कल फिर देख ली मदर इंडिया।

सविता बाबू उत्तर प्रदेश और बिहार में लगातार हो रही बारिश और फसलों की तबाही की वजह से हमारी दुनिया में मचे हाहाकार से रूबरु होकर अपने मायके और ससुराल में मातम और खुशी में शरीक होकर जम्मू तवी एक्सप्रेस से लौटकर बांग्ला नववर्ष के सांंस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों से निबटकर एक दफा फिर मुझे अनुशासित करने में लग गयी है।

अब हर हाल में दोपहर को आहार और विश्राम का अनुशासन मानकर चलना पड़ रहा है।

इसी बहाने कल दोपहर भोजन और विश्राम के मौके पर उनने हमारे लिए मदर इंडिया फिल्म लगा दी और फिर हम अपनी दुनिया में वापस लौट चले जो आज भी सुखी लाला की तिजोरी में कैद है।

हम बिरजू की बगावत को तब डकैती मान रहे थे।

अब फर्क सिर्फ यह है कि इस महाजनी सभ्यता की राजसत्ता के खिलाफ आवाज बुलंद करने वाले तमाम लोग या तो राष्ट्रद्रोही हैं या फिर माओवादी, आतंकवादी,उग्रवादी, अलगाववादी- और पूरा देश उन्हे मुठभेड़ में मारने का जश्न मना रहा है।

हमने बचपन में नैनीताल की तराई समेत उत्तर प्रदेश के तमाम शहरों में दीपक जलते देखा है,जो गांवों में घुप्प अंधेरे में कहीं जलता ही न था।वह दीपक घी से जलना था और घी किसानों के यहां सर्वत्र होता न था।

केसरिया झंडों का वह उन्माद सातवें आठवें दशक तक भारत के देहात में कहीं नहीं दिखता था।

तब देहात के लोग भारतीय जनसंघ को बनियों की पार्टी बताते थे।

माफ कीजियेगा,बनिया कहने से उनका मतलब बनिया जाति नहीं था।वे जनसंघ को हिंदुत्व की आड़ में मुनाफाखोरों और कारोबारियों की पार्टी समझते थे।

माफ कीजियेगा, तब लोक और आस्था के रंग आज के मुकाबले कही ज्यादा ईमानदार और पक्के थे।

रीति रिवाज रस्म अदायगी में हिंदुत्व की आस्था अपनी जगह थी लेकिन हिंदुत्व की राजनीति देहात में दो कौड़ी की नहीं थी।

तब भी देश के देहाती अपढ़ अधपढ़ लोगों ने प्रेमचंद की महाजनी सभ्यता न पढी थी और तब भी अर्थ शास्त्र पढञने और समझने वाले लोग मुट्ठीभर थे।लेकिन महाजनों का दीदार किये बिना किसानों की दिनचर्या तब असंभव थी।

वह महाजनी सभ्यता किसानों के लिए रोज रोज की नरकयंत्रणा रही है।टीप छाप और चक्रवृद्धि सूद के तिलिस्म में कैद होते हुए भी अपनी जमीन हड़पने वालों को वे साफ साफ देख सकते थे।आज नहीं देख सकते क्योंकि महाजनी सभ्यता अब पीपीपी माडल गुजराती विकास का हिंदुत्व है।हिंदुत्व में एकाकार आस्था मुक्तबाजार है।

बाकी देश में जो हो रहा था,वह तब हमने नहीं देखा होगा,लेकिन हमने तराई में सन 67 से लेकर सन 71 तक महाजनों के खिलाफ बगावत में खड़े हजारों बिरजू देखे हैं,जिन्होंने बंदूकें नहीं उठायीं,लेकिन अपनी बेदखल जमीन महाजनों की तिजोरी से निकालने की कोशिशें कीं,महाजनों के बही खाते जला दिये और हजारों की तादाद में तराई के जेलों में कैद कर लिये गये।

तब हमारे कामरेड उनका नेतृत्व कर रहे थे और यूपी में हिमालय की तलहटी में अयोध्या बनारस से लेकर समूचे पूर्वांचल और नैनीताल की तराई और कुमायूं गढ़वाल के पहाड़ों तक में कम्युनिस्टों के गढ़ बने हुए थे।जो अब केसरिया राजमहल में तब्दील हैं।

अब समूचे देहात में कृषि विध्वंस के महाश्मसान कमल ही कमल खिलाखिला रहे हैं और तन मन से पूरी तरह अमेरिकी मदर इंडिया की तकनीकी दक्षता,बाजारु फैशन की संतानें लोक और जड़ों से कटे हुए हवाहवाई ग्लोबल हिंदुत्व के बजरंगी हैं।

गौर तलब है कि विभाजन के पहले तक,1964 तक अविभाजित भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के महासचिव कामरेड पीसी जोशी अल्मोड़ा के ही थे।

हमारी दुनिया तो आज भी सुखी लाला की तिजोरी में कैद है।लेकिन इस मुक्त बाजारी तंत्र में बिजनेस फ्रेंडली राजकाज की बनिया भेष अब करोड़ टकिया फैशन है और विकास के फरेब में धर्म के तड़के का जो मुक्तबाजारी तंत्र यंत्र मंत्र का अर्थशास्त्र नरसंहारी है,उसे समझते नहीं है देहात के बहुजन बहुसंख्य कृषि से बेदखल लोग।

