक कि कोई हमारा सर कलम ही ना कर दे ,हमारी कलम खामोश कैसे हो सकती है ? क्या हम जीते जी मरने की गति को प्राप्त हो सकते है ,नहीं ,कदापि नहीं .इस लोकनिंदा की राख से फ़ीनिक्स पक्षी की भांति फिर से जी उठो पेरूमाळ ,अभी मरो मत ,अभी डरो मत ,कलम उठाओ ....और ..और जोर से लिखो.

जनता की जुझारू जनएकजुटता कायम करो!
साथियो!
देश में एक बार फिर जनता को धर्म के नाम पर बाँटने की साज़िशें की जा रही हैं। पूरे देश में धार्मिक कट्टरपंथ की आग को हवा दी जा रही है। जिस समय देश के आम लोग महँगाई, बेरोज़गारी और ग़रीबी से बदहाल हैं, उस समय उन्हें 'रामज़ादे'और 'हरामज़ादे'में बाँटा जा रहा है। क्या आपने कभी सोचा है कि जिस समय देश में जनता बढ़ती कीमतों, बेकारी और बदहाली से तंगहाल हो, अचानक उसी समय 'लव जिहाद', 'घर वापसी'और 'हिन्दू राष्ट्र निर्माण'का लुकमा क्यों उछाला जाता है जब चुनाव नज़दीक हों तभी अचानक दंगे क्यों होने लगते हैं जब जनता महँगाई और भ्रष्टाचार की मार से बदहाल होती है उसी समय साम्प्रदायिक तनाव क्यों भड़क जाता है क्या यह केवल संयोग है क्या आप आज़ादी के बाद कोई ऐसा दंगा याद कर सकते हैं जिसमें तोगड़िया, ओवैसी, सिंघल या योगी आदित्यनाथ जैसे लोग मारे जाते हैं क्या दंगों में कभी किसी कट्टरपंथी नेता का घर जलता है नहीं! दंगों में हमेशा हमारे और आपके जैसे आम लोग मारे जाते हैं, बेघर और यतीम होते हैं! जी हाँ! हमारे और आपके जैसे लोग जो अपने बच्चों को एक बेहतर ज़िन्दगी देने की जद्दोजहद में खटते रहते हैं! जिनके खाने की प्लेटों से एक-एक करके सब्ज़ी, दाल ग़ायब हो रहे हैं! जिनके नौजवान बेटे और बेटियाँ सड़कों पर बेरोज़गार घूम रहे हैं! जिनका भविष्य अनिश्चित होता जा रहा है! जो लगातार बरबादी की कगार पर धकेले जा रहे हैं! जब भी हमारे सब्र का प्याला छलकने लगता है, तो देश के हुक्मरान अचानक मन्दिर और मस्जिद का मसला उठा देते हैं। देश के अमीरज़ादों, धन्नासेठों और दैत्याकार कम्पनियों के पैसों पर पलने वाली तमाम चुनावी पार्टियाँ उसी वक़्त धार्मिक कट्टरपंथ को उभारती हैं। हिन्दुओं को मुसलमानों और मुसलमानों को हिन्दुओं का दुश्मन बताया जाता है और आपस में लड़ा दिया जाता है। और हमारी मूर्खता यह है कि हम लड़ भी जाते हैं। दंगे होते हैं, आम लोग मरते हैं। और आम लोगों की चिताओं पर देश के अमीरज़ादे और उनकी तमाम चुनावी पार्टियाँ अपनी रोटियाँ सेंकती हैं।
किसके "अच्छे दिन"और किनका "विकास"
नरेन्द्र मोदी की अगुवाई में भाजपा-नीत एनडीए की सरकार बनने के पहले देश की जनता को तमाम गुलाबी सपने दिखाये गये थे। यह दावा किया गया था कि महँगाई और बेरोज़गारी की मार को ख़त्म किया जायेगा; पेट्रोल-डीज़ल से लेकर रसोई गैस की कीमतें घटा दी जायेंगी; रेलवे भाड़ा नहीं बढ़ाया जायेगा; भ्रष्टाचार पर लगाम कसी जायेगी और स्विस बैंकों से काला धन वापस लाया जायेगा! "अच्छे दिन"आयेंगे! लेकिन सरकार बनने के सात माह बाद ही देश की आम मेहनतकश जनता को समझ आने लगा है कि किसके "अच्छे दिन"आये हैं! रसोई गैस की कीमतें बढ़ा दी गयीं; रेलवे भाड़ा बढ़ा दिया गया; श्रम कानूनों से मज़दूरों को मिलने वाली सुरक्षा को छीन लिया गया; तमाम पब्लिक सेक्टर की मुनाफ़ा कमाने वाली कम्पनियों का निजीकरण किया जा रहा है, जिसका अर्थ होगा बड़े पैमाने पर सरकारी कर्मचारियों की छँटनी; ठेका प्रथा को 'अप्रेण्टिस'आदि जैसे नये नामों से बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है; नयी भर्तियाँ हो ही नहीं रही हैं और अगर कहीं हो भी रही हैं, तो स्थायी कर्मचारी के तौर पर नहीं बल्कि ठेके पर; पेट्रोलियम उत्पादों की अन्तरराष्ट्रीय कीमतें इतनी गिर गयी हैं कि सरकार चाहे तो पेट्रोल को रु. 40 प्रति लीटर पर बेच सकती है, लेकिन मोदी सरकार ने उस पर तमाम कर और शुल्क बढ़ा दिये जिससे कि उनकी कीमतों में कोई विशेष अन्तर नहीं पड़ा; स्विस बैंक में काला धन जमा करने वाले भ्रष्टाचारियों के नाम तरह-तरह की बहानेबाज़ी करके गुप्त रखे जा रहे हैं; महँगाई कम होना तो दूर खुदरा बिक्री के स्तर पर खाने-पीने के सामानों समेत हर ज़रूरी सामान पहले से महँगा हो गया है; रुपये को मज़बूत करना तो दूर रुपये की कीमत में रिकार्ड गिरावट लायी जा रही है, जिससे कि महँगाई और ज़्यादा बढ़ रही है; सत्ता में आते ही केन्द्र और राज्य स्तर पर मोदी सरकार के मन्त्रियों ने भ्रष्टाचार और गुण्डागर्दी के पुराने रिकार्ड तोड़ने शुरू कर दिये हैं; बलात्कार के आरोपी नेता-मन्त्री मोदी सरकार में बैठे हुए हैं!
