বিপর্যয় এখনো কাটেনি।অশনি সংকেত।দক্ষিণ ভারত মহাসাগরে ভূমিকম্প।বাংলা কি বাঁচিবে কি বাঁচিবে না?

পয়ত্রিশ বছরের রাজধর্মে সংরক্ষণ বলিলেই,আম্বেডকর বলিলেই এই মাথা কাটে  কাটে ত সেই মাথা কাটে,বহুজন সমাজের জন্য তাহাদের বিবেক জাগিয়াছে।


আরেকটি ঐতিহাসিক ভূল সংশোধনের জন্য উঠিয়া পড়িযা লাগিয়াছেন।অজুহাত সংরক্ষণ পালন হয় নাই,তা-লে এতকাল খামোশ বুড়বক হইয়া বাঙালি সিপিএমে রাজিনীতিতে আপ্লুত ভারতে কম্যুনিস্ট আন্দোলনের দফা রফা করিয়া শেষ পর্যন্তু হুঁশ ফিরিল।


সুস্বাগতম।তবু বিহারের অন্কে জাত পাতের হিসাবে আবার ঘুরে দাঁড়ানো হবে কি হবে না,বলা যাইতেছে না।


শেক্সপীয়ার মহাশয়ের রচনায় হ্যামলেটে যেমন class consciosness রহিয়াছে, টেম্পেস্টে যেমন যুতসই ক্যালিবান আছেন বহাল তবিয়তে,মার্কস লেনিন স্টালিন ছাড়ুন সেই প্রাগঐতিহাসিক শেক্সপীয়ার ঘরানার চেতনার উন্মেষ বাংলার কমরেডদের কোনো কালে ঘটিল না।


যে ব্যাটা মহার জাতির অছুত আম্বেডকর বলিলেন,জাতি ধ্বংস ব্যাতিরেক ভারতবর্ষে সমতা ও ন্যায়ের লক্ষ্য দিবাস্বপ্ন,তাঁহাকে,তাঁহার ট্রেড ইউনিয়ন আন্দোলন,শ্রমিক ও মহিলাদের অধিকারের লড়াইকে আজও মান্যতা দিতে নারাজ কমরেড কূল।


অথচ বাবাসাহেবকে লঙ্ঘিয়া গিরি কন্দর দখল করার অবিচল লক্ষ্যে এক্কেবারে কাঁশিরাম ঘরানান নঊ গতর হইল  বৃধ্যস্য তরুনী ভার্যা বামমোরচার।


বিহারিদের আমরা চিরকালই বুড়বক ভাবিয়া রাখিয়াছি,তাহারা হিন্দুত্বের বিজয় রথ রুখিয়াছে।


বাম মোরচা সেখানেও ছিল কুরুক্ষেত্রের যুদ্ধে নীতীশ লালুর বিরুদ্ধে অসলী বিকল্প।ফলাফলে মালের কপালে তিন তিনটি আসন জুটিলেও সিপিএম সিপিআই ভাঁড়ারে মা ভবানী।


একন সেই বিহার দাওয়াই দমদম দাওয়াইয়ের পরবর্তী সংস্করণ।বঙ্গের সেয়ানা পাবলিক বটতলা এই সাহিত্য কিনিবেন কিনা,সেই অনিবার্য প্রশ্ন বাহুল্য।


যে ব্যাটা হাগা মোতার জন্য যখন তখন এয়ারপোর্টে তড়ি ঘঢ়ি যাওনের পর সিধা লন্ডন কিংবা ওয়াশিংটন,ইউরোপ কিংবা এশিয়ায় যেখানে সেখানে ঘরের বৌয়ের ন্যায় বিদেশ মন্তীকে ফেলিয়া রাখিয়া এনআরআই,যিনি বসিলেই সিট বেল্ট খোঁজেন,তিনিও জানেন বহুজন ভোট ছাডা় ক্ষমতা দখল অসম্ভব।


সঙ্ঘ পরিবার বুঝিয়া সুঝিয়া ব্রাহ্মণ ন্যাতাদের খাদের মুখে ঠেলিয়া বহুজন মুখের কাফিলা তৈরি করিল,ক্ষমতাও ক্যাপচার করিল,বামেরা লোম্বাডা ছিঁডিতে পারিল না ।

আর একন কিনা সেই কমরেডদের সবে ভাত ঘুম ভাঙ্গিল।

বাম প্রগতির ব্যাখ্যা করিবার লাগিয়া খাস বাঙাল না হইলে চলিতেছে না,বিহারিরা প্রমাণ করিল তাহারা বুড়বক নহে,বুড়বক এই বামেরা যাহারা বৃদ্ধদের ভরসায় বিপ্লব করিবেই।যুবদের বহিস্কার করিবেই।টলছে অথচ গমগম চলছে,চলবেই।অথচ করব লড়াই।জিতব লড়াই।





কল্কি অবতার নেগেছেন বোধিসত্ব হইবার তাকীদে।

125 তম জযন্তীতে সংসদের বিশেষ অধিবেশন,বামেদের দাবি ছিল,কার্যকর করল সেই ধর্মান্ধ রাজনীতি এবং এই ধর্মান্ধ রাজনীতির মোকাবিলায় গোমংস ভক্ষণ অভিযানের নিকুচি করার পর হঠাত এসসি,ওবিসি,এসটিদের সংরক্ষণের জন্য প্রাণ যায় যায়।


অন্যদিকে সারা দেশে এসসি,ওবিসি,এসটি গেরুয়া মেরুকরণের,গেরুয়া সুনামির পায়দল সৈন্যবাহিনী রক্তবীজ।মা কালীর ভোগেও লাগতাছে না।


ধর্মান্ধ মেরুকরণে দিদির হাতে মোসলমান আর মোদীর মুদিখানায় হিন্দুত্বের রান্না জমজমাট,সুদীপার রান্নাঘর ফেল।


একন দিদি নাম্বার ওয়ান রিয়েলিটি শো রাজনীতি।ক্লাব থাকিলেই ক্যাডার ফেল।ক্লাবে ক্লাবে খয়রাতি জাপানী তেল।আরও আছে টিউব ছাড়া কাঁবা সাইকেল।চলতা গাড়ি।

নো তিরস্কার,পুরস্কারের বন্যা চেন্নাই এক্সপ্রেস।মুফতে ডিলিটের কারখানা,শারদা লাগে কোনহানে,ক্যাবলা কান্তি।

বাঙালি গো,গনেশ হইল,ব্যাটা বিশ্বকর্মার হাতে হ্যারিকেন।

দ্যাখতাছি দুগ্গো থাকে কি না থাকে,সরসব্তীর হাঁডির হাল।

সংবিধান দিবসে খয়রাতি দিদির চাইতে মুদিখানার বেশি ছাড়া কিছু কম হয় নাই।বহুজন রাজনীতির পাতে কম কিছু পড়ে নাই।সব ব্যাটা রাম হনুমান।জাম্বুবান কাঁবা কি করে?


বাবরি বিধ্বংসের উদ্যাপন দিবসে সব কাগজে ফুল পাতা Ad বিজ্ঞাপনে বিলোদনে বিনোদিনী ফেল বাঙালি গো,কল্কি মহারাজ।জয় জয় জয় মহারাজ,কল্কি মহারাজ।কলির শেষ।


কল কারখানা নিপাত যাক্,ধ্বংস হোক খেত খামার ,ধ্বংস হোক মেহনতী জনতা,কোটিপতি জনপ্রতিনিধিরা,কমরেড।









বাংলায় শীতের জন্য হাহাকার ।



আজ ২১ ডিগ্রি। কনকনে ঠাণ্ডা দূরে থাক ভরা ডিসেম্বরে শিরশিরানি হিমের পাওয়া যাবে কী না তা নিয়েও আশঙ্কায় আবহাওয়া দফতর। পশ্চিমী ঝঞ্চার দাপটে শীতও এবার ধনীর, এসির তাপমাত্রা কমিয়ে ঘরে ঠাণ্ডা না বাড়ালে শীত এবার দুর্লভ। তবে আবহাওয়া দফতর জানিয়েছে এখনই জাঁকিয়ে শীত না পড়লেও,কয়েকদিনের মধ্যেই তিনি আসতে পারেন শহরে।


আজকালের প্রতিবেদনঃআজ রবিবার বাবরি মসজিদ ভাঙার সেই কুখ‍্যাত দিন। অন‍্যবারের মতো এবারও রাজ‍্য ও দেশের বিভিন্ন প্রান্তে দিনটি সম্প্রীতি দিবস হিসেবে পালন করেন বামপন্থীরা। কলকাতায় এদিন উত্তর ও দক্ষিণ দু'দিক দিয়ে যৌথ উদ‍্যোগে  দুটি পৃথক মিছিল বের করবে রাজ‍্যের সমস্ত বামপন্থী দল। শহিদ মিনারে সমাবেশ করবে সি পি আই। শুধু এখানেই নয়, রাজ‍্যের সমস্ত জেলায়, জেলা শহরে, মহকুমা স্তরেও মিছিল বের করবে বামপন্থী দলগুলি। এদিন হাওড়া জেলার বামপন্থী দলসমূহের আহ্বানে সম্প্রীতি মিছিল বের হবে দুপুর ২টোয়। বালি খাল থেকে শিবপুর অলকা সিনেমা হল পর্যন্ত। এদিন সকাল ৯টায় চিড়িয়ামোড় থেকে একটি পদযাত্রা বের হবে কলকাতা জেলা বামফ্রন্টের আহ্বানে। গণতন্ত্র ও গণতান্ত্রিক অধিকার রক্ষার ডাক। মিছিলে নেতৃত্ব দেবেন সি পি এম রাজ‍্য সম্পাদক, বিরোধী দলনেতা ডাঃ সূর্যকান্ত মিশ্র–সহ অন‍্যান‍্য বামপন্থী নেতৃত্ব। বিকেল ৪টেয় সাম্প্রদায়িক সম্প্রীতি ও ঐক‍্য–সংহতি রক্ষায় সম্প্রীতি মিছিল হবে উত্তরে দক্ষিণে। উত্তরের মিছিল কলেজ স্কোয়‍্যার থেকে বের হয়ে যাবে নারকেলডাঙা পর্যন্ত। দক্ষিণের মিছিল বের হবে হাজরা মোড় থেকে। বিভিন্ন পথ পরিক্রমা করে শেষ হবে পার্ক সার্কাস ৭ মাথার মোড়ে।

উল্লেখ‍্য, ১ ডিসেম্বর থেকেই বৃহত্তর বাম ঐক‍্যের ডাকে জেলায় জেলায় সাম্প্রদায়িক সম্প্রীতির পক্ষে, বেড়ে চলা অসহিষ্ণুতার প্রতিবাদে বিভিন্ন কর্মসূচি পালিত হচ্ছে।


স্কোয়াড হয়েছে, বিক্ষোভ, অবস্থান হয়েছে। কোথাও হয়েছে কনভেনশনও। গত দু'দিন জেলার সর্বত্র হাট সভা, বাজার সভার মধ‍্য দিয়ে মানুষকে সম্প্রীতির পক্ষে ও বি জে পি–র বিপদ সম্পর্কে প্রচার চালিয়েছে বামপন্থী দলগুলি।


এদিন কলকাতায় সি পি আইয়ের একটি সভা রয়েছে শহিদ মিনারে। দলের প্রতিষ্ঠা দিবস উপলক্ষে একাধিক কর্মসূচি শেষ হবে এই সমাবেশের মধ‍্য দিয়ে। সেখানে অবধারিত ভাবেই প্রতিবাদ  হবে অসহিষ্ণুতা ও সাম্প্রদায়িক বিপদ নিয়ে।

भारत में मोहनतकश जनता और शूद्र स्त्रियों के हकहकूक ,नागरिक और मानवाधिकार की लड़ाई लड़ने वाले समता और न्याय के प्रवक्ता बाबासाहेब के जाति उन्मूलन के एजंडे को हमारे कामरेडों को कभी उठाकर देखा नहीं है।इसीलिए यह मंडल बनाम कमंडल महाभारत भारत का सच है।


हमारे यहां हर मसला मुद्दा व्यक्ति संदर्भित हैं।बाकी कोई प्रसंग संदर्भ हम जानते ही नहीं है।


हम सत्ता से नाराज होते हैं तो फटाक से सत्ता का चेहरा बदल देते हैं।


भ्रष्टाचार और अनैतिकता हमारे लिए सबसे बड़े मुद्दे हैं और किसी न किसी को बलि का बकरा बनाकर अंधेर नगरी चौपट राजा का राजकाज हमारा लोकतंत्र है।


हमने गदहा पुराण भी लिखा है पिछले दिनों।


थमके खाडा़ रहियो के हम कोई विश्वमित्र भी नहीं है कि तपस्या भंग करने के लिए स्वर्ग से उतर आयेगी कोई मेनका और नयका भारतवर्ष बन जायेगा फिर किसी कुरुक्षेत्र के महाभारत के लिए,जहां फिर रचा जायेगा भागवत पुराण।


हमउ गधा संसति ह।

जिन्हें बहुतै गुस्सा आया होगा वे माफ कर दें।

अपने को गरियाने का हक भी हमें नहीं है।


वखत खराब बा।बाकीर हम वहींच शंबुक जिसकी हत्या देर सवेर होनी है मनुस्मृति की बहाली के लिए जैसे मारे गये गांधी,कलबर्गी पनसारे दाभोलकर और न जाने कितने मारे जायेंगे।


बहरेहाल उनका नाम कहीं दर्ज नहीं होता जो कत्लेआम और बलात्कार सुनामी के शिकार हैं और जो रोज या तो मारे जा रहे हैं या बलात्कार के शिकार हैं।


कौनो एफआईआर लाज नहीं होता।

हर फ्रेम मा हुक्मरान,हम गुलाम कहीं नहीं हैं।

कानून का राज कहीं नहीं है सरहदों के आर पार।

गुंडे माफिया अपराधी की दुनिया को हम स्वर्गवास समझते हैं।


गुंडे माफिया अपराधी की दुनिया को हम इहलोक परलोक परमार्थ और मोक्ष मानते हैं।बदलाव,समता,न्याय क्रंति ना जने का का मानते हैं।गदहा पुराण का सार यहींच।


प्यारे अफजल की करेजा हिलेले प्रेमकथा हमने इसीलिए बांची है कि इसमें भ्रष्टाचार की रट नहीं है और सीधे हुकूमत का चेहरा बेनकाब कर दिया गया है,जो भारत में मनुस्मृति अनुशासन और ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी के स्थाई बंदोबस्त के तहत वंश वर्चस्व का नस्ली भेदभाव के अलावा कुछ नहीं है।


सारा खेल फर्रुखाबादी युद्ध गृहयुद्ध है और अनंत विभाजन जाति व्यवस्था है जो फिर विश्व व्यवस्था भी है।


जो पाकिस्तमान में हो रहा है,वही हिंदुस्तान में हो रहा और वहींच बांग्लादेश में।अखंड वंश वर्चस्व है।


नेपाल की संप्रभु जनता ने इस वंश वर्चस्व को खारिज कर दिया है निनानब्वे फीसद जन प्रतिनिधित्व के साथ नया संविधान अपनाकर और हमने नेपाल को दुश्मन बनाकर हिमालय  के जलस्रोतों से खुद को बेदखल कर लिया है।


शेक्सपीअर के नाटकों में भी वैज्ञानिक दृष्टि है।

समय के संदर्भ और प्रसंग यथोचित है।

इतिहास बोध है और वर्गचेतना भी है और सबसे मजे की बात यह कि शेक्सपीअर के सारे पात्रों का देसीकरण कर दिया जाये तो उनके तमाम नाटक हमारे हैं।


बालीवूड में ओमकारा,हैदर और मकबूल में यह कर भी दिखाया है।


पूरा शेक्सपीअर साहित्य वैज्ञानिक दृष्टि से पढ़ने और परीक्षा में वहीं लिखने के अपराध में एमए प्रथम वर्ष में शेक्सपीअरन ट्रेजेडी में जो मुझे सिर्फ पास मार्क 36 हासिल हुए और हम रिसर्च के लिए बेताब हुए रहे,उसीका कर्मफल हमारी यह दो कौड़ी की पत्रकारिता है।लेकिन हम शेक्सपीअर का पीछा कभी ना छोड़े हैं।न छोड़ब।


अब हम का कहि,कल देर रात कल्कि अवतार संगे बाबासाहेब के विज्ञापन का जलवा बदहजम हो गया तो सबसे पहले बंगाल के कामरेडों को निसाना बांधकर ठेठ बांग्ला में फिर वहींच गदहा पुराण लिख दिहिस तो तृणमूल को भी बख्शा नहीं है।


मुश्किल यह है कि हम शुतूरमुर्ग नहीं है और कबीर की आत्मा हम पर जहां तहां सवार हो जाती है ऐसे कि बीच बाजार खड़े घर फूकने की हांक लगाने से बाज नहीं आया।हालात ये हैं कि इलाके कि महिलाएं अभी से धमकाने लगी हैं कि इलाका छोड़े तो खैर नहीं।और तो और प्रमोटर वगैरह तत्व जो मित्र हैं 25 साल से बाकायदा धमकाने लगे हैं,जो रोजहगते मूतते हो,उसीतरह हगो मूतो,यहां से हिलें तो काटकर रख देबो।बाकीर हम देख लेंगे।


मुहब्बत की इस जुबान में हम कीचड़ पानी गोबर में एकाकार हैं ।

वे ही लोग बिगड़जइहे तो धुन कर प्याज बनाई देब।


फिरभी सच का सामना तो करना ही होगा।

বিপর্যয় এখনো কাটেনি।অশনি সংকেত।দক্ষিণ ভারত মহাসাগরে ভূমিকম্প।বাংলা কি বাঁচিবে কি বাঁচিবে না?