संघ परिवार के बाबा साहेब की विरासत को केसरिया बनाने के तंत्र मंत्र यंत्र का खुलासा करता है यह आलेख।कल ही हमने उन्हें सिलसिलेवार लिखने के लिए कहा था और अपनी उम्र और स्वास्थ्य की परवाह किये बिना उन्होंने आज से लिखना शुरु कर दिया है।

हमने इतिहासकार रामचंद्र गुहा और एडमिरल भागवत से भी निवेदन किया है कि वे सच की परते खोलें।रामचंद्र गुहा सत्तर के दशक में हमारे शेखर पाठक के खास मित्र थे और पहाड़ के लिए नियमित लिखते रहते हैं।अपनी बहुत बड़ी हैसियत के बावजूद वे हमें भूले नहीं है।हमें उनके जवाब का इंतजार है और उम्मीद है कि एडमिरल भागवत भी खामोश नहीं रहेंगे।

कल आदरणीय आनंद तेलतुंबड़े से हमने अपनी शंकाओं के समाधान के लिए लंबी बातचीत की और उनने साफ साफ कहा कि अंबेडकर ने कहीं भी संस्कृत को राजभाषा बनाने की बात नहीं की है।यह सरासर झूठ है।

आनंद से हमारी बातचीत इस सिलसिले में लगभग रोजाना होती रही है और आनंद को पहले ही आशंका थी कि चूंकि अंबेडकर समय समय पर अलग अलग परस्परविरोधी वक्तव्य दे चुके हैं क्योंकि वे किसी विचारधारा में कैद न थे और समूची मानवता के लिए और खासतौर पर वंचित वर्ग के लिए उऩकी चिंता घनघोर थीं,तो उन वक्तव्यों को संदर्भ और प्रसंग से काटकर कोई भी कुछ भी व्याख्या कर सकता है।संघ परिवार बिल्कुल वही कर रहा है और हमें पहले से इसकी आशंका थी।

बाबासाहेब कोई ईश्वर न थे।

वे हाड़ मांस के इंसान थे और समाज के हर तबके के लिए गौतम बुद्ध के दर्शन के मुताबिक कल्याकारी समता और सामाजिक न्याय आधारित समाज की स्थापना उनके जीने का एकमात्र मकसद था।

हम उनके कहे को जस का तस लेकर उनके आंदोलन के मुख्य उद्देश्य को भूल नहीं सकते।जाति उन्मूलन का एजंडा उनका मुख्य था और मनुस्मृति का दहन उनने किया,हिंदुत्व के ब्राह्मणवादी वर्ण वर्चस्व  के खिलाफ उनने कहा कि जनम पर चूंकि उनका हाथ नहीं रहा है,वे जनमे तो हिंदू हैं लेकिन वे हरगिज हिंदू रहकर मरेंगे नहीं और उनने हिंदू धर्म का परित्याग किया।

इससे यह स्वयंसिद्ध है कि फासिस्ट हिंदू साम्राज्यवाद के वे कितने खिलाफ थे।

जिन धर्मशास्त्रों की बुनियाद पर हिंदुत्व का यह तिलिस्म खड़ा है,उसके तमाम मिथकों और आख्यानों को परत दर परत बेनकाब करने वाले बाबासाहेब हिंदुत्व के एजंडे के मुताबिक काम करते रहे हैं,संघ परिवार के इस दावे का सच आप खुदै समझ लें।

मुसलमानों के खिलाफ संघ परिवार ने जो विषवमन बाबासाहेब के हवाले से किया,वह पाकिस्तान पर लिखे उनके आलेख के आधार पर हैं।ऐसे लांछन पहले भी लगाये गये हैं।

आनंद तेलतुबड़े ने इसका जवाब बाकायदा एक पुस्तक लिखकर दिया है,जो हिंदी और मराठी समेत कई भारतीयभषाओं में अनूदित है।हमने वह पुस्तक इंटरनेट में लगाने वास्ते यूनिकोड में आनंद जी से मांगा है और उसके प्रासंगिक अंश भी हस्तक्षेप पर लगा दिये जायेंगे।

गौर तलब है कि हमारी बहस वैकल्पिक मीडिया को लेकर चल रही थी।आनंद स्वरुप वर्मा के आलेख का यूनिकोड मिलते ही वह बहस फिर शुरु होगी।

हम संवाद के किसी भी क्षेत्र से पीछे हट नहीं रहे हैं।

हम लोग शुरु से अंबेडकर को ईश्वर बनाने की अस्मिता राजनीति के खिलाफ रहे हैं और अंबेडकर के जाति उन्मूलन के एजंडा और मेहनतकश तबके के लिए बनाये उनके श्रम कानून और संवैधानिक रक्षाकवच को ही अंबेडकरी आंदोलन का प्रस्थान बिंदू मानते हैं,जहां धर्म और जाति पहचान को खत्म करने से ही समता और समामाजिक न्याय की मंजिल साफ नजर आती है।

अंबेडकर चूंकि राजनेता भी रहे हैं।इसलिए राजनीतिक परिस्थितियों के मद्देनजर वे जो भी कुछ कहते रहे हैं,उन सभी उद्धरणों को जस का तस उनकी विचाराधारा मान लाना आत्मघाती होगा।  