दूसरी तरफ़, देश के सबसे बड़े धन्नासेठों जैसे कि अम्बानी, अदानी, बिड़ला, टाटा आदि को मोदी सरकार तोहफ़े पर तोहफ़े दे रही है! उन्हें तमाम करों से छूट दे दी गयी है; उन्हें लगभग मुफ्त बिजली, पानी, ज़मीन, ब्याज़रहित कर्ज़, श्रम कानूनों से छूट दी जा रही है; देश की प्राकृतिक सम्पदा को औने-पौने दामों पर उन्हें सौंपा जा रहा है, जो कि वास्तव में देश की जनता की सामूहिक सम्पत्ति है; निजीकरण करके आपके और हमारे पैसों से खड़े किये गये सार्वजनिक उपक्रमों को कौड़ियों के दाम इन मुनाफ़ाखोरों को बेचा जा रहा है! "स्वदेशी", "देशभक्ति", "राष्ट्रवाद"का ढोल बजाते हुए सत्ता में आये मोदी ने अपनी सरकार बनने के साथ ही बीमा, रक्षा जैसे महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों समेत तमाम क्षेत्रों में प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश को इजाज़त दे दी; क्या आपको याद है कि यही भाजपा मनमोहन सिंह द्वारा प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश का जमकर विरोध कर रही थी मोदी सरकार बनने के बाद से गुजरात समेत तमाम प्रदेशों में निवेशक सम्मेलनों में मोदी और भाजपा के अन्य नेताओं ने देशी-विदेशी कम्पनियों को देश की प्रकृति और जनता को लूटने के लिए खुली छूट दी और इसे 'मेक इन इण्डिया'अभियान का नाम दिया गया! इसका अर्थ यह है कि "आओ दुनिया भर के मालिकों, पूँजीपतियों और व्यापारियों! हमारे देश के सस्ते श्रम और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों को बेरोक-टोक जमकर लूटो!"अमेरिका जाकर प्रधानमन्त्री मोदी ने दवा कम्पनियों के साथ एक सौदा किया जिसके कारण अब कई जीवन-रक्षक दवाइयाँ कई गुना महँगी हो गयी हैं और आम आदमी की पहुँच से बाहर हो गयी हैं; तमाम कम्पनियों को अब पूरी कानूनी छूट दे दी गयी है कि वे मज़दूरों व कर्मचारियों से खुलकर ओवरटाइम करायें। देश के ऊपर के 15 फीसदी अमीरों के लिए सारी सुविधाएँ, टैक्स से छूट और रियायतें दी जा रही हैं! उनके लिए चमकते-दमकते शॉपिंग मॉल, मल्टीप्लेक्स, अम्यूज़मेण्ट पार्क हैं! और देश की 85 फीसदी आम जनता को बताया जा रहा है कि उन्हें "विकास"के लिए बिना आवाज़ उठाये फैक्ट्रियों, दुकानों, होटलों, ऑफिसों में खटना होगा! अब देश के अमीरज़ादों के विकास के लिए मेहनतकश जनता को ही तो कीमत अदा करनी पड़ेगी! उसे ही तो पेट पर पट्टी बाँधकर "हिन्दू राष्ट्र"का निर्माण करना होगा! और अगर कोई अमीरज़ादों के "अच्छे दिनों"पर सवाल खड़ा करता है, तो उसे राष्ट्र-विरोधी और देशद्रोही क़रार दे दिया जायेगा!
साम्प्रदायिक तनाव से किसे फायदा मिलता है
ज़ाहिर है कि अमीरों के "अच्छे दिनों"का ख़र्चा आम जनता की जेब से वसूला जा रहा है। लेकिन आम लोग "अच्छे दिनों"की असलियत को समझ रहे हैं और उनके भीतर नाराज़गी और गुस्सा बढ़ रहा है। यही कारण है कि मोदी सरकार अपने जनविरोधी कदमों के साथ दो चालें चल रही है। एक ओर 'स्वच्छता अभियान', तीर्थस्थलों के लिए रेलगाड़ियाँ, आदि जैसे कदम उठाये जा रहे हैं जिससे कि जनता का ध्यान असली मुद्दों से भटकाकर कुछ सस्ती लोकप्रियता हासिल की जा सके। वहीं दूसरी ओर देश भर में साम्प्रदायिक तनाव भड़काया जा रहा है। पहले 'लव जिहाद'का शोर मचाया गया था, जो कि फ़र्जी निकला; उसके बाद, 'घर वापसी'के नाम पर तनाव पैदा किया जा रहा है; 'रामज़ादे-हरामज़ादे'जैसी बयानबाज़ियाँ की जा रही हैं; मोदी सरकार को भगवा ब्रिगेड 800 वर्षों बाद 'हिन्दू राज'की वापसी क़रार दे रही है; कुछ वर्षों में सारे भारत को हिन्दू बनाने का एलान किया जा रहा है; हिन्दू औरतों से चार बच्चे पैदा करने के लिए कहा जा रहा है! भगवा ब्रिगेड की हिन्दुत्ववादी साम्प्रदायिकता के साथ ओवैसी जैसी इस्लामिक कट्टरपंथी नेता भी साम्प्रदायिक उन्माद भड़का रहे हैं। साम्प्रदायिक माहौल और दंगों का लाभ चुनावों में हिन्दुत्ववादी कट्टरपंथियों को भी मिलेगा और साथ ही ओवैसी जैसे इस्लामिक कट्टरपंथियों को भी; इसके अलावा, कांग्रेस, सीपीआई, सीपीएम, सपा, बसपा, आप, राजद, जद (यू) जैसी तथाकथित सेक्युलर पार्टियों को भी वोटों के ध्रुवीकरण का लाभ मिलेगा। और इस तनाव के माहौल में किन लोगों की जान-माल का नुकसान होगा आम मेहनतकश जनता का, चाहे वह हिन्दू हो या मुसलमान!
ज़रा सोचिये दोस्तो! 67 साल के आज़ादी के इतिहास में हमेशा दंगे तभी क्यों भड़काये गये हैं, जब देश में आर्थिक संकट, महँगाई, बेरोज़गारी, भुखमरी और ग़रीबी बढ़ी है हमेशा तभी साम्प्रदायिक ताक़तें सक्रिय क्यों हो जाती हैं जब देश की जनता में व्यवस्था के ख़िलाफ़ नफ़रत होती है हमेशा तभी मन्दिर-मस्जिद और धर्मान्तरण का मसला शासक वर्ग क्यों उठाता है जब देश में एक राजनीतिक संकट मौजूद होता है और व्यवस्था ख़तरे में होती है ज़रा सोचिये साथियो! 67 वर्षों में हुए दंगों में क्या कभी आपको कुछ मिला है क्या ग़रीब मेहनतकश आम आबादी के लिए मन्दिर-मस्जिद बनना या न बनना कोई मसला है या फिर महँगाई, ग़रीबी और बेरोज़गारी साथियो! आिख़र कब तक हम इन चुनावी मदारियों को यह मौका देते रहेंगे कि वे धर्म और जाति के नाम पर हमें ठगते रहें