संकट टला नहीं है।अशनि संकेत।दक्षिण हिंद सागर में भूकंप।बंगाल बचेगा के नहीं बचेगा?

हिंदुस्तान बचेगा कि नहीं बचेगा?

पाकिस्तान बतेगा कि नहीं बचेगा?

बांग्लादेश बचेगा कि नहीं बचेगा?

इसीलिए कल उठा लिया प्यारे अफजल की झूठो यह सरहद है और सारी दुश्मनी हुक्मरान की कारस्तानी है तो देख लो हुक्मरान का वह बेपरदा चेहरा भी।


हमारे ब्लाग में बिना विज्ञापन के सैंतीस के सैंतीस एपिसोडवा के लिंक हैं।जिनने टीवी पर देखा नहीं है,देक लें नेटवा पर।


बाकी हमने इस नब्वे मिनट में ही काम के सारे दृश्य और मुहब्बत के कारनामे के साथ निपटा दिया है।

माफिया,दहशतगर्द, गुंडे हुकूमत पैदा करती है। पालती, मारती भी वह ही है।



मुहब्बत की जंग ही असल जंग है जो जीते मुहब्बत की जंग वे ही सिकंदर और नफरत के कारोबार में मालामाल हर सौदागर का आखेर बेड़ा गर्क।


बालीवूड ने पाकिस्तान जीता है।हर मुहब्बत भरे दिल को जीता है।


प्यारे अफजल का सबसे बड़ा सबक यही है।


मेज पर कराची का नक्शा है और पुराना डान नये डान बने प्यारे अफजल को उसका इलाका समझा रहा है।पुराने डान ने अपना और अफजाल का इलाका दिखाया तो नये डान ने बाकी इलाकों के बारे में पूछा तो जवाब मिला कि सारे इलाके बंटे हुए हैं,जहां किसी न किसी दादा,गुंडा और डान का राज है।


पूरा कराची शहर और पूरा पाकिस्तान माफियाऔर गुंडा राज के हवाले हैं।

जनता तो गुलामो है।

उसकी परवाह किसी को नहीं है तो पाद पाद कर हम किसे कब तक जगाते रहेंगे।


सुसर नेपाल भी तराई को छू लेने के करतब के अलावा देखा नहीं है।जहां खुल्ला था सरहद और अब वहां बी होगी कंटीली बाड़।


जनम जात शरणार्थी हूं।अछूत भी हूं।सर्वोच्च शिखर पर पहुंच जाइब,समुंदर की गहराई मा पैठ जाइब,ज्वालामुखी सिरहाने सो जाई तबहुं इस छुआछूत से रिहाई नहीं है।


प्रधानमंत्री किसीतरह बन जाई तो हो सकत ह कि हिंदू ह्रदयसम्माट बनिकै दुनिया का सारा जायका,सारा मजा चख लिब।


किसी के पास हमें प्रधानमंत्री बनाने का कोई विकल्प है तो सीधे संपर्क करें वरना कुरुक्षेत्र बरोबर है।हमउ ना मानब।

बाकीर हमउ परधानम्तीर बन गयो तो यूपी का समूचा देशवा में समाजवाद बरखाबहर।ऴइसन ही जइसन यूपी मा समाजवाद।


कुनबे खातिर कोई ना हारै कोई इलेक्शनवा।बाकी सगरे होवै खेत।सारे जर परतिनिधि कुनबामध्ये पइदा करब।

बाबा साहेब आंबेडकर को उचित श्रधांजलि तब होगी जब संविधान का उचित पालन होगा,किसी पर सिर्फ उसके धर्म या जात के आधार पर घृणा नहीं होगी या उसके अन्याय नहीं होगा, समाज में जातिवाद का ज़हर ख़त्म धीरे धीरे ख़त्म हो जायेगा l

कल देर रात हमने गोवा में लेक्चर देने गये हुए अपने प्रोफेसर मित्र को आज के अखबारों में छपने वाले नये बोधिसत्व के साथ बाबासाहेब की तस्वीर वाले विज्ञापन के लिए बधाई दे दी।


हम फिलवक्त प्रतिबंधित है।पहलीबार हम लगातार तमिलनाडु को उनके ही विजुअल के साथ संबोधित कर रहे थे तो हम प्रतिबंधित हैं।हम कुछो किसी समूह को शेयर नहीं कर सकते।


प्यारे अफजल जैसा कोहराम की कुंडली बांच दी लेकिन हम लिंक जारी कर नाही सकै हैं।प्रवचन भी अब प्रतिबंध हटने पर ही देंगे।


तेलतुंबड़े से जियादा बातचीत हो नहीं सकी क्योंकि हम दफ्तर में थे और अपनी औकात के मुताबिक दफ्तर का फोन हम इस्तेमाल कर नहीं सकते।मोबाइल का नेटवर्क बार बार कट रहा था।जैसे हमारा कोई परिचयपत्र नहीं है क्योंकि मजीठिया के दो प्रोमोशन के बावजूद कोलकाता में हम सारे लोग जहां थे,वहीं हैं।


जनसत्ता में संपादक के सिवाय किसी का कोई परिचय है नहीं।


संपादक के अलावा हम सारे लोग पिछले 25 साल से सबएडीटर हैं और यह स्थाई बंदोबस्त माननीय प्रभाष जोशी, श्याम आचार्य और अमित प्रकाश सिंह कर गये हैं।


हम प्रबंधन को इसका दोषी नहीं मानते।क्योंकि मार्केटिंग में नानस्टाफ तक को परिचय पत्र और ईमेल आईडी मिला हुआ है आफिसियल।


सिर्फ जनसत्तावाले अछूत हैं।क्योकि जो भी कुर्सी में होता है संपादकीय में,उसे अपने साथियों का ख्याल होइच ही नहीं।


हमारे अंग्रेजी अखबारों में किसी की ऐसी दुर्गति नहीं है।


हम भी डिजिटल हैं।मीडिया ही नहीं मैनेजमेंट डिजिटल और सेंट्रलाइज है तो सारे फैसले जाहिर हैं कि दिल्ली से होते हैं।प्रभारी को फारम वगैरह भर कर देना होता है और यह मामूली काम करने की फुरसत हिंदी के किसी संपादक की होती नहीं है।


वेतन पीएफ वगैरह आउटसोर्सिंग है तो आईडी अक्सरहां ही लाक हो जाती है।सैलरी स्लिप हमें आउटसोर्स से लेनी होती है।लेकिन हमारी आईडी लाक है।


हम सैलरी स्लिप भी देख नहीं सकते।मैनेजमेंट का कहा हुआ है कि सारे लोगों को आफिसियल आईडी दे दिया जाये।


आईटी कहना है कि संपादक फार्म के लिए मैनेजमेंट को सिंपली एक मेल भेजें तो फारम मिलेगा और उसे भर दें तो आईडी बन जायेगी।यह जरुरी इसलिए है कि लाक खोलने के लिए आफिसियल आईडी पर ही रिकवरी लिंक मिलेगा।


जब हमारे पुराने साथी हमारी समस्या सुलझा नहीं सकते तो हम किससे गिला शिकवा करें।


हमारे दिग्गजों को तो शर्म आती होगी कि कबाब में हड्डी की तरह प्रोफेशनल रैकिंग में तमाम मैनेजरों,संपादकों और रिपोर्टरों और कालमिस्टों के मत्थे पर जनसत्ता का अछूत यह सब एडीटर है।


नौकरी छोड़ने के बाद बहुतै पादै हैं लोग।हम उनमें नहीं है।डिजिटल इंडिया की यह कारस्तानी और हमारे हिंदी जगत की मेहरबानी हम अबहुं शेयर कर रहे हैं।चाहे बुरा मानो या भला।


बाद में आप कहेंगे कि नौकरी पर थे तो भीगी बिल्ली बने हुए थे या बाजार से वसूली ऐसे कर रहे थे कि परिचय दें तो अगला सीधे मुंह पर थूः कर दे या फिर सत्ता के साथ ऐसे नत्थी कि हमें शर्म आती है और हम कहीं जाते नहीं हैं।


वैसे भी हम सेठों के गुलाम तबके मा शामिल नइखै।चिरकुटों से हमार कोई वास्ता नइखै।कोलकाता में सारा सांस्कृतिक परिदृश्य इस वखत चिरकुटई बा।हमसे कोई ना पूछै कि कोलकाताम मा कौन हमार दोस्त ह।कोई दोस्त नइखै।


अपने समूह के तमाम मैनेजरों, संपादकों,रिपोर्टरों में लिंकडइन पर मेरी रैंकिंग लंबे समय से टाप फाइव में हैं जो पिछले छह महीने से कभी दो,कभी तीन है और मेरे पास न परिचय पत्र है और न आफिसियल आईडी है।


मैं दिल्ली में संपादकीय को कोई आलेख वगैरह भी नहीं भेज सकता क्योंकि मेरा आईडी इंडियनएक्सप्रेस डाट काम नहीं है।

Cheers!Three cheers!The Bahujan politicians,the Ambedkarites and the untouchable have  not to remember Dr.BR Ambedkar as Ambedkarite ATM is the source of all political equations and the State celebrtes!


However,in Mumbai, glowing tributes were paid to Ambedkar at his memorial 'Chaityabhoomi' in the Dadar area, as thousands of his followers gathered there. Maharashtra Governor C Vidyasagar Rao and Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis were among those who paid tributes to the Dalit icon.


Cheers!Three cheers!The Prime Minister said that while his contributions towards social justice have been recognised, his economic thoughts and vision are still not fully understood, and these need to be appreciated.

Thus,PresiPresident Pranab Mukherjee, Vice President Hamid Ansari, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders on Sunday remembered Babasaheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar on his 60th death anniversary, which is being observed as 'Mahaparinirvan Diwas.'

Mr. Mukherjee, Mr. Ansari and Mr. Modi offered floral tribute at the Dalit mascot's statue in Parliament House lawns.


"Remembering Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar on his Punya Tithi," Mr. Modi posted on Twitter along with a photograph showing him and the Ambedkar's statue.

My respected friend Dr Anand Teltumbde explained it time and again!But I am tempted to ask this question again as Dr BR Ambedkar is remembered in reference to his economic thoughts by those who do everything to disinvest everything,privatize everything as Babasaheb insisted on nationalization of resources and land reforms!It seems quite contradictory.


It is amusing that Indian politics has been reduced to religious blind nationalism of hatred and intensive caste war as the Nation has become an infinite hunting ground for foreign capital and foreign interest.While in his first speech on the resolution moved by Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru in the constituent assembly presided by Dr.Rajendra Prasad to finalize the framework of Indian constitution,Babasaheb spoke and explained the idea of India and it had been social,political and economic equality and justice.Yes,it was the destination and future of India,the idea of India that our freedom fighters and national leaders opted for Republic of India!


Where do we stand now.No bodyseems to be interested in Baba Saheb`s agenda of caste annihiliation which should have been the agenda of Hindutva if the  flagbearers of Hindutva had cared for Hindu majority demography and Hindu religion!It is the same philosophy of unification which reminds us the Panchasheel and Buddhist India which streamlined and liberalized Hindutva and Swami Vivekanand referred to that Hindutva which stood ahead just because of Bhakti movement during Islamic Rule and Bengal Renaissance in nineteenth Century  rooted in tolerance and diversity!


Pardon! It is not the key to open the doors of power sharing in dynasty hegemony rule at all!The destination to Equality and Justice would not be achieved by economic reforms as these reforms exclude further!Rather these reforms opt  for genocide culture and ethnic cleansing as we have seen in seventies and eighties amidst refugee influx from outside and within because of transfer of power at the cost of partition followed by infinite displacement all on the name of development and growth!


What the economic thoughts of Babasaheb Dr.Ambedkar had to do with economic reforms and free market economy,I may not understand!



PM releases commemorative coins

Mr. Modi released two commemorative coins of Rs. 125 and Rs. 10 denomination as part of the 125th birth anniversary year celebrations of B.R. Ambedkar.

The coins were issued on his death anniversary, which is being observed as "Mahaparinirvan Divas of Babasaheb Ambedkar".


Addressing a gathering at his residence, the Prime Minister said that there were only a few individuals who remain alive in public consciousness, even 60 years after their death.


He said the more one recalls Ambedkar's thoughts, in the context of issues currently faced by India, "the more we come to respect his vision and his approach to inclusiveness".


The Prime Minister said that while his contributions towards social justice have been recognised, his economic thoughts and vision are still not fully understood, and these need to be appreciated.


Mr. Modi said Ambedkar and the Constitution of India should always be discussed and talked about in this country, and the observance of Constitution Day on November 26, was a step in that direction.


Mind you,after releasing the commemorative coins, the Prime Minister termed Ambedkar as a visionary and a profound thinker and said his economic thought and vision were still not fully understood and needed to be appreciated, even though his contribution towards social justice have been recognised.


"Our government is leaving no stone unturned to fulfil the vision & dreams of Dr Ambedkar to create a prosperous & inclusive India," Modi said after the function in which Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Thawar Chand Gehlot were also present.


Thus,the Prime Minister also highlighted Ambedkar's vision on women empowerment, federalism, economy and its relevance.


"We are aware of Dr Ambedkar's contributions towards social justice but Babasaheb's thoughts on economic issues are equally enlightening. ... Dr Ambedkar will always be remembered as an original & profound thinker. His views on inclusiveness & harmony continue to inspire us," he said.


Modi said Ambedkar had faced lot of humiliation, yet his patriotism reflected in his work.


He appreciated Ambedkar's vision on subjects such as women empowerment, India's federal structure, finance and education, a press release issued by Prime Minister's Office said.


Moreover,Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Thawar Chand Gehlot were present on the occasion.


डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या महापरिनिर्वाण दिनाच्या पूर्वसंध्येपासूनच (शनिवार) दादर येथील चैत्यभूमी आणि शिवाजी पार्क परिसरात आंबेडकरी जनांचा महासागर उसळला.


डॉ. आंबेडकर यांना अभिवादन करण्यासाठी मुंबई व परिसरासह संपूर्ण राज्यातून लाखो अनुयायी दादरमध्ये दाखल झाले आहेत. शनिवारी दुपारपासूनच दादर पश्चिमेकडे 'आंबेडकरी जनांचा प्रवाह चालला हो चैत्यभूमीकडे'असे चित्र पाहायला मिळाले.


राज्याच्या विविध भागांतून दादरच्या चैत्यभूमीवर येण्यासाठी शनिवारी सकाळपासून आंबेडकरी अनुयायी यायला सुरुवात झाली. दुपारनंतर गर्दीचा ओघ वाढला आणि सायंकाळी उशिरा या गर्दीवर कळस चढला.


महापरिनिर्वाण दिनाच्या निमित्ताने येणारी लाखो लोकांची गर्दी विचारात घेऊन पालिका प्रशासन आणि पोलीस यांनी चैत्यभूमी आणि शिवाजी पार्क येथे चोख व्यवस्था आणि कडेकोट पोलीस बंदोबस्त ठेवला आहे.


सेनापती बापट यांचा पुतळा असलेला परिसर ते शिवाजी पार्क, चैत्यभूमी या ठिकाणी पदपथावरच आंबेडकरी साहित्य आणि वस्तूंची विक्री सुरू होती.  


आंबेडकरी जनांच्या निवासाची व्यवस्था शिवाजी पार्कमध्ये करण्यात आली आहे.


औरंगाबाद येथून आलेला विशाल साबळे आणि त्याचे मित्र येथे भेटले. औरंगाबाद येथे रिक्षाची बॉडी तयार करणाऱ्या एका कंपनीत विशाल व त्याचे मित्र नोकरी करतात.