बहुजनों को कुछ इसी तरह बाबासाहेब का अंधा अनुयायी बनाकर सत्ता में भागेदारी के लिए जो अस्मिता राजनीति खड़ी की गयी है,हमार समझ से बाबासाहेब के आंदोलन को वह खत्म ही कर रही है और इससे बिलियनर मिलियनर एक तबका बहुजनों में भी तैयार हो गया है जो नस्लवादी वर्णवर्स्वी शासकों के साथ मिलकर अपने ही स्वजनों के खून से अपनी सारी देह रंगे हुए हैं।यही तबका बाबासाहेब के आंदोलन के प्रस्थानबिंदू उनके जाति उन्मूलन के एजंडे पर किसी भी संवाद के खिलाफ है।

संघ परिवार बहुजनों के इसी रामरथ पर सवार होकर बाबासाहेब का वध करके उनकी एक स्वर्ण प्रतिमा को हिंदुत्व के भव्य राममंदिर में स्थापित करने जा रहा है।

इस सिलसिले में सबसे मजेदार वाकया विशाकापत्तनम माकपा पार्टी कांग्रेस से जारी एक प्रस्ताव है,जिसमें संदद का विशेष अधिवेशन बाबासाहेब की जयंती पर बुलाकर अनुसूचितों की समस्याओं पर बहस करने के लिए बुलाने की मांग की है।

इस प्रस्ताव से ही बाबासाहेब के कृतित्व व्यक्तित्व और उनके आंदोलन के बारे में हमारे आदरणीय कामरेडों का नजरिया साफ हो जाता है।

सवाल यह है कि जो संसद संविधान ,कानून का राज और लोकतंत्र से लेकर देश की संप्रभुता को गिरवी पर रखने वाली सत्ता पर अंकुश नहीं लगा पाती,जो संसद कानून बिगाड़ने और जनविरोधी जनसंहारी नीतियों सो कर्वदलीय सहमति से लगातार कारपोरेट और वैश्विक इशारों से पास करती रही है और वहां जो तथाकथित जनप्रतिनिधि हैं,वे कारपोरेट लाबिंग और कारपोरेटफंडिंग के टुकड़खोर हैं तो उस संसद में बाबासाहेब को याद करने से वोट बैंक साधने के सिवाय कौन और मकसद सध सकता है,हमारी समझ से परे हैं।

भारतीय लोकतंत्र में अर्थव्यवस्था,संसाधनों और राजस्व के प्रबंधन से लेकर श्रम कानूनों से लेकर हिंदू कोड बिल ट्रेड यूनियनों को वैध बनाने से लेकर स्त्रियों के लिए मातृत्व अवकाश और काम के घंटे तक तय करने में जो बाबासाहेब की भूमिका रही है,उसके मद्देनजर उन्हें सिर्फ अनुसूचियों का नेता मानने वाले हमारे कामरेड कितने जनपक्षधर हैं,सवाल यही है।

बाबा साहेब के स्मरण में अगर संसद का विशेष अधिवेशन बुलाने का ही लक्ष्य है तो उस अधिवेशन में बाबासाहेब के बनाये संविधान की रोज रोज हत्या के लिए हो रहे आर्थिक सुधारों और मुक्त बाजारी अश्वमेध पर बहस क्यों न हो और क्या इसके लिए नवउदावादी सत्ता तैयार होगी,सवाल यह है।

मदर इण्डिया (अंग्रेज़ी: Mother India, उर्दू: مدر انڈیا) १९५७ में बनी भारतीय फ़िल्म है जिसे महबूब ख़ान द्वारा लिखा और निर्देशित किया गया है। फ़िल्म में नर्गिस, सुनील दत्त, राजेंद्र कुमारऔर राज कुमारमुख्य भूमिका में हैं। फ़िल्म महबूब ख़ान द्वारा निर्मित औरत (१९४०) का रीमेक है। यह गरीबी से पीड़ित गाँव में रहने वाली औरत राधा की कहानी है जो कई मुश्किलों का सामना करते हुए अपने बच्चों का पालन पोषण करने और बुरे जागीरदार से बचने की मेहनत करती है। उसकी मेहनत और लगन के बावजूद वह एक देवी-स्वरूप उदाहरण पेश करती है व भारतीय नारी की परिभाषा स्थापित करती है और फिर भी अंत में भले के लिए अपने गुण्डे बेटे को स्वयं मार देती है। वह आज़ादी के बाद के भारत को सबके सामने रखती है।

यह फ़िल्म अबतक बनी सबसे बड़ी बॉक्स ऑफिस हिट भारतीय फ़िल्मों में गिनी जाती है और अब तक की भारत की सबसे बढ़िया फ़िल्म गिनी जाती है। इसे १९५८ में तीसरी सर्वश्रेष्ठ फीचर फ़िल्म के लिए राष्ट्रीय फ़िल्म पुरस्कारसे नवाज़ा गया था। मदर इण्डियाक़िस्मत (१९४३),मुग़ल-ए-आज़म (१९६०) और शोले (१९७५) के साथ उन चुनिन्दा फ़िल्मों में आती है जिन्हें आज भी लोग देखना पसंद करते हैं और यह हिन्दी सांस्कृतिक फ़िल्मों की श्रेणी में विराजमान है। यह फ़िल्म भारत की ओर से पहली बार अकादमी पुरस्कारोंके लिए भेजी गई फ़िल्म थी।[1

फिल्म की शुरुआत वर्तमान काल में गाँव के लिए एक पानी की नहर के पूरा होने से होती है। राधा (नर्गिस), गाँव की माँ के रूप में, नहर का उद्घाटन करती है और अपने भूतकाल पर नज़र डालती है जब वह एक नई दुल्हन थी।