सच तो यह है कि न तो हिन्दू कट्टरपंथी आम ग़रीब हिन्दू जनता के हितैषी हैं और न ही इस्लामिक कट्टरपंथी आम ग़रीब मुसलमान जनता के हितैषी हैं। हर प्रकार के धार्मिक कट्टरपंथी वास्तव में टाटा, बिड़ला, अम्बानी, अदानी जैसों के टुकड़खोर हैं और उन्हीं की सेवा करते हैं! क्या यह संयोग है कि ये सारे पूँजीपति एक ओर भाजपा को भी करोड़ों रुपये का चुनावी चन्दा देते हैं तो दूसरी ओर कांग्रेस व अन्य चुनावबाज़ पार्टियों को भी करोड़ों रुपये का चुनावी चन्दा देते हैं। जैसी कि कहावत है 'जो जिसका खाता है, उसी का बजाता है!'इन चुनावी पार्टियों से कोई उम्मीद करना बेकार है। पूरी दुनिया के हुक्मरान आज जनता के बीच धार्मिक उन्माद फैलाने का ख़तरनाक खेल खेल रहे हैं क्योंकि वे संकट का शिकार हैं और जनता को बेरोज़गारी, ग़रीबी, बदहाली के सिवा कुछ नहीं दे सकते! इसीलिए वे डरते हैं कि आम जनता उनके ख़िलाफ़ विद्रोह का बिगुल न फूँक दे! और यही कारण है कि वे जनता के बीच धार्मिक कट्टरपंथ फैलाकर उसे खण्ड-खण्ड में बाँट देते हैं! इसकी जनता को क्या कीमत चुकानी पड़ती है यह हमने हाल ही में पेशावर में मासूम स्कूली बच्चों के कत्ले-आम में देखा, उसके पहले 2002 के गुजरात दंगों और 1984 सिख-विरोधी दंगों में देखा था, 1992-93 के देशव्यापी दंगों में देखा था! इतनी बार धोखा खाने के बाद क्या हम एक बार फिर तमाम धार्मिक कट्टरपंथियों को हमें बेवकूफ़ बनाने की इजाज़त देंगे क्या हम एक फिर उन्हें देश को दंगों की आग में झोंकने की आज्ञा देंगे ये सवाल आज देश के सभी इंसाफ़पसन्द और सोचने-समझने वाले नौजवानों, नागरिकों और मेहनतकशों के सामने खड़े हैं।
शहीदे-आज़म भगतसिंह का सन्देशः जुझारू जनएकजुटता कायम करो! सच्ची आज़ादी की लड़ाई की तैयारी करो!
महान क्रान्तिकारी शहीदे-आज़म भगतसिंह ने कहा था कि आम ग़रीब मेहनतकश जनता का एक ही मज़हब होता हैः वर्गीय एकजुटता! हमें हर प्रकार के धार्मिक कट्टरपंथियों को सिरे से नकारना होगा और उनके ख़िलाफ़ लड़ना होगा! हमें प्रण कर लेना चाहिए कि हम अपने गली-मुहल्लों में किसी भी धार्मिक कट्टरपंथी को साम्प्रदायिक उन्माद भड़काने की इजाज़त नहीं देंगे और उन्हें खदेड़ भगाएँगे! हमें यह माँग करनी चाहिए कि केन्द्र सरकार और तमाम राज्य सरकारें धर्म को राजनीति और सामाजिक जीवन से अलग करने के लिए सख़्त कानून बनायें! धर्म भारत के नागरिकों का व्यक्तिगत मसला होना चाहिए और किसी भी पार्टी, दल, संगठन या नेता को धर्म या धार्मिक सम्प्रदाय के नाम पर राजनीति करने, बयानबाज़ी करने और उन्माद भड़काने पर सख़्त से सख़्त सज़ा दी जानी चाहिए और उन पर प्रतिबन्ध लगाया जाना चाहिए। हमें ऐसी व्यवस्था क़ायम करने के लिए लड़ने का संकल्प लेना चाहिए जिसकी कल्पना भगतसिंह और उनके इंक़लाबी साथियों ने की थीः एक ऐसी व्यवस्था जिसमें उत्पादन, राज-काज और समाज के ढाँचे पर उत्पादन करने वाले वर्गों का हक़ हो और फैसला लेने की ताक़त उनके हाथों में हो! जिसमें जाति और धर्म के बँटवारे न हों! जिसमें आदमी के हाथों आदमी की लूट असम्भव हो! जिसमें सारी पैदावार समाज के लोगों की ज़रूरत के लिए हो न कि मुट्ठी भर लुटेरों के मुनाफ़े के लिए! एक ऐसी व्यवस्था ही हमें एक ओर ग़रीबी, बेरोज़गारी, महँगाई, भुखमरी और बेघरी से निजात दिला सकती है और वहीं दूसरी ओर धार्मिक उन्माद, साम्प्रदायिकता और दंगों से भी मुक्ति दिला सकती है! एक ऐसी व्यवस्था में ही हम सुकून और इज़्ज़त-आसूदगी की ज़िन्दगी बसर कर सकते हैं! अगर हम अभी इसी वक़्त इस बात को नहीं समझते तो आने वाले समय में देश खण्ड-खण्ड में टूट जायेगा और दंगों और जातिवाद की आग में धू-धू जलेगा!
गणेश शंकर विद्याथीं (साम्प्रदायिक उन्माद के ख़िलाफ़ लड़ते हुए शहीद होने वाले क्रान्तिकारी) ने कहा था "हमारे देश में धर्म के नाम पर कुछ इने-गिने आदमी अपने हीन स्वार्थों की सिद्धि के लिए लोगों को लड़ाते-भिड़ाते हैं। धर्म और ईमान के नाम पर किये जाने वाले इस भीषण व्यापार को रोकने के लिए साहस और दृढ़ता के साथ उद्योग होना चाहिए।"
भगतसिंह ने कहा था "लोगों को परस्पर लड़ने से रोकने के लिए वर्ग चेतना की ज़रूरत है। ग़रीब मेहनतकश व किसानों को स्पष्ट समझा देना चाहिए कि तुम्हारे असली दुश्मन पूँजीपति हैं, इसलिए तुम्हें इनके हथकण्डों से बचकर रहना चाहिए और इनके हत्थे चढ़ कुछ न करना चाहिए। संसार के सभी ग़रीबों के, चाहे वे किसी भी जाति, रंग, धर्म या राष्ट्र के हों, अधिकार एक ही हैं। तुम्हारी भलाई इसी में है कि तुम धर्म, रंग, नस्ल और राष्ट्रीयता व देश के भेदभाव मिटाकर एकजुट हो जाओ और सरकार की ताक़त अपने हाथ में लेने का यत्न करो। इन यत्नों में तुम्हारा नुकसान कुछ नहीं होगा, इससे किसी दिन तुम्हारी ज़ंजीरें कट जाएँगी और तुम्हें आर्थिक स्वतन्त्रता मिलेगी।"