ते दरवर्षी चैत्यभूमीवर अभिवादनासाठी येतात. आंबेडकरी जनतेसाठी डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी केलेले कार्य खूप मोठे आहे. त्या महापुरुषाला अभिवादन करण्यासाठी आम्ही दरवर्षी येतो, असे विशाल व त्याच्या मित्रांनी सांगितले.

Rebuild the shaken confidence of the nation Punish perpetrators of Babari demolition

As a secular humanist, I have no faith in the 'super-powers' of the religious structures but as a human right defender, I understand millions of people have because of inability of our state and the power elite in the society to keep people aware and provide them modern scientific education. The state have used religion for its own purposes and in the entire process villains the other religious practices.

 

India's constitution allows people to enjoy their faith and propagate it. If we talk of constitutionalism then we have to stick to that and should not bring issues of ideology in discussion that.

 

The Hindu fanatics demolished Babari Masjid on December 6th, 1992 in Ayodhya and the country plunged into darkness. That was an unprecedented act with active promotion by the state government of Kalyan Singh who is now governor of another state and who proudly proclaimed that ', for him the faith in Lord Rama was much bigger than the constitution of India'.  The Supreme Court gave him a symbolic punishment of sending him for one day in jail for contempt of the court. But that does not resolve the issue. The then Prime Minister P V Narsihma Rao presided over one of the most inefficient regimes of the time who clandestinely paved the way for the demolition of the Babari Masjid.  When the masjid was demolished Rao pretended as a man 'betrayed' by the Sangh Parivar as he was in negotiations with them for a 'peaceful' solution. In a broadcaste to the nation that night, Prime Minister Narsimha Rao promised the nation that the Babari Masjid would be rebuilt at the same place. Yet, none remind them as what happened to that promise.

 

It is not that we don't know that if any attempt is made to built the mosque there, the Hindu fanatics are going to vitiate the atmosphere. We know political parties wont act and our courts also will try to find a middle way as they would not like to see chaos and anarchy in the street. Yet, if we believe in fair play and rule of law then before the dispute is resolved status quo ante need to be done. Can we respect our constitutional values?

 

The problem is in the historical misuse of law and constitution by all the parties whenever it suits them. The Hindu fanatics use it and decry if the verdict goes against them and similarly the Muslims who want to 'accept' the verdict but wouldn't accept it if it goes against their faith.

 

How do people resolve their political disputes in multicultural societies. It is the biggest challenge. One persons hero may be others villain. One persons best book may be worst for others. One community's best practices may be worst for others. How do we find a common way out to resolve our conflicts ? Definitely there are hundreds of commonalities between us. Why don't we bring them together and believe in the morality of the constitution, as it is the only binding force. Dr Ambedkar wanted that we should have the constitutional morality, as it is the only force that can bind us together and bring justice.

 

All of us remembered Baba Saheb Ambedkar and his contribution in nation building but when issues of people come our constitution is made to fail because those who have the duty to implement our constitutional values actually have no faith in it. Their dream is India of manu's constitution which runs in our veins and in our homes, streets, schools, colleges, hospitals and common places.  It is the tug of war between Manu's constitution of the caste forces and Baba Saheb's modern Indian secular constitution where rule of law prevails.

 

We know a society and a country cannot be built on merely law books but mutual relationship between diverse communities who have been living here for centuries.  India remain a nation of diverse faiths and culture therefore disputes are bound to happen and the best way to resolve them is through mutual talks. It is ironic that those who have no contribution in building up this nation today are talking of sending people to Pakistan or elsewhere. Islam and Christianity came to India much before they reached Europe. I was amazed to meet a Muslim tribal community in remote Indonesia once who told me while welcoming that they are proud that I was there as Islam came to their shores from India. If I visit to South East Asia, the Buddhists friends feel wonderful to have a person coming from Buddha land. My own understanding on Ayodhya clearly suggests how the small town could be termed as the 'cultural capital' of India where each one flourished. Numerous Dargahs where people of all sects go together and enjoy. There are madrasas where Hindu students too come to study. Nothing is imposed.

 

Why was then Hindutva fanatic so upset that they chose this day to demolish the Babari Mosque. If your memories are not lost then you must not forget the historic Mandal era of the 1990s when the caste Hindus were committing suicide to stop the government from implementation of the Mandal Commission Report. Advani was the leader of BJP and he decided that 'Ram Janm Bhumi' issues need to be revived as Mandal was 'dividing' Hindus. Secretaively, both the BJP and Congress supported the upper caste Hindus campaigning against Mandal commission report. That time the government acted hard and did not allow the Hindutva's rabble-rousers to demolish the mosque. The price was too high and the government fell in the Lok Sabha. It was sad that a democratically elected government fell for the 'sin' of protecting the constitution.  Congress committed the biggest crime in voting along with the BJP to bring the government down.

 

The Mandal forces had unleashed a heavy blow to the brahmanical hegemony in all walks of life particularly politically where our parliament now reflect India in real sense. With more job reservation we had seen a steady growth of the Dalits OBCs and others in power structure. Now the Muslims and Christians were also asking for their fair share in power structure. How can you dilute all this?  Hence Narsimha Rao's first blow to state socialism was in the form of a non political finance minister whose only job was to dilute the leavers of powers, reduce job reservation and welfare schemes. With more and more entries of private sector, Narsimharao ensured that the gains of the Mandal Commission are undone. He continued to hobnob with Atal Bihari Vajpayee and other Sangh leaders. He was trying to facilitate a Ram temple in Ayodhya through back channel process but the power games inside the Sangh Parivar thwarted that and it came in the form of demolition of the Babari Masjid. This happened when Uttar Pradesh chief minister Kalyan Singh had given a written promise to National Integration Council that he will do everything to protect the constitution and the 'disputed structure'. Yes, till it was demolished, I used to call it a disputed structure but after the demolition it became a mosque.

 

Narsimha Rao felt betrayed and on that night he promised that the mosque would be rebuilt. It was the promise by a prime minister. It was a promise to the world that India stand for the rule of law and the Hindutva elements were just fringe but today we see that the fringe have become mainstream. India stands to lose if we do not take action against those who indulged in the crime. Tragically, none of the politicians speak anything on it which was a constitutional promise made by the prime minister. Contrary to this, those who demolished the mosque and should have been in the jails facing sedition charges are today shouting atop of their voices and now bringing back to the issue of Ram Janam Bhumi as we know elections are approaching in Assam, West Bengal and later in Uttar Pradesh.  Despite their failure in Bihar, the Sangh continues with its vicious agenda. Will the government stop them?

 

Everyday, stories are being planted in the media, through social media and public meetings. Lal Krishna Advani, the man who made Modi leader of India through his chariot said that Babari Masjid was the symbol of 'slavery' and they can't allow it. It is not merely Ayodhya, the loud chant during the demolition was,' Abhi to bas ye jhanki hai, Kashi, Mathura baaki hai'. This is just a trailer, We still have Kashi and Mathura. If history is to be corrected this way then India wont have a place to live. Like Talibans we will be ending up demolishing every good thing that our ancestors have built and our political leadership was able to protect despite all their faults. If history is to be corrected through digging then that will only be problematic for the brahmanical elite as more it dig, it will only find Buddhist places demolished by the Hindu brahmanical kings. Will it be ready to return the Buddha Viharas to Buddhists which the Hindus have illegally grabbed including the historic shrine of Bodh Gaya ? 

 

The demolition of the Babari Mosque created an unprecedented crisis as the country suffered from a credibility crisis. It was not the demolition of a mosque but absolute disregard to the Constitution of India.  Why was the December 6th chosen to demolish the mosque when each one of them knows that it is a sacred day for millions of Dalits in India who consider Baba Saheb Ambedkar as their liberator and emancipator? How could such ghastly crime be committed on the day when we all remember the man who gave us this modern constitution? But then the Sangh agenda was clear to break the unity of the Dalits with the Muslims so Ambedkar's writings were used selectively and attempt are being made to appropriate him. The first shila pujan in Ayodhya was done through a Dalit. How can Dr Ambedkar and Ram go together? Ambedkar, who wrote so eloquently about the two gods of Hindus and asked his followers not to follow their path. If the Sangh so much love Ambedkar, why the Gujarat government withdrew the Ambedkar's biography from the schoolbooks because it objected his 22 vows.

 

The fact is we need to understand that Dr Ambedkar was a humanist, a rationalist who challenged the status quo and asked uncomfortable questions. His Buddhism is not that of the Dalai Lama or those who engage in big rituals but Navayana as he called it was a way of life well defined in his 22 vows.  He was much ahead of his time and spoke eloquently on the problems faced by the country. At the time when none questioned Gandhi or India's Gods and Goddesses, Ambedkar had the courage to philosophically and politically challenge them. Sangh's attempt to appropriate Ambedkar are bound to fail as Ambedkar cannot be used by them philosophically and politically due to his unambiguous writings on communalism and brahmanism and therefore they will try to appropriate him through worshipping him and erecting his statues. People of this country have given enormous love and affection to Ambedkar and knows the wider game plans of the Sangh. Fortunately, today, huge numbers of Dalits-Bahujan intellectuals, writers, socio- political activists have emerged following Amedkar's path and that is the strength which will make things more difficult for the right-wings fundamentalists to appropriate Ambedkar.  It is the people's power and not the power politics, which before 1989 was not keen in even taking his name. For years Ambedkar remained an outsider in the India's parliament but today the situation is changed and these parties and leaders who never subscribe him actually have to sing his songs. Yet, hopefully, people know what Dr Ambedkar stood for and his ideas to see a republican, inclusive Prabuddha Bharat.

 

On this solemn day we have to pledge that we will not allow this constitution to be bulldozed by those who are today swearing in its name. In their heart they wish a rule of Manusmriti and divide people on the communal lines to maintain the status quo in favor of the caste Hindus. Babari Masjid was razed to protect Brahmanism, which would have died under the assault of the asserting Dalit Bahujan communities. It got a lease of life for some time and it is trying different ways and means to protect its hegemony. Unfortunately, in the multicultural society like ours smaller contradictions among communities are becoming handy for the brahmanical power elite and hence Muslims became direct target to cobble together all the Dalits and Bahujans as 'Hindus' in their 'common' struggle against Islam. It was dangerous. It has succeeded many time and many places and failed at other like Bihar. We have to be active and try to resolve our small internal differences. It is time those differences are democratically resolved. The Dalit Bahujan alliance will only succeed when it is 'programme based' and include all like-minded people. Politics never succeed on extremism. It needs to be inclusive. The social movements should continue to build an India beyond Mandir and Masjid, beyond mullahs and Brahmins. An India where every one of us focus on right to life, right to health, right to education denied to all the communities under the elite pressure in the post 1990s 'liberal' governments.

 

As I said Babari Masjid's demolition was an affront to the constitution of India. It was clever attempt to polarise India between the two communities and hand them over the priestly classes to lead, which were under the threat from the Mandalisation of society. Even in Islam the pasmanda muslims are now seeking their dues. Fight for rights and social awakening must continue and we should put pressure on the political class to have strength to speak truth and demand justice for the people. Will those who demolish Babari Masjid and killed thousands of people in the aftermath of the engineered 'communal' disturbances be punished? We want to see what punishment will those people get who defamed India, demolished its constitutional values and ashamed all of us.

Debate Baba Saheb!निर्वाण और बुद्धत्व ने बाबा का मिशन भटकाया

06 दिसम्बर, 1956 में भारत के संविधान के सम्पादक या कहो रचियता बाबा साहेब डॉ. भीमराव अम्बेड़कर की मृत्यु हुई। जिसे उनके बौद्ध-धर्मानुयाई-निर्वाण प्राप्ति कहते हैं। सोशल मीडिया पर बाबा साहब के अनुयाइयों की ओर से यह भी लिखा जाता है कि बाबा साहब की मृत्यु, सामान्य मृत्यु नहीं थी, बल्कि उनकी मौत संदिग्ध थी।

निर्वाण क्या है?
सबसे पहले निर्वाण और मोक्ष में क्‍या अन्‍तर है? सामान्यत: दु:खों से मुक्त हो जाने पर निर्वाण प्राप्‍त होना माना जाता है। जबकि हिन्दु धर्म में पुनर्जन्‍म से मुक्‍ति‍ को मोक्ष कहते हैं। मोक्ष का अर्थ है ब्रह्मानुभूति भी माना जाता है। बौद्धमतानुसार निर्वाण का शाब्दिक अर्थ है-'बुझा हुआ'। निर्वाण बौद्ध धर्म का परम सत्य है और जैन धर्म का मुख्य सिद्धांत माना जाता है। हालांकि 'मुक्ति' के अर्थ में निर्वाण शब्द का प्रयोग गीता, भागवत इत्यादि हिन्दू ग्रंथों में भी मिलता है। फिर भी यह शब्द बौद्धों द्वारा ही अधिकतर प्रयोग किया जाता है। अतः निर्वाण शब्द से क्या अभिप्राय है, इसका निर्णय बौद्धों के वचनों द्वारा हो सकता है।

बोधिसत्व नागार्जुन ने माध्यमिक सूत्र में लिखा है कि 'भवसंतति का उच्छेद ही निर्वाण है', अर्थात् अपने संस्कारों द्वारा हम बार-बार जन्म के बंधन में पड़ते हैं, इससे उनके उच्छेद द्वारा भवबंधन का नाश हो सकता है।
रत्नकूटसूत्र में बुद्ध का यह वचन है कि राग, द्वेष और मोह के क्षय से निर्वाण होता है। बज्रच्छेदिका में बुद्ध ने कहा है कि निर्वाण है, उसमें कोई संस्कार नहीं रह जाता।

माध्यमिक सूत्रकार चंद्रकीर्ति ने निर्वाण के संबंध में कहा है कि सर्वप्रपंचनिवर्तक शून्यता को ही निर्वाण कहते हैं। यह शून्यता या निर्वाण क्या है! न इसे भाव कह सकते हैं, न अभाव। क्योंकि भाव और अभाव का ही नाम तो निर्वाण है, जो अस्ति और नास्ति दोनों भावों के परे और अनिर्वचनीय है।

माधवाचार्य ने भी अपने सर्वदर्शनसंग्रह में शून्यता का यही अभिप्राय बतलाया है-'अस्ति, नास्ति, उभय और अनुभय इस चतुष्कोटि से विनिमुँक्ति ही शून्यत्व है'। माध्यमिक सूत्र में नागार्जुन ने कहा है कि अस्तित्व (है) और नास्तित्व (नहीं है) का अनुभव अल्पबुद्धि ही करते हैं। बुद्धिमान लोग इन दोनों का अपशमरूप कल्याण प्राप्त करते हैं। उपर्युक्त वाक्यों से स्पष्ट है कि निर्वाण शब्द जिस शून्यता का बोधक है, उसका अभिप्राय है-मैं भी मिथ्या, संसार भी मिथ्या। एक बात ध्यान देने की है कि बौद्ध दार्शनिक जीव या आत्मा की भी प्रकृत सत्ता नहीं मानते। वे एक महाशून्य के अतिरिक्त और कुछ नहीं मानते।

बौद्ध धर्म में निर्वाण : बुद्ध ने निर्वाण को मन की उस परम शांति के रूप में वर्णित किया जो तृष्णा, क्रोध और दूसरी विषादकारी मन:स्थितियों (क्लेश) से परे है। ऐसा प्राणी जिसने जीवन में शांति को पा लिया है, जिसके मन में सभी के लिए दया हो और जिसने सभी इच्छाओं और बंधनों का त्याग कर दिया हो। यह शांति तभी प्राप्त होती है, जब सभी वर्तमान इच्छाओं के कारण समाप्त हो जाएं और भविष्य में पैदा हो सकने वाली इच्छाओं का जड़ से नाश हो जाए। निर्वाण में तृष्णा और द्वेष के कारण जड़ से समाप्त हो जाते हैं, जिससे मनुष्य सभी प्रकार के कष्टों या संसार में पुनर्जन्म के चक्र से छूट जाता है। विद्वान हरबर्ट गींतर का कहना है कि निर्वाण से "आदर्श व्यक्तित्व, सच्चा इंसान" वास्तविकता बन जाता है।

धम्मपद में बुद्ध कहते हैं कि निर्वाण ही "परम आनंद" है। यह आनंद चिरस्थाई और सर्वोपरि होता है जो ज्ञानोदय या बोधि से प्राप्त होने वाली शांति का एक अभिन्न अंग है। यह आनंद नश्वर वस्तुओं की खुशी से एकदम अलग होता है। निर्वाण से जुड़ा हुआ ज्ञान बोधि शब्द के माध्यम से व्यक्त होता है।