राधा और शामू (राज कुमार) की शादी का ख़र्चा राधा की सास ने सुखीलाला से उधार लेकर उठाया था। इस के कारण गरीबी और मेहनत के कभी न खत्म होने वाले चक्रव्यूह में राधा फँस जाती है। उधार की शर्तें विवादास्पद होती है परन्तु गाँव के सरपंच सुखीलाला के हित में फैसला सुनाते हैं जिसके तहत शामू और राधा को अपनी फ़सल का एक तिहाई हिस्सा सुखीलाला को ५०० के ब्याज़ के तौर पर देना होगा। अपनी गरीबी को मिटाने के लिए शामू अपनी ज़मीन की और जुताई करने की कोशिश करता है परन्तु एक पत्थर तले उसके दोनों हाथ कुचले जाते है। अपनी मजबूरी से शर्मिंदा व औरों द्वारा बेईज़्ज़ती के कारण वह फैसला करता है कि वह अपने परिवार के किसी काम का नहीं और उन्हें छोड़ कर हमेशा के लिए चले जाता है। जल्द ही राधा की सास भी गुज़र जाती है। राधा अपने दोनों बेटों के साथ खेतों में काम करना जारी रखती है और एक और बेटे को जन्म देती है। सुखीलाला उसे अपनी गरीबी दूर करने के लिए खुद से शादी करने का प्रस्ताव रखता है पर राधा खुद को बेचने से इंकार कर देती है। एक तूफ़ान गाँव को अपनी चपेट में ले लेता है और सारी फ़सल नष्ट हो जाती है। तूफ़ान में राधा का छोटा बेटा मारा जाता है। सारा गाँव पलायन करने लगता है परन्तु राधा के मनाने पर सभी रुक कर वापस गाँव को स्थापित करने की कोशिश करते है।

फ़िल्म कई साल आगे पहुँचती है जब राधा के दोनों बचे हुए बेटे, बिरजू (सुनील दत्त) और रामू (राजेंद्र कुमार) अब बड़े हो चुके है। बिरजू अपने बचपन में सुखीलाला के बर्ताव का प्रतिशोध लेने के लिए गाँव की लड़कियों को छेड़ना शुरू कर देता है, ख़ास कर सुखीलाला की बेटी को। इसके विपरीत रामू बेहद शांत स्वभाव का है और जल्द ही शादी कर लेता है। हालांकि अब वह एक पिता है पर उसकी पत्नी जल्द ही परिवार में मौजूद गरीबी का शिकार हो जाती है। बिरजू का ग़ुस्सा आख़िरकार ख़तरनाक रूप ले लेता है और उकसाने पर सुखीलाला और उसकी बेटी पर हमला कर देता है। उसे गाँव से निकाल दिया जाता है और वह एक डाकू बन जाता है। सुखीलाला की बेटी की शादी के दिन वह बदला लेने वापस आता है और सुखीलाला को मार कर उसकी बेटी को भगा ले जाने की कोशिश करता है। राधा, जिसने यह वादा किया था कि बिरजू किसी को कोई हानि नहीं पहुँचाएगा, बिरजू को गोली मार देती है जो उसकी बाँहों में दम तोड़ देता है। फ़िल्म वर्तमान काल में राधा द्वारा नहर खोले जाने पर लाल रंग के बहते हुए पानी से समाप्त होती है जो धीरे धीरे खेतों में पहुँच जाता है।

In Mumbai, Cautioning the industry against getting "disillusioned so fast", top business leader Ratan Tata on Friday asked it to give 'support and opportunity' to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for delivering on his promises.

Finance ministerArun Jaitley said on Friday that the government is committed to a transparent and predictable tax regime and views taxpayers as partners and not as potential hostages or victims.

In his speech at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, Jaitley detailed the steps that the Narendra Modi government has taken to revamp the tax administration and make it non-adversarial.

"But, let me highlight an action that has not received sufficient attention. This year two high court rulings went in favour of Vodafone and Shell, which the government did not contest, reflecting our commitment to not being adversarial," Jaitley said.

On the other hand,Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) on Friday posted its biggest quarterly profit in seven years with fourth quarter net income rising 10.8% to Rs 6,240 crore as earnings from refining crude increased.

Net profit in Q4 jumped 10.8% to Rs 6,240 crore. This is the highest quarterly net profit for RIL since it clocked Rs 8,079 crore in profit in the third quarter of 2007-08.

The company earned $10.1 for every barrel of crude it turned into fuels during the quarter (call it gross refining margin or GRM), compared with $9.3 a year earlier and $7.3 in the three months ended December 31, 2014.

For the 12 months ending fiscal 2015, the company's total revenue grew by 21.2% to Rs 17,640 crore while profit before depreciation, interest and taxes (PBDIT) for the year stood at Rs 784 crore. In terms of like-for-like (LFL) growth, it was up to 17% across various format sectors during the year. The company also consolidated its leadership position by adding added 930 stores and 0.9 million square feet of operating space in the year across the sectors.

Stating that the Modi government has not completed even one year in office, Tata said, "All of us should understand that it's a new government, and we need not get disillusioned and dissatisfied with so fast."

The comments come at a time when various business leaders including HDFC chairman Deepak Parekh, Marico Group's Harsh Mariwala and the new CII president Sumit Mazumder have talked about a need for the new government's reform measures to start reflecting on the ground.

"There's a great deal of hope in the inspirational leadership of Modi. He is still in the early stages of defining what he hopes to deliver a new India. The implementation hasn't really taken form this year. But we still have to give him the opportunity to implement what he has promised," Tata said in Mumbai.