Paris: Peshawar and Boko Haram- Religion, Politics and Violence

Massacre of hundreds of children in Peshawar by Pakistani Taliban, the atrocities: murders-kidnappings by Boko Haram, an Islamist group and the attack on Paris cartoon magazine Charlie Hadbo killing 16, have occurred in a short span of few months. The popular perception of relationship between violence and Islam got a further boost. The phrase 'Islamic Terrorism', which was created by US media in the aftermath of 9/11, got a further shot in the arms. It got a booster dose of unprecedented level. The debates regarding freedom of expression, sharia laws, education for girls continued to be in the fore and columns after column either dissociating Islam from these mindless acts or boosting the perception of Muslims being in the business of merciless killing of their own kith and other with gay abandon; dominated the visual and print media (January 2015).
These acts of terror kill the innocent people and Koran- chapter V verse 32- goes on to say that even if you kill a single innocent person, that's like killing the whole humanity with an addition that if you save a single innocent person that's like saving the whole humanity. Still the impression continues that currently most of the dreaded acts of terror are either done by Muslims belonging to this or that group or faction. Not too long ago we did witness acts of terror from the like of Andres Behring Brevik(Norway); the people like Ashin Wirathu (Buddhist Myanmar) were in the news for related actions. Swami Aseemanand is in jail and had confessed to the acts of terrorist violence not too long ago. Does one want to underplay the association of Islam-Muslims and acts of terror? Is one wanting to be in denial mode as for as violence by some Muslims is concerned? The teachings of Koran notwithstanding; there are some Muslims who take to the senseless killings in the most insane and cruel manner; is definitely true. The question is; are such acts due to Islam or Muslims as such? How does one understand the association of label of religion with acts of violence and terror?
At the cost of broad generalizations one can say that most of the prophets of religions focused on some issue of injustice in the society and called for peace, non-violence in their own historical context. The society was either based on pastoral or agricultural mode of production and tribal society-kingdoms were the main pattern of organization of society. The religions, which began as the moral edicts had added social and communitarian functions as well. Clergy became a major component of religions. The spread of the message of prophets also led to the institutionalization of religions, which added one more dimension to the broad umbrella provided by religion as a social phenomenon. These institutions built around religions became a very significant part of religions. Those controlling levers of power gradually allied with the religions' institutions; and these institutions came to be patronized by the rulers. In turn the institutionalized religions legitimized the power of the king, landlord. King was presented as the son of God in different ways.
The alliance of King-Clergy was best seen in the alliance King-Pope. In other religions' contexts it became Nawab-Shahi Imam, Raja-Rajguru for example. Currently in Pakistan and Myanmar; mostly; the institutions of religions and dominating army are hands in gloves times and over again. In our Maharashtra a popular Marathi phrase sums it very well Shetji-Bhatji (Landlord-Priest). With religions being institutionalized the collaboration between kings and clergy became the foundation of social system where the agricultural producers-craftsmen and other laboring masses submitted to the system created by the power of the king and ideology of the clergy. The words of Prophets went in to the background. The organization of clergy was varying, from the most organized in Christianity to the decentralized one in Hinduism, to Islam where there is no theological justification of clergy; nevertheless it is very much there.
Here comes the entry of power in the realm of religion. Kingdoms, many a times took the cover of religion for their goals of power. The kings expanded or wanted to expand their kingdoms and put this expansion project to annex other territories in the garb of Crusade, Jihad or Dharmyudh depending on the religion of the king.
The real use of religion's identity, label, can be seen during colonial period. In most South Asian countries, particularly in India, we see that with the social, economic changes accompanying the introduction of transport, communication, industries and modern education during colonial period, there was a rise of new classes in the form of businessmen industrialists, workers and educated classes in particular. They formed secular organizations, with secular democratic Indian nationalism as the goal, like Hindustan Socialist Republican Army (Bhagat Singh), Independent Labor Party, Scheduled Castes Federation (B.R.Ambedkar) and the overarching Indian Nationalist Congress (Maulana Abul Kalam Azad and Mahatma Gandhi). In contrast to these rising classes the declining classes of Landlords and Kings pledged their loyalty to British and went on to form Muslim League and Hindu Mahasabha and later RSS with the agenda of Hindu nation. In the Religious nationalist organizations initially only kings-landlords were there later some educated and upper caste elite and still later sections of middle class also joined in. Here the communitarian identity of religion was exploited by declining classes to protect their social-political interests. When they said 'my religion in danger' they meant my political interests are in danger. They also indulged in 'Hate other' propaganda, leading to communal violence and later to the partition of the country. Here we see religion being used as a cover, the religious nationalism to hide their feudal values of caste and gender hierarchy. Similarly the cover of Buddhism has been used by political tendencies in Srilanka and Myanmar.
With the coming in of Imperialism, the rise of the US as the global super power dominated the global scene. Two superpowers USSR and USA were in the game of 'Cold War'. US later planned and used Islam to counter Socialist block. It meticulously used a version of Islam for indoctrination the minds of youth. These youth were used to fight against the Soviet Russia and later the same indoctrinated youth came up and are tormenting the parts of the World. This phase of 'religion as a cover of political goals' begins with the formation of Israel in the aftermath of Second World War, the eviction of 14 lakh Palestinians away from their home and hearth. In due course to protect its oil interests the US-Britain nexus overthrew the democratically elected Mossadegh Government in Iran. This 'chain of events' did lead to coming to power of Ayatollah Khomeini. At this point US media coined the word 'Islam the new threat'. They meant that Socialism as the threat is in decline and Islam is coming up as the new threat to the free World. In its design to use all methods to crush the socialist block, US encouraged the Madarassas in Pakistan, where the Wahabbi version of Islam was introduced as a part of the training module designed in Washington. This version of Islam had already been the ally of the Saud family, in whose name Saudi Arabia stands. The Saud family came to use this version of Islam, Wahabbism to control the oil wealth of the region. US allied with Saud dynasty and also promoted Wahabbi version in the Madrassas in Pakistan. This version of Islam saw in every person disagreeing with their interpretation of Islam, as Kafir and killing the kafirs as Jihad. Jihad being the path to Jannat after death, jannat waiting with the rich reward of 72 virgins!
This heady mix of 'brain washing' did lead to Mujahedeen being transformed to Taliban-Al Qaeda and later giving rise to ISIS, the major menace in today's world. Tendencies like Boko Haram draw their inspiration and support from the similar understanding of Islam. Time and again a large section of leaders of Muslims, many of the maulanas have issued the fatwa's that terrorism is against the tenets of Islam, but what sticks in social awareness is the picture of Taliban or ISIS or Al Qaeda or Boko haram as the face of Muslims and Islam. No wonder one of the greatest philosophers of all the times Karl Marx, remarked very aptly that' Ruling ideas are the ideas of the ruling class', that's the power of media at the service of the US, at the service of Corporate houses. Today the Islamophobia rules the streets and in some form or the other the religion which came to give the message of peace is perceived as the ultimate in prompting and indulging in violence.
Do we need to factor in the political forces, Kings of the past, the colonial masters of yesteryears and the 'oil hungry' global superpowers, behind promoting, abusing religions' identity to understand the dastardly acts tormenting the humanity? The phrases joining any religion and terrorism are the biggest insult to the morality of religions to be sure!