भगवान बुद्ध ने अपने भिक्षुओं को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा है-'भिक्षुओं! संसार अनादि है। अविद्या और तृष्णा से संचालित होकर प्राणी भटकते फिरते हैं। उनके आदि-अंत का पता नहीं चलता। भवचक्र में पड़ा हुआ प्राणी अनादिकाल से बार-बार जन्मता-मरता आया है। संसार में बार-बार जन्म लेकर प्रिय के वियोग और अप्रिय के संयोग के कारण रो-रोकर अपार आँसू बहाए हैं। दीर्घकाल तक दुःख का, तीव्र दुःख का अनुभव किया है। अब तो सभी संस्कारों से निर्वेद प्राप्त करो, वैराग्य प्राप्त करो, मुक्ति प्राप्त करो।'

'निर्वाण' शब्द की उत्पत्ति :
निर्वाण शब्द निः (निर) और वाण की संधि से बना है। निर का अर्थ है "अलग होना, दूर होना या उसके बिना" और वाण का अर्थ है "मुक्ति"।

निर्वाण शब्द का शब्दानुवाद :
1. वाण, का तात्पर्य है पुनर्जन्म का पथ, + निर, का तात्पर्य है छोड़ना या "पुनर्जन्म के पथ से दूर होना."
2. वाण, अर्थात 'दुर्गन्ध', + निर, अर्थात "मुक्ति": "पीड़ादायक कर्म की दुर्गन्ध से मुक्ति."
3. वाण, अर्थात "घने वन", + निर, अर्थात "छुटकारा पाना"="पांच स्कंधों के घने वन से स्थाई मुक्ति" (पंच स्कंध), या "मोह, द्वेष तथा माया" (राग, द्वेष, अविद्या) या "अस्तित्व के तीन लक्षणों" (अस्थायित्व, अनित्य, असंतोष, दु:ख, आत्मविहीनता, अनात्मन) से मुक्ति।
4. वाण, अर्थात "बुनना", + निर, अर्थात "गांठ"="कर्म के पीड़ादायी धागे की गांठ से मुक्ति।"

उपरोक्तानुसार निर्वाण उस अवस्था को कहा जा सकता है, जिसमें दु:ख-तकलीफों या पुनर्जन्म से मुक्ति मिल जाये। जबकि सर्व-विदित है कि बाबा साहब अन्त समय तक अपनी कौम के लिये दु:खी थे। आर्यों के विभेदकारी अत्याचारों और अन्यायों से दु:खी थे। इसके अलावा जैसा कि पूर्व में लिखा गया है कि सोशल मीडिया पर बाबा साहब के अनेकानेक अनुयाई बाबा साहब की मृत्यु को सामान्य मृत्यु नहीं मानते हैं, बल्कि उनका मानना है कि बाबा साहब की मौत संदिग्ध थी। जिसे उनकी हत्या भी माना जाता है। यदि उनकी मृत्यु सहज नहीं होकर हत्या थी तो उनकी मौत को किसी भी दृष्टि से निर्वाण प्राप्ति तो नहीं ही माना जा सकता।

इसके अलावा करीब 6 दशक बाद भी बाबा साहब के अनेक अनुयाई बाबा साहब की आत्मा की शान्ति की कामना करते हुए लिखते पढे जा सकते हैं। श्रद्धांजलि देते समय बाबा साहब की आत्मा को शान्ति मिलने की कामना करते हुए बोलते सुने जा सकते हैं। इससे भी यही बात प्रमाणित होती है कि बाबा साहब की आत्मा आज छ: दशक बाद भी शान्ति या मुक्ति के लिये भटक रही है। फिर भी हमारे सभी बाबा-भक्त 06 दिसम्बर को बाबा साहब का निर्वाण प्राप्ति दिवस ही लिखते, बोलते और मानते हैं। क्या कोई आत्मा जिसे निर्वाण प्राप्त हो गया हो, उसकी आत्मा की शान्ति की कामना करना उचित है या भटकती हुई आत्मा का निर्वाण-प्राप्त माना जाना युक्तियुक्त विचार है?

आत्मा को शान्ति या मुक्ति की प्राप्ति हिन्दू मत है और निर्वाण प्राप्ति बौद्ध मत है। लेकिन चूंकि मैं न तो बौद्ध-धर्मानुयायी हूॅं और न ही हिन्दू धर्मानुयायी। अत: मैं बाबा साहब की मौत को निर्वाण या मुक्ति की कामना नहीं कर सकता। मेरी दृष्टि में 6 दिसम्बर, 1956 को बाबा साहब की या तो स्वाभाविक मौत हुई या उनकी हत्या की गयी। दोनों ही दशा में 6 दिसम्बर, 1956 का दिन उनकी मृत्यु का दु:खद दिन था। इन दोनों ही दशा में बाबा साहब की मौत को निर्वाण के रूप में याद करके मेरी राय में हम बाबा साहब के साथ बहुत बड़ा अपराध कर रहे हैं। क्योंकि-
1. बाबा साहब की मौत को निर्वाण प्राप्ति मानकर, उनकी मृत्यु को सहज होने की मान्यता प्रदान करके, हम मानकर उनके कथित हत्यारों को मुक्त करते आ रहे हैं।
2. यदि बाबा साहब की मृत्य हत्या नहीं भी तो भी वे अन्त समय तक अपनी कौम के दु:खों, आर्यों और कांग्रेस तथा जगजीवन राम के कारण इतने व्यथित और परेशान थे कि उनके जीवन में दूर—दूर तक कहीं भी शान्ति नहीं थी। ऐसे में बाबा साहब के निर्वाण ​प्राप्ति की कल्पना करना ही निराधार है। और
3. बाबा साहब को निर्वाण प्राप्ति मानकर हम इस तथ्य को मान्यता प्रदान कर देते हैं कि बाबा साहब के जीवन में सम्पूर्णता प्राप्त हो गयी थीे और अनार्य वंचित समाज के उत्थान के लिये करने को कुछ भी शेष नहीं रह गया था।
आज 59 वर्ष बाद मुझे तो ऐसा लगता है, बल्कि ऐसा सत्यानुभव होता है कि बाबा साहब की मौत या हत्या, जो भी हुई हो के तत्काल बाद, बाबा साहब के तत्कालीन दुश्मनों द्वारा जानबूझकर बाबा साहब को निर्वाण प्राप्ति होने की अफवाह फैलाई गयी। इस कृत्य में बाबा साहब के निकट सहयोगी दुश्मन और भावातिरेक संवेदनाशून्य भी शामिल रहे होंगे। जिसके दो मकसद रहे होंगे :-
1. यदि बाबा साहब की हत्या हुई/की गयी तो निर्वाण प्राप्ति जैसा महान शब्द बाबा के बौद्ध—धर्मनुयाईयों के दिलो दिमांग में बिठा देना, जिससे बाबा को निर्वाण प्राप्त मानकर उनकी हत्या के बारे में कोई कल्पना भी नहीं कर सके। और
2. बाबा सहब की निर्वाण प्राप्ति के माध्यम से बाबा के अनुयाईयों के मध्य यह संदेश संचारित करना कि बाबा सारे दु:खों से मुक्त होकर निर्वाण को प्राप्त हो गये। जिससे सार्वजनिक रूप से यह सन्देश प्रसारित हो कि बाबा साहब का सबसे बड़ा दु:ख था-वंचित समाज। जिसके प्रति यदि वे सन्तुष्टि और मुक्ति का भाव लिये निर्वाण को प्राप्त हो गये हैं तो उनके अधूरे मिशन को आगे बढाने की कोई अब जरूरत नहीं है।
बाबा साहब के अवसान के बाद उक्त दोनों ही बातें हुई। उनकी कथित हत्या पर तत्काल और आज तक सार्थक तरीके से कोई उंगली नहीं उठाई गयी। बाबा को निर्वाण प्राप्त महात्मा घोषित कर दिया गया। जिसके कारण बाबा के सामाजिक न्याय के मिशन को रोककर कर निर्वाण प्राप्ति का मिशन शुरू हो गया। अर्थात् बाबा को बुद्धत्व प्राप्त हुआ हो या नहीं, लेकिन बाबा के अनुयाई जन्मजातीय विभेद की लड़ाई को भूलकर नमो: बुद्धाय की ओर प्रवृत्त हो गये। बाबा को महापुरुष से बुद्धत्व प्राप्त भगवान बनाने की चेष्टा की गयी। बाबा के कार्यों और उपलब्धियों को जानने के बजाय बाबा की मूर्ति की पूजा शुरू हो गयी। यदि कांशीराम का उदय नहीं हुआ होता तो बाबा को भारत रत्न देना तो बहुत बड़ी बात आज बाबा का कोई नाम लेने वाला भी नहीं होता। मगर दु:खद तथ्य अब मायावती सहित बहुत सारे बौद्ध फिर से बाबा साहब को निपटाने में लगे हुए हैं।

यदि देश के वंचित अनार्यों को वास्तव में बाबा साहब को सच्ची श्रृद्धांजलि देनी है तो हमें बाबा साहब के निर्वाण तथा बुद्धत्व प्राप्ति की झूठी अफवाह से खुद को मुक्त करके उनके सामाजिक न्याय के मिशन को आगे बढाना चाहिये। बाबा द्वारा दिये गये संविधान को जानना, समझाना, मानना, लागू करवाना और संविधान को बचाना हमारा सबसे बड़ा धर्म होना चाहिये। अन्यथा हमें बाबा साहब के नाम का जप करने का कोई नैतिक अधिकार नहीं है। फासिस्टवादी विचारधारा के मनुवादी संविधान को तहस-नहस करने में लगे हुए हैं और बाबा के अनुयाई नमो: बुद्धाय तथा मूलनिवासी की भ्रामक धारणा में उलझ गये हैं। जबकि हम अनार्यों की समस्या नस्लीय विभेद की नहीं होकर, जन्मजातीय विभेद की है। कड़वा सच तो यह है कि निर्वाण और बुद्धत्व ने बाबा का मिशन भटकाया है। बिना निर्वाण बाबा को निर्वाणी घोषित कर दिया और बाबा के नाम के साथ बुद्धत्व को जोड़कर बाबा को केवल और केवल बौद्धों का नेता बना दिया है।

भारतीय संसद ने संविधान निर्माण में अम्बेडकर के योगदान पर दो दिन तक काफी सार्थक चर्चा करके एक कृतज्ञ राष्ट्र होने का दायित्व निभाया है .इस चर्चा ने कुछ प्रश्नों के जवाब दिये है तो कुछ नए प्रश्न खड़े भी किये है ,जिन पर आगे विमर्श जारी रहेगा .दो दिन तक सर्वोच्च सदन का चर्चा करना अपने आप में ऐतिहासिक माना जायेगा .यह इसलिये भी महत्वपूर्ण हो गया कि जो पार्टियाँ गाहे बगाहे अब तक डॉ अम्बेडकर के संविधान निर्माता होने पर संदेह प्रकट करती रही , आलोचना करती रही  ,उनके भी सुर बदले है तथा उन्होंने भी माना कि संविधान निर्माण में डॉ अम्बेडकर का योगदान अतुलनीय है ,उसको नकारा नहीं जा सकता है .

जो लोग यह कहकर अम्बेडकर के महत्व को कम करने की कोशिश करते है कि संविधान सभा के अध्यक्ष तो डॉ राजेन्द्र प्रसाद थे .अम्बेडकर तो महज़ ड्राफ्टिंग कमेटी के अध्यक्ष थे .जिसमे उनके समेत कुल 9 सदस्य थे ,जिसमे के एम मुंशी ,गोपाल स्वामी अयंगार और कृष्ण स्वामी अय्यर जैसे विद्वान भी शामिल थे .अकेले अम्बेडकर ने क्या किया .अम्बेडकर के आलोचकों को संविधान सभा की बहस और कार्यवाही का अध्ययन करना चाहिए ताकि अम्बेडकर के योगदान को समझा जा सके .अब यह ऐतिहासिक सत्य है कि जो 9 लोग प्रारूप समिति में थे ,उनमे से एक ने त्यागपत्र दे दिया था .एक अमेरिका चला गया .दो सदस्य अपने स्वास्थ्य कारणों से दिल्ली से दूर रहे .एक राजकीय मामलों में व्यस्तता के चलते समय नहीं दे पाया और शेष लोग भी अपने अपने कारणों से प्रारूप निर्माण में अपनी भागीदारी नहीं निभा सके .इसलिए संविधान का प्रारूप तैयार करने का सारा उत्तरदायित्व अकेले  डॉ अम्बेडकर के कन्धों पर आ पड़ा जिसे उन्होंने बखूबी निभाया .इसीलिए उन्हें भारतीय संविधान का असली निर्माता कहा जाता है .

संसद में पहले दिन की बहस का आगाज़ करते हुए केन्द्रीय गृहमंत्री राजनाथसिंह ने कहा कि अम्बेडकर का इस देश में बहुत अपमान हुआ ,लेकिन उन्होंने कभी देश छोड़ने की बात नहीं सोची .वे सच्चे अर्थों में राष्ट्रऋषि थे .दुसरे दिन बहस का समापन करते हुए प्रधानमन्त्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा कि अम्बेडकर ने जहर खुद पिया और अमृत हमारे लिए छोड़ गए .गृहमंत्री का डॉ अम्बेडकर को राष्ट्रऋषि कहना और प्रधानमंत्री का उन्हें हलाहल पीनेवाला नीलकंठ निरुपित करना कई सवाल खड़े करता है .जब राजनाथसिंह कहते है कि देश में अम्बेडकर का बहुत अपमान हुआ ,तो उन्हें और साफगोई बरतनी चाहिये और देश को यह बताना चाहिये था कि आखिर वो कौन लोग थे ,जिन्होंने अम्बेडकर को अपमानित किया .तत्कालीन व्यवस्था और धार्मिक कारण तो थे ही जिनको अम्बेडकर ने आगे चलकर ठुकरा दिया था ,लेकिन आज़ादी के आन्दोलन के कई चमकते सितारों ने भी अम्बेडकर को अपमानित करने में कोई कसर बाकी नहीं रखी थी .उन पर कालाराम मंदिर प्रवेश आन्दोलन के वक़्त पत्थर बरसाने वाले कौन लोग थे ? उनकी उपस्थिति के बाद उन स्थानों को गंगाजल और गौमूत्र छिडक कर पवित्र करने वाले लोग कौन थे ? वो कोन थे जिन्होंने अछूतों से पृथक निर्वाचन का हक छीन लिया था और डॉ अम्बेडकर को खून के आंसू रोने को विवश किया था .वो कौनसी विचारधारा के लोग थे जिन्होंने अम्बेडकर को हिन्दू कोड बिल नहीं लाने दिया और अंततः उन्हें भारी निराशा के साथ केन्द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल छोड़ना पड़ा था .इससे भी आगे बढ़ कर एक दिन उन्हें देश ना सही बल्कि धर्म को छोड़ना पड़ा .इन बातों पर भी चर्चा होती तो कई कुंठाओं को समाधान मिल सकता था  .जब प्रधानमन्त्री यह स्वीकारते है कि डॉ अम्बेडकर को जहर खुद पीना पड़ा तो वो क्या जहर था ,उससे देश को अवगत होना चाहिये .यह देश को जानने का हक है कि किन परिस्थितियों में अम्बेडकर ने अपना सार्वजनिक जीवन जिया और सब कुछ सहकर भी देश को अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ देने की महानता दिखाई .

संसद में यह पहली बार हुआ कि एक कांग्रेसी सांसद मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने बामसेफ के संस्थापक बहुजन राजनीती के सूत्रधार कांशीराम के केडर केम्पों की भाषा का इस्तेमाल किया .उन्होंने राजनाथसिंह को जोरदार जवाब देते हुए एक नयी बहस को जन्म दिया है .हालाँकि मीडिया ने उसे बहुत खूबसूरती से दबा दिया है .आश्चर्य होता है कि असहिष्णुता पर आमिर खान के बयान को तिल का ताड़ बनाने वाला मीडिया ,हर छोटी छोटी प्रतिक्रिया को विवादित बयान में बदलनेवाला मीडिया मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे के बयान पर कैसे मौन रह गया .देश भर से कोई नहीं उठ खड़ा हुआ कि खरगे ने ऐसा क्यों कहा कि –"आप विदेशी लोग है ,आप आर्य है ,बाहर से आये है .अम्बेडकर और हम लोग तो इस देश के मूलनिवासी है ,पांच हजार साल से मार खा खा कर भी हम यहीं बने हुए है ". खरगे के बयान में इस देश में बर्षों से जारी आर्य- अनार्य ,आर्य -द्रविड़ ,यूरेशियन विदेशी आर्यन्स की अवधारणा पर नए सिरे से विमर्श पैदा कर दिया है ,लेकिन सत्तापक्ष और मीडिया ने बहुत ही चालाकी से खरगे के बयान को उपेक्षित कर दिया है ताकि इस बात पर कहीं कोई बहस खड़ी ना हो जाये और सच्चाई की परतें नहीं उतरने लगे .यह विचारधाराओं के अवश्यम्भावी संघर्ष को टालने की असफल कोशिश लगती है .इस एक बयान से मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे देश के अनार्यों के नए हीरो के रूप में उभरते दिखाई दे रहे है ,हालाँकि वे अपने इस प्रकार के बयान पर कितना मजबूती से टिके रहते है ,यह तो भविष्य में ही पता चल पायेगा मगर खरगे की साफगोई ने दलित बहुजन मूलनिवासी आन्दोलन में नई वैचारिक प्राणवायु संचरित की है .