He was replying to a query on his views about the economy under the new regime during the convocation of the 'Mumbai International School of Business Bocconi'. Expressing confidence that the prime minister will deliver on his promises, Tata said "We're all hopeful that the country will move forward in the manner that Modi predicted. "We really need to support it if we need to have a new country and outlook both internationally as well as domestically."

He added: "In short, we're all hopeful that the country will move forward in the manner that Modi predicted."

Mazumder said Friday at a press conference in the national capital that the Modi government has taken forward reforms in various areas but issues like land acquisition were still coming across as key bottlenecks for implementation of large projects, while the industry has also been experiencing obstacles with regard to the Companies Act.

Mazumder also highlighted that although progress has been made in reforming labour laws, a lot needs to be done, while there are "still certain factors which need to be resolved in the ease of doing business".

The prime minister, as also other top government leaders, have asserted that all efforts are being made to improve ease of doing business.

Meanwhile, media reports say that  Ashish Kumar, the head of India's statistics office, has faced two months of questioning about how a new way of measuring GDP created the world's fastest-growing major economy overnight.

It's unlikely to end any time soon.

Until early February, when Kumar's office changed the way it measures economic activity, India was enduring its weakest run of growth since the mid-1980s. Now it is outpacing China, having grown an annual 7.5 percent in the fourth quarter of last year.

Policymakers were flummoxed by the statistical transformation, particularly as the revised data was released without a historical series, making it hard to put the number in context or understand what it was saying about the economy.

"The day starts with a question and ends with a question," Kumar told Reuters. "Almost every week we keep getting queries from RBI and the finance ministry about the data."

"We are trying to compile a historical series and hope to provide it by the end of December," he said.

Until then, the questions may keep on coming - a state of confusion that is persisting to the point where it risks wrong-footing financial markets and even policymakers.The statistics office has set up an internal panel to audit the data and invited an International Monetary Fund team to review it. The IMF review starts on April 22.

Last week, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) pointed out several gaps in the new figures, which it said clouded an accurate assessment of the economy and could lead to poor policy.

Others have been more scathing in their criticism. Morgan Stanley's Ruchir Sharma, for example, has called the new numbers a "bad joke" aimed at a "wholesale rewriting of history".

The statistics office says the new calculation, which measures GDP by market prices instead of factor costs, is more in line with global practise and helps to better understand the structural changes taking place in the economy.

The RBI and finance ministry agree, and aren't questioning the decision to change the methodology. But they can't reconcile the data with other indicators showing less vibrant growth.

For example, the new, robust expansion doesn't correspond to subdued corporate earnings and weak industrial production - and statisticians disagree over the way a new data set is used.

The statistics office attributes the divergence to the use of an improved database of hundreds of thousands of private companies. Previously, a small sample of large firms was used.

But R. Nagaraj, an independent member of a government-appointed panel that first suggested using the companies database to calculate GDP, says the mismatch reflects a decision to extrapolate the new data instead of taking it as a straight reading of output.

As a result, Nagaraj said, gross value addition in manufacturing is more than double the figure his panel's suggested methodology would have produced.

Kumar, the head of the statistics office, said the rationale was to make the samples comparable over a period of time.

"There has to be some benchmarking so that you compare the comparable," Kumar said. "We haven't come across any defect in our methodology."

"We don't have any political agenda," Kumar said. "Whatever questions are coming, we are answering them."

I thought of sharing with all of you a few important initiatives that our Government have decided to take.

After our huge success of Fair Price Medicine shops and Diagnostic Centres, the state government would soon make treatment of all types of cancer, cardiac problems and blood disorders completely free in state government-run hospitals and medical colleges.

The services to be provided would include all types of medicines, radiation therapy, surgical procedures like open heart surgery, bypass surgery, repair and replacement of valves and insertion of different types of implants like stents and pace makers.

The scope of treatment of blood disorders including blood cancer, thalassemia, alplastic anaemia, hemophilia, etc would also be enhanced to offer universal coverage.

The programme will be launched very soon after tying up the logistics and other issues.

अभी अभी रुपा गांगुली के ग्लेमर को अपराजेय ममता का विकल्प बनाने की जोर कोशशि भी हुई लेकिन कोलकाता नगर निगम के लिए आज हो रहे मतदान के दिन मीडिया ने ऐलान कर दिया कि लहलहाती कमल की फसल मुरझा गयी है।

यूपी की तरह अतिवृष्यि या शिलावृष्टि बंगाल में अभी हुई नहीं है।आगे मानसून क्या हाल होगा बंग विजय के अश्वमेध अभियान का।

मलेरिया या डीसेंट्री किस बीमारी का शिकार हो जायेगा केसरिया रंग,कहना मुश्किल है।

बहरहाल मुकाबला अब सीधे वाम दलों और सत्तादल तृणमूल कांग्रेस के बीच है।केसरिया कहीं नहीं है।

कोलकाता में आज दर्जनों जगह चुनाव संघर्ष लाइव है टीवी चैनलों पर।

कहीं बम फट रहे हैं तो कहीं मीडियाकर्मियों पर हमले हो रहे हैं।तो कहीं गोली चल रही है।कहीं बूथ जाम है तो कहीं मारामारी है तो कहीं लाठीचार्ज है।