Prithvi Narayan Shah: Monster Of Injustice

Followers of the monster of injustice celebrated the 293rd birth anniversary of Prithvi Narayan Shah on Poush 27 (January 10, 2015 this year). Prithvi Narayan Shah laid the foundation of injustice that had continued for 240 years in Nepal. Some politicians, comedian and journalists rejoiced at the birth anniversary of the monster of injustice.
Former prime ministers such as Lokendra Bahadur Chand, and Madhav Nepal, former ministers such as Kamal Thapa and Dr Prakash Chandra Lohani proudly marched on the streets and reached the statue of the monster of injustice Prithvi Narayan Shah and garlanded him in the statue honoring his disgraceful deeds of injustices done to the almost one hundred percent of the Nepalese. Only a tiny percentage of Nepalese including the people holding power benefited from the inconceivably outrageous rule of injustice for 240 years.
Not surprisingly, Lokendra Bahadur Chanda, and Kamal Thapa had been for reinstating injustice in Nepal. They had made fortunes during the 30 years of injustice rule of the Panchayat system introduced by another monster killer of democracy, justice and rule of law Mahendra Shah in 1962. Madhav Nepal also had not been very much different from these Panchayati monsters of injustice. He made a fortune during his tenure as prime minister despite being defeated in two constituencies in the general elections held in 2008. He looted the national treasury to the extent possible. No doubt, he had to be the faithful servant to the monster of injustice for justifying his felony.
Surprisingly, comedian Santosh Panta also had been at the statue of monster of injustice Shah at Singhadurbar on January 10, 2015 for marking the day of the monster of injustice. He even demanded a national holiday for celebrating the day of the monster of injustice. He even said, "If we have a national holiday for celebrating the first day of 'magha' why we should not have a day off for celebrating the day of Prithvi." He forgot that the 'magha' first was the day of exceptionally important for the Nepalese in general. Panta could not even think of why Nepalese would celebrate such a black day of the birth anniversary of the monster of injustice.
Artists are normally the honorable citizens and they even get the status of celebrities. However, comedian Panta had degraded his status of one of the followers of the monster of injustice. To be honorable, any artists or comedians needed to be the artists and comedians of the common folks rather than being loyal to the monster of injustice.
Some journalists and newspapers also had been attempting to justify the injustice in Nepal writing the flowery articles on the monster of injustice Shah. One of the journalists wrote an article and posted online praising the monster. Not coincidently, I noticed his office decorated with the pictures of Prithvi Narayan Shah, Jung Bahadur Rana, and Adolf Hitler behind his picture posted on the online newspaper in which his interview was published. He was one hundred percent correct for keeping the pictures of Hitler, Jung Bahadur and Prithvi Narayan Shah at the same level if he had the right to praise Prithvi Shah.
Attending the tea party hosted by notorious follower of injustice Kamal Thapa to mark the 293rd birth anniversary of Prithvi, Prime Minister Sushil Koirala did great injustice to the rule of justice and law. Chairman of Constituent Assembly Subhas Nemwang also attended the same tea party. It is shame on the Nepalese particularly on those that had elected Nemwang to such a most responsible position of the chairman of the constituent assembly, and Sushil Koirala to the most responsible position of prime minister of Nepal. Would the constitution crafted under such a chairperson be an inclusive?
Prime Minister Sushil Koirala must have forgotten that his mentor BP Koirala had wasted the whole life not to mention the millions of lives of the ordinary folks because he could not throw away the monsters of injustice at the right time. All Koirala families including Sushil suffered from the disastrous Shah rulers for many years but Prime Minister Sushil Koirala had no regret for attending the tea party hosted in honor of the monster of injustice.
Kamal Thapa was a culprit that Prime Minister Koirala needed to bring to justice rather than honoring him attending the tea party he hosted for marking the birth anniversary of monster of injustice. Kamal Thapa was the home minister at the time of the people's movement in 2006. He was responsible for the death of so many people that fought for justice. He also took out Rs 500,000 from the bank every day for suppressing the people's movement and many more. Prime Minster Koirala had enough counts of criminal activities of Thapa to bring him to justice. Not bringing criminals to justice, Prime Minister Koirala himself became liable for criminal charges.
Former Prime Minister Lokendra Bahadur Chanda had a criminal background, too. He broke in the office of the RPP. Its Chairman Pashupati Shumsher Rana had publicly told that he could have brought a criminal charge against Chand for breaking in the office but he was not doing so. So, it was no wonder such a man with a criminal background was celebrating the monster of injustice.
Other so-called intellectuals such as Modnath Prasit, Drighraj Prasai and Dr Ramesh Dhungel to name a few had actively celebrated the anniversary of the monster of injustice. They clearly wanted to restore the 240-year of injustice in Nepal. These poor fellows pretending to be the intellectuals and writing the deceptive articles dreamed to bring injustice to the people again. They forgot that Nepalese had been living in the 21st century. Nepalese had been quite different from what they had been in the past but the poor intellectuals could not keep up with the change in time and situation. Nepalese would never tolerate injustice again no matter what the followers of the monster of injustice attempt to do.
No matter whether they went to garland the statue of the monster of injustice at Singhadurbar or went to the drink the tea at the Kamal Thapa's place, they had been for following the injustice. People would bring them to justice if the law enforcement people would not do so.
For the Nepalese that had suffered for 240-year rule of injustice, and some of them continued to suffer from the injustices imposed from that time, the birth anniversary of Prithvi Narayan Shah had been the reminder of injustice, exploitation, sufferings from not having the rights to earn livelihood and live as humans for 240 years. Such things should come to an end, and end to all the followers of the monster of injustice.