इस बहस का सबसे बड़ा फलितार्थ आरक्षण और संविधान को बदलने की दक्षिणपंथी बकवास को मिला एक मुकम्मल जवाब माना जा सकता है .लुटियंस के टीले से नागपुर के केशव भवन को मिला यह अब तक का सबसे कड़वा जवाब है ,जिसमें संघ के प्रचारक रह चुके स्वयंसेवक प्रधानमन्त्री ने परमपूज्य सरसंघचालक मोहन राव भागवत को दो टूक शब्दों में कह दिया है कि ना तो आरक्षण की व्यवस्था में कोई बदलाव किया जायेगा और ना ही संविधान बदला जायेगा ,क्योंकि ऐसा करना आत्महत्या करने के समान होगा .इस कड़े जवाब से देश के वंचित समुदाय में एक राहत देखी जा रही है .अभी यह कहना जल्दबाजी ही होगी कि ऐसा कह कर मोदी देश के दलित वंचितों का भरोसा जीत पाने में वे कामयाब हो गए है ,लेकिन जिस तरह से बिहार चुनाव परिणाम से लेकर भारतीय संसद की बहस ने भागवत की किरकिरी की है ,उससे हाशिये का तबका ख़ुशी जरुर महसूस कर रहा है .

संसद में हुयी दो दिवसीय चर्चा और राष्ट्रव्यापी संविधान दिवस का मनाया जाना भारतीय राष्ट्र राज्य के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक आयोजन है ,मगर इन सबके मध्य बाबा साहब डॉ भीमराव अम्बेडकर को अतिमानव बना कर उनके अवतारीकरण की कोशिशों को खतरे के रूप में देखने की जरुरत है  .अम्बेडकर को भगवान बनाना उनके उस विचार की हत्या करना है जिसमे वे सदैव व्यक्तिपूजा के विरोधी रहे .उन्हें मसीहाकरण से सख्त ऐतराज़ रहा ,मगर आज हम देख रहे है कि लन्दन से लेकर मुंबई के इंदु मिल तक स्थापित किये जा रहे स्मारकों के पीछे वही हीरो वर्सिपिंग का ही अलोकतांत्रिक विचार काम कर रहा है .कहीं ऐसा ना हो कि अम्बेडकर के विचारों को पूरी तरह दफन करते हुए कल उनके मंदिर बना दिये जाये ,उन्हें विष्णु का ग्यारहवां अवतार घोषित कर दिया जाये और मंदिरों में पंडित लोग घंटे घड़ियाल बजा कर आरतियाँ उतारने लगे .यह खतरा इसलिये बढ़ता जा रहा है क्योंकि कोई उन्हें आधुनिक मनु तो कोई राष्ट्रऋषि और कोई जहर पीनेवाला नीलकंठ बताने पर उतारू है .

आज सब लोग एक रस्म अदायगी की तरह डॉ अम्बेडकर की प्रशंसा में लगे है ,पर 26 नवम्बर 1949 को संविधान सौंपते हुए उनके द्वारा कही गयी बात पर चर्चा नहीं हो रही है कि आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक गैर बराबरी मिटाये बगैर यह राजनीतिक समानता स्थायी नहीं हो सकती है .काश ,इस विषय पर देश की संसद विचार विमर्श करती ,मगर अफ़सोस कि अम्बेडकर की व्यक्ति पूजा चालू है ,उनका अनथक गुणगान जारी है. बड़ी ही चालाकी से उनके विचारों को दरकिनार किया जा रहा है .एक राष्ट्र के नाते बाबा साहब जो चाहते थे क्या हम वो लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने में सफल रहे है ? इस सवाल पर मेरे देश की संसद मौन है !

I am very very happy that some one like Shamsul Islam wrote this book.Indian history of partition is unilateral and it tends to prove that only Muslims were responsible for partition.Facts tell different story and I have been trying to decode partition story time and again.Though I could not manage to get the cabinet proposal,it is documented that the Hindu Majority in West Bengal struck the Bull`s eye to accomplish the agenda of grand Hindu alliance to divide the country to make it Hindu Nation.On the other hand,Muslim Majority in East Bengal rejected the partition resolution with thumping majority!

I would suggest every one to get this most important book to know the truth that not Muslims nor Muslim League wanted partition nor Muslims supported the idea of partition initially so much so that even Jinnah was not convinced with the Idea of Pakistan.But Hindutva made the impossible Possible and thus,Gandhi was killed in 1946,not on 30th January!

वर्गीय दृष्टि से एकदम अलहदा प्रेमी प्रेमिका की प्रेम कहानी है जहां प्रेमी मरते दम तक कह नहीं पाता कि जो खत मुहब्बत के उसने खुद खुदको लिखे हैं बचपन से जवानी तक,वे उसी प्रेमिका को संबोधित है और बेपनाह मुहब्बत के बावजूद रईस प्रेमिका मौलवी के बेरोजगार गरीब बेटे से बुरा सलूक करती रहती है।जिस कारण वह कराची का सबसे बड़ा गुंडा बन जाता है।


यह ड्रामा इस बेपनाह मुहब्बत की बेचैनी और कारनामों का जखीरा है और इसे पेश भी किया गया है बिल्कुल उसीतरह।मनोवैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण से कहानी को निपटाया गया है और इसके साथ साथ पाकिस्तान में अपराध तंत्र माफिया तंत्र को बेरहमी से एक्सपोज कर दिया गया है।

पुतिन के खुलासे के बाद भी अगर हम यह नहीं समझ रहे हैं तो बोका हरम और पेरिस और बेरुत, लेबनान, इराक, अफगानिस्तान, मिस्र, लीबिया,जार्डन,सीरिया,तुर्की और यूनान में जो हुआ,वह ग्रीक त्रासदी का मजा हम भी लेंगे।आतंकी हमलो में जितने मरे गये,मारे जा रहे हैं,बोकोहरम में उससे ज्यादा लोग मारे जा रहे हैं तो भारत में भी राष्ट्र की हिंसा के शिकार लोग रंगबिरंगी हिंसा ,हमलों,दंगा फसाद में मारे जाने वालों से कहीं बहुत ज्यादा है।

A massive fire has broken out at a godown in Mumbai's Kandivali area.

Reports say multiple explosions were heard. 12 fire tenders have rushed to the spot.

MUMBAI:  A massive fire has broken out in a slum area in Mumbai's Kandivali suburb. Reports say multiple explosions were heard.

12 fire tenders have rushed to the spot. Some reports suggest an LPG cylinder blast at a godown triggered the series of explosions.

"We heard a loud blast around 12:45 pm and then 15-20 explosions one after the other," a resident from a nearby area said.

The godown is reportedly located in a congested colony, making it difficult for fire tenders to reach the site.

There are also fears that the blaze could soon spread to a nearby forest area.

With the aim of bringing transparency, all contracts in railways would be on e-tendering by the end of the year.

"The work is underway to revamp PPP cell within the Ministry of Railways with an objective to streamline processes to enhance transparency. All contracts would be based on E-tendering by end of the year," Railway Minister Suresh Prabhusaid at the PPP summit organised byConfederation of Indian Industry (CII) on Friday.

According to Railway Ministry, e-procurement process has already been started in the public transporter and all contracts would be materialised through e-tendering system soon.

Strongly pitching for private investment, he said, "There is no other alternative than to get private sector participation in the country. Balance needs to be achieved between profit and public interest objective." Referring to the

Madhepura and Marhora rail projects, Prabhu said "The largest FDI project worth Rs 40,000 crore is in the railway sector to set up diesel and electric locomotive factories. These state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities will create an eco-system with spin-off benefits, which will not only create jobs in the manufacturing facilities but will also help in developing ancillary units." Elaborating the scope of private investment in railways he said "There is a proposal to redevelop about 400 railways stations on PPP mode. It is in advance stage and are structured in most viable manner that would benefit all stakeholders."

According to railways plan, 400 stations will be redeveloped with private participation enhancing quality of passenger amenities at rail premises.

Referring to Dedicated Freight Corridor project, he said work on DFC project worth Rs 80,000 crore is being implemented at a satisfactory pace.

Prabhu also mentioned about the joint venture plan envisaged with various state governments to execute rail projects in the respective states.

Railways has signed projects worth Rs 3 lakh crore in JV with states, he said.

In the area of regulatory framework for rail sector, the Ministry would soon invite comments from stakeholders, he added. 

Let us not be disappoineted as India has one of the largest rail 


networks in the world, but as of 2015 it does not have any 


line classed as high-speed rail (HSR)!


India's high-speed rail plans hit by high costs and controversy

Thus media reports,apan and China are in the race to build a high-speed rail network in India, a controversial project supported by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the government but slammed by critics as wasteful.

The government is looking to build a 10,000km-long high-speed rail network, called the diamond quadrilateral, which connects four major cities, but the project has been slow going due to the high costs involved.

A top government panel looking after "innovative collaborations" is currently assessing a feasibility study conducted by the Japanese for a 505km bullet train corridor connecting the cities of Mumbai to Ahmedabad. The Chinese, meanwhile, were recently chosen to do a similar study for two other rail links, including a 1,200km Delhi to Mumbai stretch.

Officials have, however, dampened expectations that a high-speed rail network will be up and running soon, saying the project was "complex" and emphasising that no timeframe had been set for the project.

WRONG PRIORITY

"It is a very complex process and a capital-intensive project. It will take time," said a railway spokesman.

The Indian railways network - Asia's second largest after China - remains a cheap source of transport, with 23 million people travelling every day on trains throughout the vast country.

The prices of tickets have been kept low to make them affordable even for the poor, but this has led to a lack of funds for the development or expansion of the network. This is in contrast to the boom in low-cost air travel.

For now, Japan - which recently lost out to China on a high-speed rail project in Indonesia - is seen to be ahead in India. Junior Railway Minister Manoj Sinha, in a written reply in Parliament, noted that Japan is the "only country to offer funding" .

Tokyo has offered a loan for 81 per cent of the cost for the Mumbai to Ahmedabad stretch which, according to the feasibility report by Japan International Cooperation Agreement, will cost 980 billion rupees (S$20.5 billion) over seven years.

The Japanese collaboration is expected to get a further boost when Prime Minister Shinzo Abe comes to India for a three-day visit starting Dec 11.

Analysts said Japan would be slightly concerned by China's involvement in India's bullet train plans.

"Japan would be a little bit concerned as China bagged the feasibility study (in September). They would have taken serious note. Infrastructure would be one of the important items between India and Japan. There is a competition and India can choose whoever gives the better deal," said Professor Lalima Verma, professor of Japanese studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University.

But not everyone in India has welcomed the high-speed rail, with the critics arguing that it was more necessary to upgrade existing infrastructure and improve safety in the current network instead of opting for a big bang project.

The government is also looking at introducing semi-high-speed trains or trains that run at a top speed of 160kmh. Next year, an express train will start running between Delhi and Agra, where the Taj Mahal is situated, that will cut travel time by half an hour to 105 minutes.

Still, supporters insist Indians would eventually take to the bullet train.

"Before the Delhi metro came, everyone used to say it's too much money, and now every city wants a metro. With the bullet train too, one line will have a demonstrative effect," said Mr Sumant Chak, director of international relations at the Asian Institute of Transport Development and a former railway official.

Two-hour travel time by train between Mumbai and Ahmedabad to get true!

New Delhi: Imagine, a journey between Mumbai and Ahmedabad which takes around seven hours, gets cut down to just two hours! This is not a figment of imagination, but may soon become a reality. With Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's visit to India from December 11-1, India and Japan have moved closer to inking an agreement on high speed train services, also called bullet train.

The bullet train project will be part of the high speed train corridor that is proposed between Mumbai and Ahmedabad, to be followed on the other routes.

The high speed bullet train is expected to run at more than 300 km per hour. The highest trains that currently runs in India is Gatiman Express betwen New Delhi and Agra, at the speed of 160 km per hour, and Delhi-Bhopal Shatabdi that runs at 150 km per hour.

According The Economic Times report, PM Modi and PM Abe had agreed to collaborate on India's bullet train project during PM Modi's visit to Japan in 2014. Bullet trains was also a pre-poll promise by Modi. 

A team from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has studied the feasibility of building the 505-kilometre corridor linking Mumbai with Ahmedabad and has concluded that it would be technically and financially viable.

The repot added that given the scale and novelty of the project, the Japanese government is keen to discuss every detail to avoid any misinterpretation in future. Besides firming up costs, there are details on technology transfer, skilled labour, equipment manufacturing and maintenance that have to finalised. The aim is to ensure the project is operational by 2024.

In the Parliament,it was unilateral glorification of Dr BR Ambedkar to woo respective vote banks and st afresh the election equations.


The Prime minister referred to the economic thoughts of Dr BR Ambedkar and claimed that those thoughts have not been understood.He did not care to explain the reference and context as well as the text itself.

गूगल"धर्मनिरपेक्षता की धारणा पर कुछ हद तक सवाल खड़े करते हुए संविधान दिवस (26 नवंबर 2015) के आयोजन ने इस बहस को एक बार फिर से खड़ा कर दिया। गृहमंत्रीराजनाथ सिंह ने उस दलील को दोहराया जिसे राष्ट्रीय स्वयं सेवक संघ परिवार अर्से सेउठाता रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि धर्मनिरपेक्षता शब्द की विकृत परिभाषा का उपयोग समाजमें तनाव उत्पन्न कर रहा है।"

उनके अनुसार देशमें सबसे ज्यादा गलत प्रयुक्त होने वाला शब्द यही है और यह इस शब्द का गलत प्रयोगही है जो सामाजिक तनाव पैदा कर रहा है। उन्होंने दोहराया कि इस शब्द की जड़ेंपश्चिमी हैं और यह धर्म और राज्य के बीच अलगाव का प्रतीक है। भारत में चूंकिबहुसंख्यकों का धर्म अपने आप में धर्मनिरपेक्ष है इसलिए इस तरह की धारणा की यहांजरूरत नहीं है। उन्होंने आरएसएस विचारकों की पुरानी दलीलों को दोहराया कि भारतीयसंविधान की प्रस्तावना में इस धर्मनिरपेक्ष शब्द की कोई आवश्यक्ता नहींहै।

संघ परिवार की ओरसे लगातार आ रही इन ज्यादातर दलीलों का बहुत गहरा उद्देश्य है। वे धर्मनिरपेक्षराज्य की धारणा से बेचैन हैं इसलिए इस बहस को विभिन्न शक्लों में सामने ले आते हैं।याद आता है कि 26 जनवरी 2015 के मौके पर सरकार ने एक विज्ञापन जारी किया था जिसमेंधर्मनिरपेक्ष और समाजवादी शब्द गायब थे। इसके बारे में तर्क दिया गया कि मूल रूप सेप्रस्तावना में ये शब्द नहीं थे और इन्हें आपातकाल के दौरान उसमें जोड़ा गया था।हालांकि तथ्य यह है कि हमारे भारतीय संविधान के विभिन्न अनुच्छेदों मेंधर्मनिरपेक्ष मान्यताओं के लिए सारे प्रावधान मौजूद हैं। सांप्रदायिक राजनीति केबढ़ते प्रभाव के बावजूद 1975 में प्रस्तावना में जुड़ा यह शब्द हमारे संविधान केअंतर्निहित लक्ष्यों को सुदृढ़ करता है।

क्याधर्मनिरपेक्षता एक पश्चिमी धारणा है? यह सच है कि यह मान्यता पश्चिमी दुनिया मेंप्रारंभ हुई लेकिन इस शब्द का संदर्भ मात्र भौगोलिक नहीं है। इसका संदर्भआधुनिकीकरण की प्रक्रिया, औद्योगीकीकरण के उदय और साम्राज्यों के अंत के साथ आधुनिकशिक्षा और सामंतवादी मान्यताओं में है। समाज के प्रारंभ से ही धर्मनिरपेक्षता सभी मनुष्यों कीसमानता समानांतर चलती रही है। सामाजिक गतिशीलता में आए परिवर्तन के परिणामस्वरूप यहप्रक्रिया सामने आई जिससे सामाजिक मामलों पर संगठित धर्म यानी पुरोहित वर्ग केनियंत्रण का ह्रास होना शुरू हो जाता है या उसे पूरी तरह समाप्त कर दिया जाता है।संपत्ति के धार्मिक नियंत्रण से नागरिक नियंत्रण में हस्तांतरण की यह प्रक्रियाआधुनिक समाज के आरंभ की घोषणा करती है जहां धर्म के अन्य पहलुओं के विपरीत धर्म कीसंगठित संस्था को समाज के हाशिए पर फेंक दिया गया।