कोलकाता अब कुरुक्षेत्र है और इस कुरुक्षेत्र में कल्कि वाहिनी का अता पता नहीं है।लहू से लथपथ तमाम चेहरे वामपंथी है।

चुनाव जीते या हारे,सत्तादल को चुनौती देने का जनाधार और संगठन सिर्फ वामदलों के पास हैं।इसके उलट मीडिया,अकूत दौलत और उग्र धर्मोन्माद को छोड़ संघ परिवार के पास न संगठन है और न जनाधार।

संगठन और नेतृत्व में मामूली फेरबदल से ही वाम का कायाकल्प होते दीख रहा है।वामदलों को अक्ल कब आयेगी कि नेतृत्व और संगठन में सभी वर्गों को समुचित प्रतिनिधित्व देने की हालत में नजारा जो बदलने वाला है,उसका अंदाजा लगायें।

मैदान छोड़कर जो वामपक्ष ने खुल्ला खेल केसरिया बना दिया था, वह वाम के मैदान में आते ही सिरे से बदल गया है।

गौरतलब है कि चुनावी सर्वेक्षणों के मुताबिक दूसरे स्थान के लिए भाजपा का मुकाबला माकपा से बताया जा रहा था।मसलन एसी नीलसन और एबीपी आनंद की ओर से कराए गए चुनाव पूर्व सर्वेक्षण में निगम की 144 सीटों में से 103 सीट तृणमूल की झोली में जाने का अनुमान है। जबकि तृणमूल के आंतरिक आकलन के अनुसार उसे 115 सीट मिलेंगी। ममता बनर्जी की पार्टी के लिए सबसे बड़ी चिंता उनकी पार्टी के बागी नेता ही हैं, जो कई वार्डों से निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार के तौर पर चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं।

तृणमूल के एक वरिष्ठï नेता ने बताया, 'करीब 20 से अधिक वार्डों में बागी उम्मीदवार हैं और हम उम्मीद कर रहे हैं कि वे हमारे लिए मुश्किलें खड़ी नहीं करें। नगर निगम के इन चुनावों में इसके अतिरिक्त तृणमूल किसी अन्य बात को लेकर चिंतित नहीं है।' जबकि माकपा और भाजपा दूसरे स्थान के लिए लड़ रही हैं। महज एक पखवाड़ा पहले ही भाजपा को तृणमूल के लिए कड़ी चुनौती माना जा रहा था। लेकिन अब ऐसा लग रहा है कि वामदलों का प्रदर्शन भाजपा से अच्छा रहेगा।

बाकी देश में भी वामपक्ष प्राक्षी लड़ाई छोड़कर पहले करें मैदान में उतरने का तो हाशिये पर खड़ा वामपक्ष फिर उठ खड़ा हो सकता है।

इसी बीच बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने ऐन चुनाव से पहले अपने फेसबुक पेज के जरिये कैंसर के इलाज और दिल का आपरेशन मुफ्त कराने का ऐलान करके सनसनी फैला दी है।कोलकाता नगर निगम चुनाव के एक दिन पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी द्वारा चुनावी आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन का आरोप लगा है। विपक्ष का आरोप है कि मुख्यमंत्री ने सोशल मीडिया पर  शुक्रवार को राज्य में कैंसर का इलाज मुफ्त किये जाने के साथ हृदय रोगियों की बाइपास सर्जरी और ब्लड डिसऑर्डर के रोगियों का मुफ्त इलाज करवाने का वायदा करते हुए पोस्ट डाला, जो कि चुनावी आचार संहिता का साफ उल्लंघन है।

पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने शुक्रवार को घोषणा की कि सभी प्रकार के कैंसर, ह्वदय संबंधी समस्याएं और रक्त विकार का राज्य में सरकार संचालित अस्पतालों में पूरी तरह मुफ्त इलाज किया जा सकेगा।

अपने फेसबुक पेज पर बनर्जी ने लिखा है, ""उचित मूल्य की दवा की दुकान और जांच केंद्रों में बड़ी सफलता मिलने के बाद राज्य सरकार शीघ्र ही सभी प्रकार के कैंसर, ह्वदय संबंधी समस्याएं और रक्त संबंधी विकार को राज्य सरकार संचालित अस्पतालों व मेडिकल कॉलेजों में पूरी तरह मुफ्त इलाज कराएगी।""

बनर्जी ने कहा कि मुफ्त मुहैया कराई जाने वाली सेवा में सभी प्रकार की दवाएं, रेडिएशन थेरेपी, ओपन हार्ट सर्जरी, बाइपास सर्जरी, वाल्वों को दुरूस्त करने और बदलने जैसी सर्जिकल प्रक्रियाएं और विभिन्न प्रकार के उपकरण जैसे स्टेंट और पेस मेकर लगाने का काम शामिल होगा। उन्होंने कहा, ""रक्त कैंसर, थैलेसेमिया, अलप्लास्टिक अनीमिया, हेमोफीलिया इत्यादि रक्त विकारों के इलाज को सभी लोगों तक पहुंचाया जाएंगा।""

गौरतलब है दीदी अब भी सितारों के भरोसे हैं और बेहद रणनीति के तहत उनने मतदान से ऐन पहले भाजपा की रुपा गांगुली की गिरफ्तारी न करने के लिए बाकायदा पुलिस से जवाब तलब करके मुकाबला लोकसभा चुनावों की तरह फिर तृणमूल बनाम भाजपा बनाने की भरसक कोशिश की।