বিজিবির মহাপরিচালকের এ বক্তব্য নিয়ে বিভিন্ন মহলে আলোচনা-সমালোচনা শুরু হয়েছে। বিদেশি গণমাধ্যমেও এ নিয়ে খবর প্রকাশিত হয়েছে। বিএনপির সর্বোচ্চ নীতিনির্ধারণী ফোরাম স্থায়ী কমিটি এক বিবৃতিতে বলেছে, বিজিবিপ্রধানের এ বক্তব্য সম্পূর্ণ এখতিয়ারবহির্ভূত ও আইনপরিপন্থী।
বিজিবিপ্রধানের বক্তব্যের সমালোচনা করেছেন জ্যেষ্ঠ আইনজীবী রফিক-উল হকও। প্রথম আলোকে তিনি বলেন, 'একটি গণতান্ত্রিক রাষ্ট্রে যারা আমাদের রক্ষা করবে, তাদের কাছে এ ধরনের বক্তব্য আশা করি না। তবে সত্যিকার অর্থে সে রকম ঘটনা ঘটলে হয়তো সেটা করতে পারে। কিন্তু সে রকম পরিস্থিতি এখনো হয়নি। আপাতদৃষ্টিতে এসব বক্তব্য আইনের পরিপন্থী।'
বিজিবির মহাপরিচালক গতকাল বৃহস্পতিবার রাজধানীর পিলখানায় নিজ কার্যালয়ে আয়োজিত সংবাদ সম্মেলনে হরতাল-অবরোধে দায়িত্ব পালনের বিষয়ে বলতে গিয়ে ওই মন্তব্য করেন। বিজিবির এক বছরের সাফল্য তুলে ধরতে এ সংবাদ সম্মেলন ডাকা হয়। বিজিবির পদস্থ কর্মকর্তারা এ সময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
সংবাদ সম্মেলনে এক প্রশ্নের জবাবে বিজিবির মহাপরিচালক বলেন, 'বিজিবি মানুষ হত্যা করতে চায় না। সে ধরনের নির্দেশও বিজিবির ওপর নেই। তবে মানুষ হত্যা করতে দেখলে এবং নিজে আক্রান্ত হলে জীবন বাঁচানোর তাগিদে যেকোনো আক্রমণ প্রতিহত করবে। আক্রান্ত হলে সে নিজের অস্ত্র ব্যবহার করতে পারবে, এটা তার অধিকার।'
বিজিবিপ্রধানের এ বক্তব্যের ব্যাপারে জানতে চাইলে জাতীয় মানবাধিকার কমিশনের চেয়ারম্যান মিজানুর রহমান প্রথম আলোকে বলেন, বিজিবির দায়িত্ব হচ্ছে সীমান্ত রক্ষা করা। তবে সরকার বিজিবিকে আইনশৃঙ্খলা রক্ষার জন্য সহায়ক হিসেবে বাড়তি দায়িত্ব দিলে তা পালন করা তাদের জন্য বাধ্যতামূলক। আক্রান্ত হলে অস্ত্র ব্যবহার করতে পারবে, এটা বলার প্রয়োজন পড়ে না। কারণ, আত্মরক্ষার জন্য শক্তি প্রয়োগ সব আইনব্যবস্থাতেই স্বীকৃত বৈধ পন্থা। তবে এভাবে বলা হলে একধরনের অস্বস্তি সৃষ্টি হতে পারে। এটিও সত্য, যখন ঝলসে যাওয়া মুখ বা পেট্রলবোমার আগুনে দগ্ধ মানুষের আর্তনাদ শোনা যায়, তখন এ ধরনের বাড়তি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ার যৌক্তিকতাও সামনে এসে দাঁড়ায়।
বর্তমান রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতিকে কীভাবে দেখছেন—এমন প্রশ্নের জবাবে বিজিবির মহাপরিচালক সংবাদ সম্মেলনে বলেন, 'এখন পরিস্থিতি পাল্টেছে। ৩৫ জেলা প্রশাসক বিজিবি মোতায়েনের অনুরোধ করেছেন। আমরা ১৭টি জেলায় বিজিবি মোতায়েন করেছি। জেলা প্রশাসকদের আবেদনের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে প্রয়োজনীয়তা যাচাই করে বিজিবি মোতায়েন করা হচ্ছে। কিছু কিছু জায়গায় বিজিবি স্ট্যান্ডবাই রাখা হয়েছে, প্রয়োজনে নামানো হবে।'হরতাল-অবরোধে কত বিজিবি সদস্য মোতায়েন করা হয়েছে, জানতে চাইলে তিনি বলেন, আপাতত ৮৫ প্লাটুন (প্রতি প্লাটুনে ৩০ জন) মোতায়েন করা আছে, আরও ৮০ প্লাটুন মজুত রাখা হয়েছে। দরকার হলেই তাদের নামানো হবে।
বিজিবি কত দিন দায়িত্ব পালন করবে—জানতে চাইলে মেজর জেনারেল আজিজ আহমেদ বলেন, সম্প্রতি বিভিন্ন সময়ে বিজিবির গাড়ির পাশে ককটেল বিস্ফোরণের মতো তিন-চারটি ঘটনা ঘটলেও তাতে হতাহতের ঘটনা ঘটেনি। অবরোধের কারণে রাস্তায় যানবাহন চলাচলেও নিরাপত্তা দিচ্ছে বিজিবি। জনগণকে 'সেন্স অব সিকিউরিটি'দেওয়ার জন্য যত দিন দরকার, বিজিবি মাঠপর্যায়ে কাজ করবে। তিনি বলেন, 'সরাসরি গুলি করার নির্দেশের কথা কিন্তু আমি বলিনি। আপনারা ভুল ব্যাখ্যা করবেন না। একজন পেট্রলবোমা মারছে, তা দেখার পর কী করা উচিত, সেটা আপনারাই বলুন। তাকে কি প্রতিহত করার দরকার নেই?'
যোগাযোগ করা হলে বিশিষ্ট আইনজীবী শাহদীন মালিক প্রথম আলোকে বলেন, 'বিজিবি আক্রান্ত হলে, সে ক্ষেত্রে বিজিবি অস্ত্র ব্যবহার করলে এবং গুলি ছুড়লে পরিস্থিতির আরও অবনতি হবে এবং সহিংসতা বাড়ার আশঙ্কা থেকে যাবে। এটা কারও কাম্য না। আশা করি, বিজিবি আক্রান্ত হবে না এবং তাদের গুলি ছোড়ার প্রয়োজন হবে না।'
বিএনপির বিবৃতিতে অভিযোগ করা হয়, সরকারের শীর্ষ পর্যায় থেকে শুরু করে ক্ষমতাসীনদের অনেকেই চরম উসকানিমূলক হুমকি-ধমকি দিচ্ছেন। পাশাপাশি আইনশৃঙ্খলা রক্ষায় নিয়োজিত রাষ্ট্রীয় বাহিনীর কিছু উৎসাহী কর্মকর্তা বেআইনি নির্দেশ ও রাজনৈতিক পক্ষপাতমূলক বক্তব্য প্রকাশ্যে দিতে শুরু করেছেন। এতে পরিস্থিতির আরও অবনতি ঘটছে।
বিএনপির ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান সেলিমা রহমানের সই করা বিবৃতিতে বলা হয়, জনপ্রতিনিধিত্বহীন সরকার চরম কর্তৃত্ববাদী শাসন চালু করেছে। তারা আইনশৃঙ্খলা রক্ষাকারী বাহিনী ও সশস্ত্র সন্ত্রাসীদের দিয়ে সবকিছু দমিয়ে রাখার চেষ্টা করছে।
সংবাদ সম্মেলনে অন্যান্য প্রসঙ্গ: বিভিন্ন পরিসংখ্যান তুলে ধরে বিজিবির মহাপরিচালক বলেন, বুধবার সন্ধ্যা ছয়টা থেকে বৃহস্পতিবার (গতকাল) ভোর ছয়টা পর্যন্ত মহাসড়কগুলোতে প্রায় ৩৫ হাজার যান চলাচল করেছে। আইনশৃঙ্খলা রক্ষাকারী বাহিনীর অন্য সদস্যদের সঙ্গে যান চলাচলের নিরাপত্তায় বিজিবি সদস্যরা সহায়তা করছেন। এক প্রশ্নের জবাবে তিনি বলেন, সীমান্ত পাহারা বিজিবির প্রধান কাজ হলেও আইনশৃঙ্খলা রক্ষায় বেসামরিক প্রশাসনকে সাহায্য করাও বিজিবির দায়িত্ব। এক দিনে বিজিবি ৩৫ হাজার যান নিরাপদে চলতে সহায়তা করেছে।

মেজর জেনারেল আজিজ আহমেদ বলেন, 'সাম্প্রতিক কালে সবচেয়ে বড় সমস্যা ইয়াবা পাচার। গত বছর ২৫ লাখ ৩৫ হাজার ইয়াবা বড়ি উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে। কিন্তু সমস্যা হলো অন্যখানে। আমরা কষ্ট করে আসামি ধরে দিচ্ছি আর কিছুদিন পর সেই অপরাধী জামিনে বেরিয়ে এসে মুচকি হাসি দেবে, সেটা হতে পারে না। আগে নদী দিয়ে ইয়াবা আসত, এখন সমুদ্র দিয়ে আসছে। এ জন্য মিয়ানমারের সঙ্গে একাধিকবার বৈঠক হয়েছে। তাতে পরিস্থিতির উন্নতি হচ্ছে। সীমান্ত পরিস্থিতির জন্য চট্টগ্রাম বা কক্সবাজারে একটি লিয়াজোঁ অফিস স্থাপন করার প্রস্তাব মন্ত্রণালয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে।'
অস্ত্র উদ্ধারের ব্যাপারে বিজিবির মহাপরিচালক বলেন, ফলের ট্রাকে করে অস্ত্র আসে। ট্রাক স্ক্যান করার যন্ত্র কেনার ব্যাপারে প্রস্তাব করা হয়েছে। সীমান্তে কাঁটাতারের বেড়া প্রসঙ্গে তিনি বলেন, দুর্গম সীমান্তে কাঁটাতারের বেড়া দেওয়া জরুরি হয়ে পড়েছে। দুর্গম স্থানে যাতে বিজিবি সহজে পৌঁছাতে পারে, সে জন্য বাহিনীতে পৃথক বিমান চলাচল শাখা খোলা হচ্ছে। এ শাখার অধীনে চারটি হেলিকপ্টার কেনার প্রস্তাব করা হয়েছে। এ ছাড়া বিএসএফের রিংরোড ব্যবহার করে রসদ পৌঁছানোর ব্যাপারে আলোচনা হয়েছে। বিএসএফ এতে সম্মত হয়েছে।
মেজর জেনারেল আজিজ আহমেদ বলেন, গত এক বছরে অবৈধভাবে সীমান্ত অতিক্রমের অভিযোগে সাড়ে নয় হাজার লোককে আটক করা হয়েছে। এ ছাড়া মিয়ানমারের তিন হাজার বাসিন্দাকে সে দেশে ফেরত পাঠানো হয়েছে। পাচারের সময় সাড়ে ৮০০ নারী ও সাড়ে ৩০০ শিশুকে উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে। ২০১৩ সালে ভারত থেকে ২০ লাখ ৩২ হাজার গবাদিপশু বাংলাদেশে এসেছে বলে তিনি জানান।