संघ परिवार का यहतर्क भी है कि भारत अलग है क्योंकि यहां कोई भी संगठित चर्च नहीं था, इसलिए भारतमें इस अवधारणा की जरूरत नहीं है। जहां तक हिंदू धर्म के बिखरे हुए पुरोहितों कासंबंध है, उन्होंने भी अन्य धर्मों के संगठित पुरोहित वर्ग की तरह की ही भूमिकानिभाई। राजाओं या जमींदारों की दैवीयता को वैधता देने के लिए उनका सामंती शक्तियोंके साथ गठबंधन कोई नई बात नहीं है। इस मामले में धर्म कोई भी हो, पूर्व औद्योगिककाल के हर समाज में पुरोहित एक जैसी ही भूमिका अदा करता है। दक्षिण एशियाई देशों कीबर्बादी की वजहों में एक यह है कि पुरोहित वर्ग या धर्म के नाम पर राजनीति सामाजिकपरिदृश्य पर हावी रही है और यही लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों और समानता के रिश्तों को मजबूतबनाने में बाधा है।

जहां तक भारत केबहुसंख्यक धर्म अर्थात हिंदू धर्म के धर्मनिरपेक्ष होने का दावा है तो यह भारत कीसभी सामाजशास्त्रीय समझ को खारिज करता है। यद्यपि हिंदू धर्म कोई पैगंबर आधारितधर्म नहीं है, तथापि इसमें ब्राह्मणवादी पुरोहित वर्ग है जो सत्तारूढ़ सामाजिकशक्तियों का हिस्सा था। हिंदू पुरोहित वर्ग यानी ब्राह्मण की सामंती राजा कोपवित्रता देने में ठीक वही भूमिका थी जो ईसाइयत में पादरी की रही है। इस बात कासबसे प्रत्यक्ष प्रमाण संगठित कैथोलिक चर्च है और इसलिए यह सबसे उल्लेखनीय उदाहरणहै।

इनके संबंध मेंभाजपा के नक्शे में बौद्ध, जैन, सिख जैसे भारतीय मूल के सभी धर्म हिंदू धर्म के पंथहैं। यह एक राजनीतिक विस्तार है न कि आध्यात्मिक क्योंकि जहां तक शास्त्रों, संस्कारों और मूल्यों का संबंध है ये सारे धर्म अलग और संपूर्ण धर्म हैं। इन्हेंहिंदू धर्म के ही संप्रदाय जानबूझकर इस्लाम और ईसाई धर्म के अनुयायियों में अलगहोने की भावना गढ़ने के लिए बताया जाता है। इसलिए यह कहना फिर से गलत है कि केवलभारतीय मूल के धर्म ही भारतीय धर्म हैं। धर्मों की राष्ट्रीयता नहीं होती है, वेसार्वभौमिक होते हैं। इस अर्थ में धर्म का उद्भव एक आकस्मिक घटना है। बौद्ध धर्म केप्रसार को देखें। सारे विश्व में इस धर्म के अनुयायियों को तेजी से बढ़ते हुएदेखें। भारतीय बनाम विदेशी धर्म का यह स्वरूप एक राजनीतिक निर्माण है। जैसे किसी भीअन्य धर्म में कई संप्रदाय होते हैं, यह सच है की उसी तरह हिंदू धर्म में भीविभिन्न संप्रदाय हैं। भारत में फलने-फूलने वाले कई धर्म यहां हैं। भारतीय धर्म कौनहै इस सवाल का गांधी द्वारा सटीक जवाब दिया गया। गांधी कहते हैं कि भारत में ईसाईऔर यहूदी धर्म के अलावा हिंदू धर्म और उसके विभिन्न संस्करण, इस्लाम और पारसी धर्मविद्यमान हैं।(गांधी के संग्रहित कार्य, खंड 66 पृष्ठ 27-28)। यह इस्लाम और ईसाईधर्म को विदेशी धर्म ठहराने की आरएसएस-भाजपा की सोच के बिल्कुल विपरीतहै।

यह सच है किराजनीतिक नेतृत्व की कमजोरी और प्रभावी भूमि सुधार के अभाव की वजह से भारत मेंधर्मिनिरपेक्षता पर अमल धीमा रहा है। इस वजह से और धार्मिक बहुलता औरधर्मनिरपेक्षता के अपने पूर्ण विरोध में आरएसएस परिवार इस तरह के अलग-अलग मुद्देउछालता रहा है। पहले, इसने कांग्रेस की सकारात्मक नीतियों के लिए तुष्टीकरण शब्द सेशुरुआत की और फिर जो लोग धर्मनिरपेक्षता की संवैधानिक मान्यताओं को बचाए रखने काप्रयास कर रहे हैं उनके लिए छद्म धर्मनिरपेक्ष और फिरसिकूलरजैसे अपमानितकरने वाले शब्द उछाले। 'सबके लिए न्याय, किसी का तुष्टीकरण नहीं,'का भाजपा कानारा, एक प्रकार से हिंदू राष्ट्रवाद किस तरह संचालित होगा, इस बात का स्पष्ट संकेतहै। इसमें कमजोर धार्मिक अल्पसंख्यकों से कोई सरोकार नहीं होगा। इसके सारे एजेंडेहिंदुओं के पंथ से संबंधित पहचान के इर्द-गिर्द गढ़े गए हैं। इस धरातल पर पहले जिससबसे बड़े विवाद का उपयोग किया गया वह राम मंदिर था और वर्तमान में पहचान के मुद्देके तौर पर 'गौमाता'का विवाद छाया हुआ है।        

नरेंद्र मोदीद्वारा धर्मनिरपेक्षता के बदले में उछाला गया 'इंडिया फर्स्ट'का भावनात्मक मुहावराधर्मनिरपेक्षता को उपेक्षित करने का एक चालाकी भरा पैंतरा है जो कि आरएसएस-भाजपा केहिंदू राष्ट्रवाद के एजेंडे के लिए सबसे बड़ी बाधा है। राष्ट्रीय आंदोलन मूल रूप सेपूरी तरह विविधतापूर्ण, बहुलतावादी और धर्मनिरपेक्ष था जब कि आज के भाजपा की वैचारिकजड़ें उस हिंदू राष्ट्रवाद में हैं जिसे सावरकर और बाद में आरएसएस ने पोषित किया।इसकी शुरुआत 'हम एक राष्ट्र बनने की राह पर हैं'के भारतीय राष्ट्रीय आंदोलन की समझके विपरीत प्राचीनकाल से ही हिंदू राष्ट्र के रूप में भारत के निरूपण सेहुई।

चुनावी उद्देश्योंके लिए भाजपा को भारतीय संविधान को बरकरार रखना होगा। हालांकि यह विभिन्न जरियों सेधर्मनिरपेक्ष मान्यताओं को पलटने का प्रयास कर रही है। और ठीक यही काम भारतीय सरकारमें एक गृह मंत्री के तौर पर आरएसएस प्रचारक राजनाथ सिंह कर रहे हैं! भारतीयसंविधान की आत्मा की इस तरह की विकृतियों से वैचारिक, सामाजिक और राजनीतिक स्तर परलड़ने की जरूरत है। (लेखक आई.आई.टी. मुंबई में पढ़ाते थे और सन् 2007 के नेशनल कम्यूनल हार्मोनी एवार्ड से सम्मानित हैं।)

পাকিস্তানে অত্যন্ত জনপ্রিযয় ড্রামা পেয়ারে আফজাল!বড় লোকের বিটি লো!লম্বা লম্বা চুল!গ্যাঁদা ফুল পায় নাই,বাংসলা সিনেমা সিরিয়াল পরাণ জুড়িযা যায় দ্যাকে নাই!আফজাল ব্যাটা নিজেকে নিজে প্রেমিকা রপারহার হইয়া চিছি লেকে রোজ,বন্ধুদের সবাইকে শোনায়!মজনুর হেই কিস্সা সারা সহরডা জানে!প্রেমিকা কেডা,কেহই জানে না!সেই প্রেমিকাও না যাহার ভাড়াটিয়া প্রেমী হিসাবে দুজনে কুজন,তবু প্রেম হইলই না!কইলই না ভালোবাসি!


তারপর হেই আফজাল মাফিযা ডন করাচির!প্রেমের পরতে পরতে করাছির অন্ধকার!শহর দেশ ভাগ!সুপারি হত্যা!শুধু বাংলায় হেব্বী পোপুলার কালচার ধর্ষণডাই বাকি রাখচে!আর কিছু বাকী রাখে নাই!


রাখে রাম মারে কে,রাম রচিলেই মৃত্যুবাণ অমোঘ!

তিনিই জন্মদাতা!তিনিই গৌরি সেন!উত্সবও তেনার!ক্ষমতা ধর্ম কর্ম তেনার!


সেই তিনি কোনো ব্যাক্তি নহে না দুর্নীতি খলনাযক মাপিযা মোগম্বো বধে সত্যমেও মেউয়া ফলিল গাছে গাছে ও মিয়াও স্মপ্রদায়ের কীর্তন!


সোজা সাপটা ঝেড়ে কেশে রাষ্ট্রের সংরক্ষণে গুন্ডামি, মাফিয়া,সন্ত্রাস এই পাকিস্তানি ড্রামায়!যাহারা মন্টো দ্যাখচেন,রেশমা শুনছ্যান,গালিব পড়ছ্যান,শায়রী শউক যাহাদের,অতি অবশ্যই দ্যাখবেন!


বিজ্ঞাপন ছাডা় সাইত্রিশ কানা এপিসোড আমার ব্লগে ব্লগে ভুতের রাজার বর আর ইউ ডিউবে মাত্র নব্বইমিনিট প্রেমের ক্যামিস্ট্রী পরতে পরতে রাষ্ট্রের সন্ত্রাস ফিজিক্ম!



রোজ রোজ কাগজে সন্ত্রাসের খবর,সন্ত্রীসবাদ তল্লাশ,রেপ সুনামি,মস্তানি,সিন্ডিক্যাট,মাফিয়া-বাদ বাকী রাজনীতি আর কোলকাতা - প্রেম যথেচ্ছ যেখানে সেখানে টুপি মোজা ছাড়া লাগাম ছাড়া- ইহাই আবার সাহিত্য শিল্পো বাণিজ্য সংস্কৃতি!

এই বঙ্গ সংস্কৃতিতে উদ্বাস্তুরা নাই!নবারুণদার মত ঝরঝরে ফ্যাতাড়ু ভাষা ল্যাখার ক্যালিও নাই,ত্যামনিই য্যামনে কলকাতা ছাড়া বাঙালির গতি নাই,ধর্মে কর্মে মতি নাই!

আছে শুধু উন্নয়ন, শিল্পায়ন, নগরায়ন, গোলকায়ন, গৌরিকায়ন,ধর্মোন্মাদী মেরুকরণ!আসল আনন খানাই নাই!পদাতিকেরা কোথাও নাই!


জাঠা য্যামন আছে,ত্যামনিই বহাল তবিয়তে যাবত জ্যাঠা দাদুদের জ্যাঠামিও চলতাছে!


কল কারখানা সবকটাই ইকন তামাম হাব, মল, হাইওয়ে, হাউসিং!পাড়ায় পাড়ায় বহুতল!


কারা থাকে,কারা থাকেনা,কারা কেনে,কারা কেনে না,কোনো ব্যাটা বিটি জানেই না!


রোজ রোজ নানাবিধ শিরোনাম চিত্কার!

জনগমের কোনোও চিত্কার নাই!

ব্রিগেডে,রাজপথে,ময়দানে,খেত খামারে,চা বাগানে,জহ্গল মহলে,পাহাড়ে সর্বত্রই হাসি হাসি মুখ আর পেছনে মাফিয়া, মিছিল থাকতাছে,কি কও,মিছিলে জনগণ থাকতাছে না!যাহারা থাকেন,তাহারাই রাখেন!তাহারাই ফ্যালেন!

আচমকা ক্ষমতাধর গ্রেফ্তার!


হেব্বী চিল চিত্কার!

চ্যানেল প্যানেল!

মিছিল থাকছেই!


কবন্ধেরা যেথা যেথা,সেকী উল্লাস!

মৃত্যু মিছিলও চলছতাছে!


মারতাছে এইখানে,লাশ পড়তাছে শ্মশানে!

হাওয়ায় হাওযায় সন্ত্রাস,জন জীবন ধর্ষণ,উন্নয়নে অপরাধ- সুনামি চলতাছেই!


জন্মসূত্রে খাস বাঙাল হইলুম!আবার হেই বাঙালরাই হইল গিয়া আসল বাঙাল,বঙজ!বঙ্গাসুরের সন্তান!হেই  বঙাসুরে বধিবার আয়োজনে আবাহন মহিষমর্দিনীর!


মাফ করব্যান কত্তা গিন্নী ঠাকুর ঠাকরাইন!হক কতা কইল্যাই পাদে গন্ধ বড়ই বেশী,হেই বড় দুগ্গোর কেস্সা!


কমু না!কান মলতাছি,মালপো খামুনা!মুশ্কিল আসান সুগার কল্যাণে!দুক্খু করব্যান না!


মোদ্দা কতা হইল গিয়া,বাঙালরা বাঙ্লা ছাইরা গিয়াও ঔ সবার সেরা আ মরি বাঙ্গলা ভাষার মোহ কাটাইত্যাই পারল নাই!উদ্বাস্তু উপনিবেশে আসামে শহাদত কল্যাণে যতটুকু বাংলা,তাহার বেশি কিচ্ছুই জোটে নাই কপালে!


তবু বাংলা ভাষার জন্যি ক্লাশেই বাংলায় প্রশ্নপত্রের দাবিতে হাইস্কুলে ন্যাতা হওয়োনের অপরাধে সেক্রেটারি বাবার সঙ্গে তার জীবদ্দশায় রাজনীতি লইয়া কথোপকথন হয় নাই!


হেই ক্লাশ এইট পর্যন্ত বাংলা কপালে ছিল উত্তর প্রদেশে!

হড়তাল করলেও সেই ক্লাশ এইটের পরীক্ষায় বাংলায় এক শোয় অস্টাশি নাম্বার ছিল!তাই ইংলিশ মীডিয়ামে পড়াশুনা সত্বেও য্যামন হিন্দীতে সাংবাদিকতায় জীবনডা কাইট্যা দিনু,ত্যামনিই বাংলায় লেখার টানডা থাইক্যাই গেল!



কখনো সখনো মাতৃভাষা চাগাইয়া ওঠে,তাই ল্যাখতাছি! কোনো হালায় ছাপুম না!হিন্দীতে বা ইংলিশেও ত বাংলায় আমার ল্যাখা কোন হালায় ছাপে না!


হিন্দী ইংলিশ,যখন মন লয়,তখন যে কোনো ভাষায় লেখাল্যাকি কইর্যাই থাকি!


তাই বাংলাতেও এই অত্যাচার!

কিচ্ছু মনে লইব্যান না,কতই পড়বে আবার!মন লয় ত পড়বেন খন,ন্যাটে অমন লেখা তা আকছার পড়তাছেনই!


সময় জুটতাছে না!


বাংলা ল্যাখা ত্যামন জুতসই হইত্যাছে না!

তার পর আবার মনকীবাত!


ক্যান মুদিখানার মন কি বাত হুনতে হাপুস হুপুস,মুই কইলেই দোষ!


ইংলিশএ দেসজ ভাষার জ্ঞান নাই,তাই তাহারা রক্ষা পাইছ্যান!হিন্দীতেও ব্যাকরণ শুদ্ধতার দফা রফা করতাছি!


ভোজপুরি,গুরখালি,মারাঠি,উর্দু,পাহাড়ি,ছত্তীশগড়ী,গুজরাতি মিলাইয়া রোজ খিচুড়ি জম্পেশ!


বাংলা ঠিক টিক রাঢ় বাংলা অথবা কোলকাতার বাংলা নাও যদি হয়,বিশুদ্ধ পদ্মাপারের ও যদি না হয়,রাগ করব্যান না!


ঔ ব্যাটা আখতারুজ্জামান ইলিয়াস হইতে বাংলাদ্যাসের কোনো ব্যাটা বেটি এক তসলিমা ছাড়া ঢাকা বা কোলকাতার ল্যাখতাছে না!


হুঁমায়ুন কবীর বা হুমায়ুঁ আমেদ দ্যাখাইব্যান না,সেলিমা হোসনরে দ্যাখবেন!আনোয়ারাকে দ্যাখাইবেন!