गौरतलब है कि कोलकाता नगर निगम चुनाव के अंतिम दिन तृणमूल सुप्रीमो व मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी गुरुवार को सुकांत सेतु से गरियाहाट और बाड़ीगंज फाड़ी से गोपालनगर तक जुलूस निकाला। जुलूस में कोलकाता के निवर्तमान मेयर शोभन चटर्जी, सांसद ,अभिनेता देव, सोहम, श्रावंती, सायंतिका सहित तमाम उजले सितारे शामिल थे।

दीदी ने रैली के आरंभ में भाजपा नेता अभिनेत्री रूपा गांगुली पर हमला बोला।गौरतलब है कि रूपा गांगुली ने आरोप लगाया था कि गोपालनगर में चुनावी सभा को संबोधित करने के दौरान तृणमूल समर्थकों ने उनके साथ धक्का मुक्की की थी।

दीदी ने कहा कि सभी पार्टियों के झंडे का सम्मान है। यदि कोई अपराध करता है, वह खुद ही उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई का निर्देश देती हैं। उन्हें गिरफ्तार किया जाता है, लेकिन यदि कोई उन लोगों के झंडे को फाड़ता है, उसे पैर के नीचे रौंदता है, तो फिर उसे क्यों गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जायेगा।

याद करें कि इसे पहले ममता बनर्जी सरकार ने विश्र्व हिंदू परिषद (विहिप) के अंतरराष्ट्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष प्रवीण तोगडि़या के राज्य में प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध लगाने का फैसला किया। कहा गया कि यदि तोगडि़या बंगाल में जल-थल या वायु मार्ग से भी प्रवेश करते हैं तो उनको गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा। राज्य सरकार के गृह विभाग की ओर से ऐसा निर्देश सभी जिला प्रशासन को भेजा गया। लेकिन तोगड़िया ठीक वैेसे ही नहीं ाये जैसे पूर्व घोषणा के मुताबिक प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और भाजपा अध्यक्ष अमित शाह नहीं आये।

हम फिर मई दिवस मनाने की अपील कर रहे हैं।

मेहनतकश तबके के हक हकूक की लड़ाई तेज करके ही चूंकि देश बेचो फासिस्ट फरेबी बजरंगियों से देश को बचाने की चुनौती है

हम फिर सड़कों,खेतों और बाजारों,कालेजों और विश्वविद्यालयों में मई दिवस मनाने की अपील कर रहे हैं।इस केसरिया कयामती मंजर में मिलियन बिलियनर सत्ता वर्ग से बाहर हर इंसान ,हर औरत की जिंदगी अब वंचित मेहनतकश की जिंदगी है।जितनीजल्दी हम मेहनतकश तबके के साथ अपनी अपनी पहचान खूंटी पर टांगकर लामबंद हो सकेंगे, उतनी ही तेजी से टूटेगा मुक्तबाजारी फासिस्ट जायनी जनसंहारी यह केसरिया हिंदू साम्राज्यवादी तिलिस्म।

मेहनतकश तबके के हक हकूक की लड़ाई तेज करके ही चूंकि देश बेचो फासिस्ट फरेबी बजरंगियों से देश को बचाने की चुनौती है।

हमारे साथ मीडिया नहीं है तो हमें खुद जिंदा मीडिया बनकर जन जागरण का थूफान खड़ा करना होगा।

शुरुआत के लिए दुनियाभर की मेहनतकश तबके के खून से रंगे मई दिवस के अलावा कोई और बेहतर दिन रक्तनदियों के इस देश में हो नहीं सकता।

श्रमिक संगठनों को वैध बनाया बाबासाहेब ने तो काम के गंटे बी उनने तय किये औरमहिलाओं को मातृत्व अवकाश से लेकर स्थाई नौकरी के कायदे कानून भी उन बाबासाहेब ने बनाये।

बाबासाहेब को केसरिया रंग से पोतकर उन्हें नाथूराम गोडसे बनाने का खेल जो संघ परिवार कर रहा हैै,उसकी बिजनेस फ्रेंडली सरकार ने तमाम श्रम कानूनों को अबाध विदेशी पूंजी निवेश के तहत हजारों हजार ईस्ट कंपनियों के मुनाफे के लिए मेहनतकश तबके को बंधुआ मजदूर बनाने,संपूर्ण निजीकरण और रोजगार के मौकों से वंचित करने और बूखों मारने के लिए सिरे से खत्म कर दिया है।

मिलियनरों बिलियनरों की संसद में श्रम कानूनों का कोई विरोध नहीं हुआ तो मेहनतकश तबके के स्वयंभू रहनुमा लालझंडे के दावेदारों और बाबासाहेब के अनुयायी होने का दावा करने वाले नीले झंडे के पहरुओं के लिए कम से कम मई दिवस से कोई बेहतर दिन नहीं हो सकता कि मेहनतकश तबके के हक हकूक की आवाज नये सिरे से देश भर में एक साथ उटायी जाये।

अभी अभी अमाजेन, फ्लिप कर्ट,स्नैप डील,और अलीबाबा के खुदरा कारोबार दखल कर लेने के बाद ओला कंपनी ने चार अरब डालर की पूंजी देशी विदेशी निवेशकों से बटोरी है कि भारत के खुदरा बाजार से इस देश के कारोबारियों को बेदखल कर दिया जाये।थोक दरों पर किसानों की आत्महत्या खेती और देहात को मेहनतकश तबके में शामिल होकर रोज कुंआ खोदो रोज पानी पिओ की हैसियत में लाकर पटका है।