Tsunami of Extremely Bad Global Economy is hurting Humanity and they are FED-UP with present day Global Economy and have lost all hopes, since they are not taking lessons from the Quraan (True Book of Guidance for Whole Mankind). The Quraan has clear guidance to save all humanity (Ref: Al_Quraan, 005:032) and it is up to Human to take lessons from it. When Allah has mentioned in the Quraan about expending Universe (Ref: Al_Quraan, 051:047), you cannot have good economics with fixed budget. When Allah has mentioned in the Quraan that His Wealth is Unlimited (Ref_Al_Quraan_112:001-004), which gives us signs to build Whole New World in Whole New Way and it is absolutely 100%possible if we take guidance from the Quraan and join together without any discrimination of Religion, Race, Sect, Gender, Color, Nationality, Rich, Poor, Young or Old, etc. (Ref: Al_Quraan_010:057, 030:022, 049:013). Together we will Change Our World, not alone (Ref: Al_Quraan_003:064).
Example of Global Downsizing-Shutdown-Lockdown: Take an example of past time, when 1000 people were working in a farm land. Later they started using tractors and other machines, because of which layoff started happening and when comes superfast technology, more and more people were being off the jobs, perhaps they only need 10 people, then what those leftover 990 people will do and what education they need to get jobs. These 990 people were good customers to many businesses while on the job, and now they are not. Same way other businesses started using superfast technology and had laid off many employees, who were customers to many businesses as well, but not anymore. Although you are seeing other new technologies are coming into market, but later slowing down, since they calculated for total population and thinking that everyone has money tree in their backyards, but in reality they don't have, since they have lost their job. Later industries started shutting down followed by banks and Governments as well.
Superfast Technology is exceptionally good for humanity IF those left over (laid off) employees are put onto new projects to support themselves and their families, which is only possible if we work Globally. Students must have debt free education. Extreme Poverty is a breeding ground for Terrorist and Criminal Master Minds can use them. Globally we can fix many things.

If two countries are in conflict/war, it might last a few years/decades including preparation time but other supporting countries economy might boost, since these two might be buying tools etc. from them and later all collapses, while LOVE last much longer as long as they keep loving each other. e.g. if in India alone out of 1.3 billion people, 1 (one) billion people need cell phones right now, at present time all cell phone industries together might not be able to produce it right away. Another example is if situation in the middle-east gets stable, perhaps 1% of 1.5 billion Muslims may be interested every year to visit Baitul-Maqdis (Al-Aqsa) Masjid in Jerusalem, Israel. Think of how much never ending businesses will grow there and how much benefits their local people will get.
The Truth about Truth has three bitters/sours and painful stages:
1> Ignorant people make fun of it.
2> Ignorant people try to kill the truth. Truth dies when people wage war against each other.
3> People eventually accept the truth as being self-evident.

The World didn't end there, but it re-developed after a Great Revolution. Those who have never faced poverty may never understand its solution, unless they have really taken Guidance from the Quraan or have gone for intensive training. Phase 2> Together we need to work on to build Whole New World and find solution to present Global System, so that people from Phase 1 can be re-employed/re-deployed. We will only give suggestions and recommendations from Phase 1, and pray for them, without any force. We will wait forever to fix Global World, even if takes hundreds of years or millions of years, as long as all the People around the world and all the Government around the World allow us to run Phase 1 Globally using Unlimited Virtual Gold as a new currency only for basic survivals including their studies and research and developments around the globe. The Constitution in 1982 specified 15% and 7.5% of vacancies in public sector and government-aided educational institutions for SCs, STs. As per the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order 2008, 84 seats (18.42%) are reserved for SC/Dalits and 47 (8.66%) for ST are provided in Lok Sabha3. And now there is almost a continuous increase of seats for them as a result of delimitation of constituencies combined with reservation benefits- as evident from the following table.

If Muslims were also included in reservation and given the chance in decision-making and policy-formulation process perhaps their concern would have been taken care of in a much better way, and through schemes and policies their social and economic issues would have been handled better. For that, right after the Sachar report presentation another 73rd-like Constitutional Amendment was needed to be made immediately, through which they could get the chance to be included. Their participation at the lower level politics would have empowered them significantly.

Surat (Gujarat): Five FIRs have been registered on Thursday in connection with the communal violence that broke out between two communities – which saw two dead and more than half a dozen injured – at Ambheta and Hansot village near here.
State reserve police have been deployed in the area even as the situation remained under control, police claimed. Patrolling had been intensified in riot affected areas. As a precautionary measure, to prevent rumour mongering, internet services and messaging too have been disabled in Bharuch district.

Two persons were killed and more than half a dozen others, including a deputy superintendent of police, were injured, after an intense clash between two communities on Wednesday. Several properties were damaged and scores of vehicles were set afire by the clashing mobs.
A PTI report quoted Hansot police saying, "A case of murder has been registered against 16 persons for their alleged involvement in killing two local youth yesterday during the riot. We have also registered four other FIRs against a mob for their involvement in assault, rioting and causing damage to property etc."
Contrasting reasons were offered by both the communities involved in the clashes.
By the time of filing this report, tension continued in both the villages on Thursday although police claimed situation was control. Although curfew was not imposed formally, police, as a precautionary measure, are not allowing gathering of people.
Hansot, which has had a history of communal clashes, had seen a round of communal tension as recently as December 2014. As reported by Times of India, the town had faced communal tension due to alleged derogatory images about minority community. Ambheta local 23-year-old Sajan Patel was arrested for allegedly spreading the message. He was booked under IPC 153 (a), (b), 295 (a) and section 66 of Information Technology Act. The arrest was a result of – locals claimed – a huge rally by members of the minority community against the alleged derogatory message circulated over social media.
Possibly keeping such incidents in mind, police had disabled internet services and messaging since late Wednesday evening to prevent rumour mongering.
A local source from Hansot claimed, a day after the riots, "police had started combing operations and took away almost 25 youth from the minority community. We are discontent with police who had helped the other community vandals yesterday and today they are targeting only our youth." He had alleged that on Wednesday, police had played a partisan role and provided a free hand to them (the other community members) during the riots for vandalizing properties belonging to the minority community members.
Referring to the huge rally – he claimed almost 25,000 persons had attended it – the source alleged, "Our large gathering had probably irked some from the other community, who, after this march and arrest of their youth, have allegedly planned to avenge."