বাংলাদ্যাশে যেক্যালানি হইল,এই পশ্চিম বঙ্গেও ক্যালানি কম হয় নাই!রোজ চলতাছে ক্যালানি উত্সব!


তালে কহেন ,বাংলার বাইরে মরিচ ঝাঁপি না আইস্যা যারা বাঁচতাছে,মরতাছে,হেই মাতৃভাষা বিহার,উড়ীষ্যা এবং অসম ছাড়া ভূভারতে মোগো মুখে নাই!


পূব বাংলার ভাষা বিভিন্ন ভাষার টান!শুদ্ধ অশুদ্ধ দ্যাকলে পর হেই ইংরাজিই লিখত্যা বলত্যা হয়,যা ভদ্রনোকেরা আকছার কইরা থাকেন!

KARACHI: After the annual 'Pakistani drama polls', drama serial 'Pyaray Afzal', which was aired on ARY digital tops the list of Pakistan's best drama of 2014.

'Pyaray Afzal', which was romantic drama serial got a huge rating on social media. This was stated that ' 'Pyaray Afzal' was women's  favorite drama.

The few dramas that stood out managed to showcase old stories with nuanced treatment and made us think beyond the binaries of black and white.

According to list, Pyaray Afzal stood first and Geo entertainment production 'Bashir Momin' got second position.

Another new channel which made an impact on the drama industry as a whole is the new Zee Zindagi channel from across the border. Pyarey Afzal or Pyaare Afzal (Urdu: پیارے افضل‎) ( English: Dear Afzal) is aPakistani romantic drama serial that aired on ARY Digital, directed by Nadeem Baig, written by Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar and production of Six Sigma Entertainment. The drama was first aired on 26 November 2013 starring Hamza Ali Abbasi and Ayeza Khan in lead roles while had its ending episode on 12 August 2014 in various cinema screens and became first one to do so.[1][2]

Pyaray Afzal won many people's choice awards from Dawn readers in 2014.[3]Pyaray Afzal also aired in India on Zindagi Channel with the same name. TheExpress Tribune stated that Indian viewers liked "The script, dialogue delivery, background score and overall finesse " and created a lot of social media response.


Rarely does Hamza Ali Abbasi manage to steal hearts, but his drama PyaareAfzal has garnered much love from audiences across the border with his inimitable performance.


The Pakistani drama — a huge hit in Pakistan — has been aired on Indian TV channel Zindagi TV. India seems to be smitten by Afzal played by Hamza, as they pour their love for him on Twitter.

Written by Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar and directed by Nadeem Baig — the story revolves around a carefree man Afzal Subhanallah who is the only son of Maulvi Subhanallah.

He falls in love with Farah (Ayeza Khan), a rich mill owner's daughter, and asks for her hand in marriage. Considering his carefree attitude, the parents refused and a heartbroken Afzal leaves Hyderabad and moves to Karachi. Soon, he becomes caught up with the wrong people and becomes an infamous gangster working for the government.

Due to its immense popularity, the last episode of the romantic drama was screened in various cinemas across the country and became the first TV serial to hit the big screen.


Afzal Subhan (Hamza Ali Abbasi) is the only son of Maulvi Subhanallah (Firdous Jamal). Afzal loves to play cricket in the streets and also gambles which his father despises and gets him in trouble with his father. Afzal secretly has a crush on Farah Ibrahim (Aiza Khan) the rich mill owner's daughter. Afzal receives letters from a girl named Farah which he reads in front of his friends, although he refuses to disclose the name of the girl who writes him letters. Farah on the other hand is getting married to Mahtab, a family friend. Farah along with her sister Lubna (Sana Javed) hire Afzal to be Farah's love interest so that Farah can get out of the marriage. As soon as Farah's wedding with Mahtaab is cancelled Afzal is supposed to leave Farah too. However Afzal instead of breaking their pretend relationship as per their initial plan, comes to Farah's house along with his parents for Farah's proposal. Farah humiliates and insults Afzal. Heartbroken, Afzal leaves Hyderabad for Karachi.

Afzal arrives in Karachi where he lives in a rented room. The house is owned by a woman and her daughter Yasmeen (Sohai Ali Abro). Afzal becomes good friends with Babu Hameed, his roommate. Afzal witnesses an incident in which Wali, Yasmeen's gangster cousin harasses her to marry him. Afzal has a fight with Wali and eventually Wali loses to Afzal. Wali vows to take revenge from Afzal for the humiliation he suffered at Afzal's hand. He along with his men comes and shoots Afzal. At the same time in Hyderabad Afzal's family is worried and upset because he has left without telling anyone. Farah becomes somewhat obsessed with Afzal, repeatedly mentioning him in her conversations. Lubna Farah's sister suspects that Farah is in love with Afzal but Farah denies her sister's accusation. Farah along with her father goes to Karachi in order to search for him. When they arrive they find that Afzal has been shot but has luckily survived. Yasmeen is moved by what Afzal has done for her and realizes that she is in love with Afzal. Upon meeting Farah she starts getting insecure. Wali taking advantage of Afzal's absence comes to Yasmeen's house again. Babu Hameed attempts to shoot Wali but gets shot instead. Afzal receives the news of Babu Hameed's death and decides to take revenge from Wali. Afzal's parents came to Karachi in order to meet him but he runs away before they reach. He along with his fellows kills Wali.

Afzal has become an infamous gangster who works for the government. His father deeply disappointed by the fact that Afzal has turned out this way disowns him. Meanwhile Farah's psychologist Sibtain comes to Farah's home for her proposal and expresses his desire to marry her. Farah reluctantly agrees. However she still cannot help obsessing over Afzal, upset that he might be with yasmeen. Farah decides to get engaged with Sibtain. Afzal hears about it and decides to get engaged with Yasmeen on the same day. Yasmeen and Afzal get engaged but Farah's engagement ceremony is brought to a halt when Maulvi Subhanallah suddenly has a heartattack. Afzal hears about his father's condition and heads back to Hyderabad with Yasmeen. Afzal's parents are initially reluctant to accept him but Yasmeen settles their issues and Afzal's relationship with his parents is smoothed out. Afzal receives a call from the people he worked for. Afzal tells them that he no longer wants to be a murderer. He wants to play cricket in the streets of Hyderabad.

Farah enraged that Afzal has gotten engaged with yasmeen, decided to marry Sibtain. Lubna reveals to Farah that Sibtain was not really interested in Farah but was giving her a shock treatment so she would accept her feelings for Afzal. Yasmeen is curious about the Farah who writes letters to Afzal. Afzal, unable to express his feelings to Farah had written letters from Farah to himself. Yasmeen goes to Farah and confronts her. She realizes that Farah is also in love with Afzal. She breaks her engagement with Afzal and decides to go back. Lubna tells Farah that she will marry Sibtain. Both families are happy to know the truth and decide to proceed with the wedding as soon as possible. Afzal, meanwhile, takes Yasmeen back to Karachi. On their way to Karachi Yasmeen tells Afzal that Farah loves him. When they reach Karachi, Afzal asks Yasmeen if he can come inside her house. Yasmeen, in her usual style says that if Afzal steps inside, he might fall for Yasmeen. She tells Afzal to call Farah and tell her he loves her and then Yasmeen will forgive Afzal. After he reaches Hyderabad he gets shot by some policemen and talks to Farah for the last time and dies.



Pyare Afzal ARY Full Drama Review

imagesI haven't gotten down to reviewing any serial in a really long time and the landscape seems to have changed. The likes of Faysal Qureshi and Fahad Mustafa seem to have been taken over by newcomers like Hamza Ali Abbassi and Junaid Khan that leave the girls swooning.

Hamza's claim to fame is Pyare Afzal that got him immese popularity thanks to his good looks. But is there more to this serial than Hamza? Read on to find out.

Pyare Afzal, ARY's presentation, is the story of Afzal (Hamza),  the song of a maulana, who is into bad habits and makes the mistake of falling in love with a girl Farha (Ayeza Khan) who doesn't return the favor causing him to leave his city and move to Karachi for greener pastures but ultimately his past comes knocking the door.

The story sounds simple on paper like most love stories but there is too much woven into it. The most beautiful thing is that the write (Khalil ur Rehman Qamar) creates a world that is unique and real. Characters behave exactly how they are. You can easily differentiate between a Karachi-wala and a Hyderabad-wala.

However, the bad thing is that there are some tracks that did not need. The story starts off well and you take an immense liking to the blooming love of Afzal and Farha and the twists that come keep you hooked. Yet, as the story moves to Karachi it takes a backseat. I wonder why the writer had to incorporate the goons track? The whole goon angle does nothing for the drama or the character. If it was to show as the reason why Afzal stays away from home or his parents hate him, the writer could've been more unique.

Still, some portions in Karachi work, like the track with Yasmin because every moment you wonder where this one is going. But again, some characters leave you confused as Farha's sister (Lubna, Sana Javed) who by the time story takes a U-turn is sidelined doing nothing. Moreover, the psychiatrist track again wasn't needed as the writer had the option of reincorporating Farha's old fiancé. So many questions and no answers. This is surprising coming from the writer who is known for closing his serials quickly whereas this one went for a really long time that too without a reason.

Yet, you still stay glued mainly due to the beautiful direction (Nadeem Baig) and dialogues. The production values could've been better cause the serial lacks the grandeur feel. He creates an aura and excels great performances but I would say this is more of a writer's victory than director's because what you see is mostly conceived by the writer in this scenario and Nadeem doesn't show his own versatility.

The overall feel is very novelistic and even though one may not use these dialogues in real life, they work because you are lost in a world of your own. Plus, this is one of the very few serials in recent times that talk of passionate romance and you look at feelings grow from Farha's to Yasmeen's. You kind of get lost in the world of the characters cause  they are real. The OST, janay who kaisay log, even though not new does leave an impact.

As for acting, people are raving about Hamza Ali Abbasi but one actor that takes the cake here is Firdous Jamal as Moulvi Subhan'Allah. His mannerism, dialogue delivery everything is great. Actually, in almost every situation you wait for what will come out of his mouth, he is that good. One of the best written characters ever. Now, the lead, Hamza Ali Abbasi, is no doubt a good looking guy but as an actor he still has a long way to go. He looks like a hero but in the acting department looks weak in comparison to stronger actors. His dialogue delivery often gets very repetitive with the mono tone and he is kind of weak in emotional scenes as well, crying is not something he can do. This looks even stronger cause he is pitted against some great talent in some brilliantly written scenes. Yet, there is no denying that he has improved in comparison to his last few performances.

Aiza Khan looks breathtaking and her styling is to the point, this is the most pretty she has looked onscreen in a really long time. As an actor, the role required a great actor because the character goes through so much and even though Aiza tries, she couldn't do it to the T and leaves a little desired. The problem is the same again, she is pitted against powerful performers and often comes out weak. Even in confrontation scenes against her own sister. Sana Javed takes the cake who is turning into a powerhouse of a performer. Her role may become minor eventually but she sparks the screen whenever she appears.

Saba Hameed's role is an extension of what she did in Khalil ur Rehman's Manjali. She plays it beautifully but the role is boring cause she has done the exact same thing before. We just wish someone else could've done this. Don't get me wrong, Saba isn't bad at all, but she has done this before. Sohai Ali Abro acts well as well and so does Anoushey Abbassi. She shows maturity that very few actors of her age have and this girl can be great in supporting roles.

Other cast from Shehryar Zaidi to Vasay Chaudhry is excellent. It won't be state that this one has one of the most well-chosen cast and congratulatons to the director for that.

Overall, Pyare Afzal is one of the most powerful dramas of these days. It has a story to tell and it gets you absorbed; however, the mid portion when the focus shifts to Karachi and the whole goon track is not needed and one wonders why it was done. Still, it is a great watch thanks to incredible dialogues, great execution, fine chemistry between the actors, revitalizing love and powerful acting. A winner!

Some Wonderful Dialogues of Super Hit Drama "PYARAY AFZAL"

2014 is just coming to an end so I thought to give a small tribute to super hit Drama of 2014 "Pyaray Afzal". This was not just the drama but an emotional attachment, a roller coaster ride and an unforgettable Journey. Every scene every episode was a visual treat to watch. This drama had truly expressed the meaning of love and the deep reality of human relationship.

Poor Afzal he was shot dead when Farah finally embraced his love and actually wrote letter to him but missing Pyaray Afzal doesn't mean that I am only missing Afzal, how can we forget bubbly Yasmeen, Responsible Aarfa, Stylish Lubna, Confused Farah, Tensed Ruqqaiya( Wife of Maulvi Subhanallah), Respected Maulvi Subhanallah and brave Babu Hameed.

Pyaray Afzal took us all by Storm and it was not only popular in Pakistan but all around the globe, I have to admit that it is the highest quality drama produced by Humayun Saeed's production and indeed it will took many years now for ARY or any other channel to telecast such Gem again.

डाक्टर ब्रह्मदेव शर्मा गणितज्ञ थे .
उन्होंने आईएएस की परीक्षा पास करी 

वे बस्तर के कलेक्टर बने 
अबूझमाड़ नामक आदिवासी इलाके का विकास करने के लिए उन्होंने सरकारी खर्च पर सरकारी सुविधाओं से सजा धजा कर एक गाँव बसाया 
जिसमें पोस्ट आफिस, बैंक, ग्राम सेवक, पटवारी आवास, अस्पताल आदि सब बनाया गया
लेकिन जब कलेक्टर बीडी शर्मा उस सरकारी आदर्श आदिवासी गाँव का उदघाटन करने गए तो उन्होंने देखा कि
उस जगह पहले से बसे हुए आदिवासी उस जगह को छोड़ कर और घने जंगल में चले गए थे 
इस घटना नें कलेक्टर बीडी शर्मा को आदिवासियों को समझने की रुची पैदा कर दी 
इसके बाद कलेक्टर बीडी शर्मा नें आदिवासी जीवन, उनकी संस्कृति , अर्थव्यवस्था को बहुत गहराई से समझा 
सरकार नें बस्तर में कमाई के लिए प्राकृतिक जंगल समाप्त कर के चीड के रोपण का प्लान बनाया तो कलेक्टर बीडी शर्मा नें उसे उठा कर रद्दी की टोकरी में फेंक दिया और कहा कि जंगल आदिवासी का जीवन है उसे सरकार के मुनाफे के लिए इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जा सकता 
बाद में ब्रह्मदेव शर्मा को भारत का आदिवासी आयुक्त बनाया गया .
वे पूर्वोत्तर विश्वविद्यालय के उपकुलपति भी रहे 
इसके बाद वे आदिवासी मामलों के सबसे मुखर योद्धा के रूप में उभरे 
बस्तर में आदिवासियों की मर्जी के खिलाफ जब भाजपा सरकार नें १९९२ में लौह कारखाना लगाने की कोशिश करी तो ब्रह्मदेव शर्मा नें आदिवासियों का साथ दिया 
इस से चिढ कर भाजपाई गुंडों नें बस्तर के जगदलपुर नगर में ब्रह्मदेव शर्मा पर हमला किया उनके कपड़े फाड़ दिए और उनके गले में जूतों का हार डाल कर जुलूस निकाला 
इसके बाद ब्रह्मदेव शर्मा नें बस्तर जाना बंद कर दिया था 
सन दो हज़ार आठ में मैंने डाक्टर ब्रह्म देव शर्मा से आग्रह किया कि चलिए आप अब बस्तर चलिए 
ब्रह्मदेव शर्मा दंतेवाडा में हमारे आश्रम में रहे 
उन्हें लेकर मैं सलवा जुडूम कैम्प दिखाने ले गया 
ब्रह्म देव शर्मा नें मुझे खूब सारे किस्से सुनाये थे 
उसके बाद ब्रह्म देव शर्मा से कई बार आदिवासियों के आधिकारों के बारे में कानून सीखने का मौका मिला 
जिसने हमें अपना काम करने में बहुत ताकत दी 
आज ब्रह्मदेव शर्मा नहीं रहे 
आप लाखों आदिवासियों के दिलों में हमेशा रहेंगे

Dr B D Sharma : A Life Lived in Struggle for the Rights of Marginals

New Delhi, December 7 : Dr Brahma Dutt Sharma (known to many of us as Dr Sahab), left for passed away on December 6th in Gwalior. He was not keeping well for sometime and was being looked after by his son and daughter-in-law. Narmada Bachao Andolan and NAPM pay its heartfelt condolences to the family and to the Andolan Biradari, of which he was an integral part.

 

He led many battles in his life and worked tirelessly to achieve the constitutional rights of the adivasis, dalits, workers and farmers, over five decades of his working life beginning with the troublesome days in Bastar (1968) and being the last Commissioner for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (1986-1991). He also served as the Vice Chancellor of NEHU, Central University and in numerous committess of Planning Commission and National Advisory Council.

 

He was a bureaucrat, a contemporary of late S R Sankaran, B N Yugandhar and others who stood for the people, just a way government servant should. As SC/ST Commissioner, he not only authored seminal reports on empowerment of SC/STs but also played a key role in authorship of the Bhuria Committee report, enactment of PESA and Forest Rights Act. As Secretary in the Minister of Tribal Affairs, he initiated the idea of Tribal Sub Plan. Untill as late as 2014, he continued to collaborate and help Government in its various initiatives with the tribals and adivasis, but also challenged them on every front, for their continued betrayal and non-implementation of various plans and governance failure in the scheduled areas.

 

He was extremely disturbed by the violence and war like situation in the tribal areas, and in a letter, dt May 17, 2010 to the President of India, he wrote :

 

I am constrained to state at this critical phase of the history of tribal people that the Union Government is guilty of abdicating its Constitutional responsibility by allowing the situation to degenerate from that of stray revolts in 1960s to 'warlike situation' at the moment. It has remained unconcerned with the simmering discontent from day one with the adoption of the Constitution. It has not issued a single direction to any State in 60 long years. You as head of the nation, at a critical time must ensure that the Union Government accepts unequivocally its Constitutional responsibility with due apologies for the decimated, shattered and disinherited tribal communities whose irretrievable loss- physical, economical and emotional - is an un-washable blot on the fair face of our nation that still stands by equity and justice. 

 

He stood for the rights of the people, for implementation of the self rule in the Gram Sabhas as mandated by the Constitution and championed the cause of the Hamare Gaon me Hamara Raaj. Even while serving as the SC/ST Commmsioner, he filed the first case in the Supreme Court, demanding the implementation of the Narmada Water Dispute Tribunal (NWDT) award. SC ordered the implementation of the NWDT award by the governments, which paved the way for allotment of land for land to thousands of the project affected families. Unfortunately violating the SC order and order of numerous Tribunals and Commissions and in face of continued struggle of Narmada Bachao Andolan, the NDA government is pushing ahead the construction of the Sardar Sarovar Dam, leading to submergence of nearly 2 lakh plus people in the Narmada Valley.

 

Dr Sharma was a visionary and was troubled by the growing inequity in the society in the wake of the neo liberal reforms pushed by the government. He worked tirelessly to implement the laws, policies, programmes and schemes of the government using all the means available with him, but he knew the real swaraj will come only if people themselves organized and fought for it and took control of their own life, means of livelihood, control over natural resources, had a say in the development plan and became a beneficiary in the process of development. He founded Bharat Jan Andolan and lent his voice and support to Narmada Bachao Andolan, National Alliance of People's Movements, Kisani Pratishtha Manch, Campaign for Survival and Dignity and many more people's struggles and movements.

 

He travelled through out the country and propagated his views and solutions to the farmers and workers distress, advocated for their rights and kept stressing the fact that we are headed towards a agrarian crisis and something which stemmed from the fact that farmers and workers were not getting their due. They were not being compensated for their efforts and hard work. He would often ask at the gatehrings, bata mere yaar, meri mehnat kaa mol hai kya ?

 

He wrote extensively and also published for which he set up his publishing unit, Sahyog Kutir Prakashan. He lived frugally and minimally, travelled across the country as a simpleton, wearing his dhoti kurta and remained accessible to every one. Even when he was not keeping well, he joined us all at the completion of 20 years of NAPM at its biennial convention in Pune, last year.  

 

He will be missed for his courage of conviction and dedication to the cause of the marginalized. In his death we all have lost a great teacher and a comrade, who was always there for us in times of crisis and in struggle.

দিল্লি: চিকিৎসায় সাড়া দিচ্ছেন এ বি বর্ধন। মস্তিষ্কে রক্তক্ষরণের কারণে চেতনা হারানোয় ৯২ বছর বয়সী সি পি আই নেতা বর্ধনকে গতকাল দিল্লির জি বি পন্থ হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করা হয়। মঙ্গলবার চিকিৎসকরা জানিয়েছেন, তাঁর অবস্থা আগের থেকে ভাল, তবে সঙ্কট  কাটেনি। তাঁকে এখনও আই সি ইউ–তে রাখা হয়েছে। বর্ধনের অবস্থার খোঁজ নিতে হাসপাতালে গিয়েছিলেন এন সি পি প্রধান শারদ পাওয়ার, সি পি এম সাংসদ মহম্মদ সেলিম এবং সি পি এমের পলিটব্যুরো সদস্য বৃন্দা কারাত।

দেশে আইএস-এর প্রভাব ঠেকাতে বিশেষ পদক্ষেপ কেন্দ্রের

নয়াদিল্লি: এদেশে জঙ্গিগোষ্ঠী আইএস কতখানি জাল বিস্তার করেছে, তা জানতে বিশেষ পদক্ষেপ নিচ্ছে ভারত। মৌলবাদী ভাবধারা বা ভাবনাচিন্তা রুখতে বিশদ কর্মসূচি নিচ্ছে কেন্দ্র। আজ লোকসভায় এমনটাই জানানো হয়েছে।

লোকসভায় কেন্দ্রীয় স্বরাষ্ট্র রাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী কিরেন রিজিজু জানিয়েছেন, দেশে আইএস নিয়ন্ত্রণে বিশেষ কিছু কৌশল নিয়েছে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার। তিনি আরও জানিয়েছেন সন্ত্রাস ঠেকাতে মৌলবাদী ভাবধারা বা ভাবনাচিন্তার প্রসারের কোনও সুযোগ দেবে না ভারত। সংস্কৃতি, শিক্ষাক্ষেত্রে, কর্মক্ষেত্রে আইএস-এর যাবতীয় হুমকি খতিয়ে দেখবে কেন্দ্র।

আরও এক কেন্দ্রীয় স্বরাষ্ট্র রাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী হরিভাই পরথিভাই চৌধুরি জানিয়েছেন, জঙ্গি নিয়োগে এদেশের তরুণদের আকর্ষণ করতে চাইছে জঙ্গিগোষ্ঠী আইএস। এজন্য সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াকেই বেছে নিয়েছে তারা। আইএসের এই প্রচেষ্টা জাতীয় নিরাপত্তা স্তরে চিন্তার ভাঁজ ফেলেছে। তাই যে সমস্ত তরুণ আইএস দ্বারা প্রলুব্ধ হতে পারে তাদের ওপর কড়া নজর রাখছে গোয়েন্দা ও নিরাপত্তা সংস্থা।

ওয়াশিংটন: জর্জ বুশ যে ভুল করেছিলেন, সে ভুল আর করছেন না বারাক ওবামা। পদাতিক ফৌজ পাঠাচ্ছেন না সিরিয়ায়। সন্ত্রাসের বিরুদ্ধে যা যুদ্ধ লড়বে আমেরিকা, সব আকাশ থেকেই। রবিবার হোয়াইট হাউসের ওভাল অফিসে দাঁড়িয়ে পরোক্ষে স্বীকার করলেন, ইরাকে ফৌজ পাঠানোটা বুশ সরকারের ভুল সিদ্ধান্ত ছিল। শুধু হাজারে হাজারে মার্কিন সেনা মারা গিয়েছিল তা–ই নয়, যুদ্ধের খরচ জোগাতে গিয়ে রীতিমতো চাপে পড়ে গিয়েছিল মার্কিন অর্থনীতি। কাজেই এক ভুল দু'বার নয়। সিরিয়া, ইরাক— কোথাওই আর পা রাখবে না মার্কিন বাহিনী। সাত বছরের মেয়াদকালে তৃতীয়বার ওভাল অফিসে দঁাড়িয়ে জাতির উদ্দেশে বললেন মার্কিন প্রেসিডেন্ট বারাক ওবামা। আর তা করতে বাধ্য করল আই এস। ক্যালিফোর্নিয়া হামলার পর মরিয়া ওবামা বললেন, আই এস–কে ভয় পেলে চলবে না। নির্মূল করতে হবে। এতে পাশে থাকছে আরও ৬৫টি দেশ। জঙ্গিদের বিরুদ্ধে এই লড়াইয়ে মুসলিমদেরও সাহায্য চাইলেন। বললেন, আই এস ইসলামের ভাবধারায় অনুপ্রাণিত নয়। কারণ তারা প্রতারক এবং খুনি। মুসলিমদের মধ্যে কিছু সংখ্যকই এই মতাদর্শে বিশ্বাস করে। সবাই নয়। কট্টরপন্থীদের বাড়বাড়ন্ত ঠেকাতে মুসলিম নেতাদেরও সাহায্য চাইলেন। জানালেন, সন্ত্রাসবাদীরা প্রতিনিয়ত সাধারণ মুসলিমদের মগজধোলাই করে চলেছে। তা ঠেকাতে গেলে মুসলিম নেতাদেরই এগিয়ে আসতে হবে। সেই সঙ্গে দেশবাসীকে আরও একবার মনে করালেন, আমেরিকার যুদ্ধ সন্ত্রাসের বিরুদ্ধে। মুসলিমদের বিরুদ্ধে নয়। সংখ্যালঘুদের প্রতি দেশবাসীকে অসহিষ্ণু ব্যবহার বন্ধ করার অনুরোধও করলেন প্রেসিডেন্ট। তাঁর এই বক্তব্যকে স্বাগত জানালেন আমেরিকার সংখ্যালঘুরা। ওবামা বারবারই জানালেন, এবারের জঙ্গি নিধন যুদ্ধে আগের থেকে সাবধানি পদক্ষেপ করবে আমেরিকা। স্বাভাবিকভাবেই প্রশ্ন উঠছে, তা হলে কীভাবে আই এসের মোকাবিলা করবে আমেরিকা? জবাবে তিনটি পথ বাতলালেন ওবামা। এক, আগের মতোই সিরিয়ায় আই এস ঘাঁটি লক্ষ্য করে বিমান থেকে বোমা ফেলবে মার্কিন বাহিনী। দুই, আই এসের বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধের জন্য সিরিয়া এবং ইরাকের বাহিনীকে প্রশিক্ষণ এবং অস্ত্র দেবে আমেরিকা। তিন, ভাতে মারবে আই এস–কে। তাদের অর্থের জোগান বন্ধ হলেই কমবে নাশকতা। নতুন করে নিয়োগও বন্ধ হবে। যদিও রিপাবলিকানদের ক্ষোভ, আই এস দমনে কোনও স্পষ্ট পথ দেখাতে পারেনি ওবামা সরকার। প্রেসিডেন্টকে একহাত নিলেন রিপাবলিকান দলের প্রেসিডেন্ট পদের দৌড়ে থাকা ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্প। গোটা ভাষণে একবারও ওবামা আই এসের বিরুদ্ধে 'যুদ্ধে'নামার ইচ্ছে প্রকাশ করেননি, নাকি সাহস পাননি! কটাক্ষ তঁার। এদিকে রবিবার ওবামা ফের জানালেন, ক্যালিফোর্নিয়ার সান বার্নারদিনোয় হামলার পেছনে জঙ্গিদেরই হাত রয়েছে। তবে হামলার উদ্দেশ্য নিয়ে এখনও ধন্দে গোয়েন্দারা। হামলাকারী তাশফিন মালিকের পড়াশোনা পাকিস্তানে। সেখানকার বেশ কয়েকজন প্রভাবশালী ব্যক্তির সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ ছিল তার। সে সবই এখন খতিয়ে দেখছে এফ বি আই। ঠিক কে বা কারা তাশফিন এবং তার স্বামী ফারুকের মগজধোলাই করেছিল, তা–ও খুঁজে দেখছেন গোয়েন্দারা।

বাংলার ছেলেমেয়েরা ভিক্ষে করিবে না!

'মুখ্যমন্ত্রী এদিন ২৫টি প্রকল্পের উদ্বোধন, ২২টি প্রকল্পের শিলান্যাস এবং প্রচুর উপভোক্তাকে পরিষেবা তুলে দিতে হলদিবাড়ি এসেছিলেন। প্রধান উদ্দেশ্য ছিল কোচবিহার থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে থাকা হলদিবাড়িকে জুড়ে দেওয়ার জন্য তিস্তার ওপরে সেতুর শিলান্যাস করা। এদিন হলদিবাড়িতে হুজুর সাহেবের মেলামাঠ থেকে রিমোটের মাধ্যমে ওই সেতুর শিলান্যাস করা হয়। মাঠে তখন কাতারে কাতারে মানুষ আর উচ্ছ্বাস। ১৯৭৮ সাল থেকে এই সেতুর দাবি উঠে আসছিল। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী জানান, ৪২৪ কোটি দিলাম। এই সেতু হলে ৮৫ কিমি রাস্তা ঘুরে আর মেখলিগঞ্জ যেতে হবে না। আড়াই ঘণ্টা সময় বেঁচে যাবে। ছিটমহল প্রসঙ্গে বলতে গিয়ে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী জানান, 'ছিটমহল হস্তান্তর হয়ে গেছে ৩১ জুলাই রাত থেকে। অনেকে অনেক কথা বলে, কিছু করে দেখাতে পারে না। স্বাধীনতার পর সবাই বলেছে হবে, হবে। কিন্তু হয়নি। আমাদের মা–মাটি–মানুষের সরকার ক্ষমতায় এসে পরিবর্তনের পর আমরা কথা রেখেছি। আমরা বলেছিলাম করব। করে দেখিয়েছি। আজ ওপার বাংলার মানুষ, এপার বাংলার মানুষ নতুন মুক্তির স্বাদ পেয়েছে। নতুন করে স্বাধীনতা পেয়েছে। মুক্তির এই আনন্দ জীবনে আরও অনেক আনন্দ বয়ে আনুক। মনে রাখবেন, এই জন্য বাংলাদেশে গিয়েছিলাম। বাংলাদেশ যাবার পর আমি নিজে ছিটমহলে এসেছিলাম। এই চুক্তি হয়ে গেছে। শুধু তাই নয়, হস্তান্তর হয়ে গেেছ। এবার যেটা লক্ষ্য, সেটা হচ্ছে দেশের সাম্প্রদায়িকতা, শান্তি, মৈত্রী, ভ্রাতৃত্ব উভয় দেশের সম্পর্ক রেখেই উন্নয়নের কাজে এগিয়ে যেতে হবে। এদিনের শিলান্যাস অনুষ্ঠানে উত্তরবঙ্গ উন্নয়নমন্ত্রী গৌতম দেব, মুখ্য সচিব সঞ্জয় মিত্র, স্বরাষ্ট্র সচিব বাসুদেব বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় ছাড়াও এলাকার বিধায়ক অর্ঘ্য রায়প্রধান, রবি ঘোষ থেকে সর্বস্তরের জনপ্রতিনিধি ছিলেন। শিলান্যাস অনুষ্ঠান শেষ করে ১০১তম জেলা প্রশাসনিক বৈঠক করেন হুজুর সাহেবের মেলামাঠেই। বৈঠক শেষ করার পর প্রশ্নের উত্তরে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ফের ডি ভি সি নিয়ে ক্ষোভ তুলে ধরেন। দক্ষিণবঙ্গে বন্যা পরিস্থিতির জন্য তিনি ডি ভি সি–কেই দায়ী করেন। বলেন, এভাবে জল ছাড়া যাবে না। ১১ ও ১২ আগস্ট আমি দিল্লি যাব। এই প্রসঙ্গ নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করব। জলাধার খননের কাজ হয় না বলে অভিযোগ করেন। জানান, এটা হওয়া দরকার। পাশাপাশি উত্তরবঙ্গেও সব স্তরের প্রশাসনিক কর্তাদের নজর রাখতে বলা হয়েছে। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী জানান, অনেক সময় হঠাৎ করে বন্যা চলে আসে। পাহাড়ে বৃষ্টি হলে সমতলের নদী ভরে যায়। সমস্ত নজরে রেখে সতর্ক থাকার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে। অন্য দিকে ছিটমহল হস্তান্তরের পর উন্নয়ন প্যাকেজ করা হচ্ছে বলে জানান তিনি। সমস্ত জেলাশাসক দেখছেন বলে জানান। হলদিবাড়ির উন্নয়নের জন্য শস্যভাণ্ডার থেকে পর্যটন কেন্দ্র, বিভিন্ন প্রকল্প ঘোষণা করেন। অন্য দিকে জানান, আগামী ১৪ আগস্ট কন্যাশ্রী দিবস পালিত হবে রাজ্য জুড়ে। ওই দিন কন্যাশ্রীর সদস্যদের সংখ্যা ২৪ লক্ষতে পৌঁছবে। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী এদিন শিলিগুড়ির উত্তরকন্যায় থাকবেন। শুক্রবারই কলকাতায় ফিরে যাবেন।