बीते एक सप्ताह से देख, सुन रहा हूं। कौन को कितने बच्चें पैदा करने चाहिए। इस बारे में ज्ञानसागर में ज्ञान दिया जा रहा है। कोई चार कह रहा था। फिर पांच कहने लगा, इससे पहले कोई १५ कह रहा था। जो लोग बच्चें पैदा करने के बारे में सलाह देना चाहिए है कृपया एक राय होकर सलाह दे। लोग बहुत भ्रमित होते है। उम्मीद की जाती है आने वाले समय में जो भी संख्या सामने आएंगी वह एक राय होकर ही दी जाएगी।
......वैसे इतने बच्चें पैदा कौन करेंगा महिलाए ही न। जिनके शरीर में खून की कमी है, जिन्हें भरपेट भोजन नहीं मिलता, जिनकी शादियां कम उम्र में कर दी जाती है, जिन्हें दहेज के लिए जलाया जाता है। जिन्हें संस्कृति का पाठ पढ़ाया जाता है। लेकिन स्कूल नहीं जाने दिया जाता.........।

'दुनिया में भले ही आतंकी घटनाओं के चलते व मुस्लिम देशों में जो आतंकी मारकाट मची हुई है उससे पश्चिमी देशों में मुसलमानों को शंका की दृष्टि से देखा जा रहा है। परन्तु पूरे विश्व में मुस्लिम धर्म को मानने वाला अमनपंसद व भाईचारा बढाने वाला दाउदी बोहरा समाज को देख कर लोग अपनी धारणा को बदलने के लिए मजबूर हो जायेंगे। दाउदी बोहरा समाज का कोई व्यक्ति अमीर हो या गरीब सभी आदमी एक ही सांझा चुल्हे का बना रात का खाना मिल कर खाते है। दुनिया भर में करीब 20 लाख की संख्या में रहने वाले दाउदी बोहरा समाज को मानने वाले हैं। दाउदी बोहरा समाज का हर बस्ती, हर शहर में एक सांझी रसोई होती है यहां ही सभी परिवारों के लिए रात का खाना बनता है। अमीर हो या गरीब सभी परिवारों का खाना रात को उनके यहां टिफिन में यह समिति पंहुचाती है। अपने समाज के हर व्यक्ति के सुख दुख में दाउदी बोहरा मजबूती से खडा रहता है। इसी कारण समाज का कोई व्यक्ति कभी अपने आपको असहाय नहीं समझता'।
यह बहुत ही सुखद जानकारी भारतीय भाषा आंदोलन के धरने में 14 दिसम्बर को मकर संक्रांति के दिन भोपाल के समीप कस्बे में रहने वाले दाउदी बोहरा समाज के समाजसेवी शाकिर अली जिन्हें हम मोहम्मद सैफी के नाम से जानते है, ने दी। यह सुन कर मुझे लगा कि जैसे मेरा बचपन का 'पूरे गांव/संसार'को एक परिवार की तरह मिल कर खाना नही नहीं एक दूसरे के सुख दुख में हाथ बंटाने का सपना साकार कहीं तो हो गया। दुनिया के सभी समाजों को दाउदी बोहरा समाज से प्रेरणा लेकर एक दूसरे को सहयोग करके देश व समाज को मजबूत बना कर इस दुनिया को स्वर्ग बनाना चाहिए।
सांझा चुल्हे के बारे में बताते हुए सैफी भाई ने बताया कि यह तीन साल से चल रहा है। केवल रविवार की सांयकाल को यह सांझी रसाई का अवकाश होता है। बोहरा समाज के लोग सुबह व दोपहर का खाना ही अपने घरों पर बनाते है। सांयकाल का खाना हर दाउदी बोहरा समाज के घरों में टिफिनों में उनके शहर या बस्ती में चल रहे सांझे चुल्हे से ही बन कर आता है। इसके पीछे यह धारणा है कि समाज का कोई इंसान गरीबी या असहायता के कारण अच्छे खाने से वंचित न हो। इस सांझा चुल्हें को संचालित करने में समाज का हर व्यक्ति अपनी सामथ्र्य से सहयोग करता है।
यही नहीं दाउदी बोहरा समाज का कोई बच्चा शिक्षा से वंचित न रहे इसका भी सर्वोतम व्यवस्था की गयी है। इसके साथ चिकित्सा के लिए दाउदी बोहरा समाज ने मुम्बई में अत्याधुनिक सैफी चिकित्सालय बनाया हुआ है। इसके साथ वोहरा समाज जो अमेरिका, पश्चिमी देशों, अरब देशों व भारत सहित पूरे विश्व में कुल मिला कर करीब 20 लाख की संख्या में रहते है। उसमें से करीब 15 लाख के करीब भारत में निवास करते है। भारत में सबसे अधिक गुजरात में रहते है। इसके अलावा मुम्बई, मध्य प्रदेश के भोंपाल व इंदोर में भी निवास करते है। दिल्ली सहित देश के अन्य भागों में भी वोहरा समाज के लोग रहते है। हर शहर में या जनसंख्या के हिसाब से हर कस्बे में एक दाउदी बोहरा समाज की समिति होती है वह न केवल रात का सांझा खाना बना कर इनके घरों में हर रोज पंहुचाती है। अपितु हर नये बच्चे का नामांकरण से लेकर शादी व्याह, अन्य सभी सुख दुख के कार्यो में यह समिति महत्वपूर्ण सहयोग करती है। बिना व्याज का कारोबार, मकान आदि के लिए धन भी समाज देता है। मनुष्य मिल कर अपने संसार को कितना हसीन बना सकता है यह बोहरा समाज को देख कर सहज ही कल्पना की जा सकती है। अमीर हो या गरीब सबके लिए बोहरा समाज का एक सा व्यवहार है। दाउदी बोहरा समाज दुनिया भर में नौकरी नहीं अपने व्यवसाय करने पर विश्वास करता है। इसी कारण गुजरात में हीरे, मोती का व्यापार हो या अन्य व्यापार में ही दाउदी बोहरा समाज के लोग लगे होते है। वहीं केवल 5 प्रतिशत से भी कम लोग नौकरी पेशे में होंगे। सबसे सराहनीय है कि बोहरा समाज के लोग अन्य धर्म व समाजों से भी बहुत ही मेलजोल कर रहते है। यह अमन व भाईचारा का पैगाम देने वाला समाज पूरी दुनिया में इस्लाम का उदारवादी व मानवीय मूल्यों से युक्त नये चेहरे को अपने कार्यो व व्यवहार से रोशन करता है। दाउदी बोहरा समाज ने सांझा चुल्हे से यह साबित कर दिया कि इंसान चाहे तो इस दुनिया को जन्नत बना सकता है।

भारतीय जनता पक्ष अंतर्विरोधाने ग्रस्त असलेल्या लोकांचा पक्ष आहे. सद्यस्थितीत भाजपमध्ये तीन प्रकारचे अंतर्विरोधी गट आहेत. १ ) शेतकरी व सर्वसामान्य लोकांचे भले करू इच्छिणारा गट.हा गट धोरणात्मक निर्णयावर प्रभाव टाकू शकेल इतका प्रबळ नाही.२ )भांडवलदारांचे हित जपणारा भांडवलदार धार्जिणा गट.यांचा स्वतंत्र अजेंडा असून हा गट संपूर्ण खाजगीकरणाचा समर्थक आहे.धोरणात्मक निर्णयावर प्रभाव टाकू शकेल इतकी यांची शक्ती आहे. 3. धार्मिक कट्टरतावादी गट.हा गट प्रखर हिंदुत्वाचा समर्थक आहे.हिंदुराष्ट्र निर्माण करणे हे यांचे ध्येय्य आहे.मात्र भांडवलदार धार्जिण्या गटापेक्षा हा गट कमजोर आहे.