रोजगार के लिए अब अति दक्ष अति कुशल चुनिंदे लोगों के अलावा मुक्तबाजार के संपूर्ण पीपीपी माडल परमाणु विध्वंस बुलेट विकास में मेकिंग इन में कोई जगह नहीं है।

लिहाजा किसानों और मजदूरोे के अलावा इस देश के बच्चों,छात्रों,महिलाओं का भविष्य भी यही बेहिसाब तेजी से बढ़ती वंचित मेहनतकश दुनिया है।

इस दुनिया को अब हिंदू साम्राज्यवाद के खिलाफ खड़ा ही होना है और मेहनतकश तबके की लड़ाई ,जल जंगल जमीन की लड़ाई से कतई अलहदा नहीं है।

अब पूरे देश को जोड़कर हिंदू साम्राज्यवादी  कारपोरेट केसरिया के खिलाफ तमाम रंगों के इंद्रधनुष बनाकर लड़ने के सिवाय इस मृत्यु उपत्यका से बच निकलने का कोई रास्ता बचा नहीं है।

आपको याद होगा कि हमने पिछले 26 नवंबर को संविधान दिवस मनाने  की अपील की थी।तब देशभर में हमारे साथियों ने संविधान दिवस मनाया।महाराष्ट्र और दूसरे राज्यों में गैर अंबेडकर अनुयायी भी हर साल संविदान दिवस मनाते हैं।

महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने इसे राजकीय उत्सव बना डाला तो वहां बहुजनोंके संगठित होने का मौका हाथ से निकल गया।

संविधान की मसविदा कमेटी के अध्यक्ष बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर हैं और इसलिए देश भर में बहुजन उनकी जयंती,उनके परानिर्वाण दिवस और उनकी दीक्षा तिथि मनाने की रस्म अदायगी की तरह सालों से संविधान दिवसे मनाते रहे हैं।

संविधान और संप्रभुता,स्वतंत्रता और लोकतंत्र का कोई किस्सा इस भावावेग में होता नहीं है।अंबेडकरी आंदोलन केसरिया सुनामी की तरह ही अब तक भावनाओं का कारोबार रहा है और देश के आम लोगों,वंचित बहुजनों,स्त्रियों,बच्चों,किसानों,कर्मचारियों,छात्रों,युवाओं मजदूरों और समूचे मेहनतकश वर्ग के लिए वंचितों के साथ साथ बाबासाहेब की जो आजीवन सक्रियता रही है,उसकी कोई निरंतरता इसीलिए नहीं है।

अंबेडकर के नाम भावनाओं पर आधारित पहचान की राजनीति से न सिर्फ बाबासाहेब के जाति उन्मूलन के एजंडे के विपरीत मनुस्मृति शासन एक तहत बहुजनों का संहार कार्निवाल बन गया है यह केसरिया कारपोरेट मुक्तबाजारी समय,बल्कि इसी आत्मघाती विचलन की वजह से हिंदुत्व सुनामी में सामाहित हैं अंबेडकरी आंदोलन और स्वयं अंबेडकर भी।

हमने हस्तक्षेप पर संघ परिवार के झूठे दावों के खिलाफ बहुजनों और मुसलमानों से खासतौर पर लिखने का खुला न्यौता दिया हुआ है।

मुसलमानों को इसलिए कि उनके खिलाफ बाबासाहेब के हवाले से इस्लाम मुक्त बारत के संघी एजंडा के तहत अभूतपूर्व घृणा अभियान छेड़ दिया गया है और बहुजनों से इसलिए कि वे बाबासाहेब के आंदोलन और विरासत के दावेदार है।

अभी तक इन तबकों से कोई प्रतिक्रिया भी नहीं मिली है।

जैसे कि बहुजन पलक पांवड़े बिछाये हिदुत्व के बव्य राममंदिर में बाबासाहेब की हत्या के बाद बाबासाहेब की स्वर्ण प्रतिमा की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा का इंतजार ही नहीं कर रह कर रहे हैं,बल्कि कतारबद्ध है विष्णु भगवान के नये अवतार  की शास्त्रसम्मत पूजा अर्चना के लिए।

हम फिर मई दिवस मनाने की अपील कर रहे हैं।मेहनतकश तबके के हक हकूक की लड़ाई तेज करके ही चूंकि देश बेचो फासिस्ट फरेबी बजरंगियों से देश को बचाने की चुनौती है।

Comrade Sitaram Yechury has been elected by the Central Committee as the new General Secretary of the CPI(M). At the meeting of the new Central Committee, Prakash Karat suggested the name of Sitaram Yechury, and S. Ramachandran Pillai seconded. The proposal was approved unanimously by the Central Committee

Comrade Yechuri is the first General Secretary after Comrade PC Joshi,who despite belonging to Andhra,may speak Hindi very fluently.I dare to speak that CPIM has been missing the opportunity to address thee masses because every GS chose English to communicate.The huge communication gap should be wiped,we should hope for the better.

Comrade Yechury knows the ground reality better than us as he has been in the Party Polit Bureau for long and should have the constant flow of grass root level feedback.

It is better for Bengal as the new comrade GS represented Bengal in Rajya Sabha.

श्रमिक संगठनों को वैध बनाया बाबासाहेब ने तो काम के घंटे भी उनने तय किये और महिलाओं को मातृत्व अवकाश से लेकर स्थाई नौकरी के कायदे कानून भी उन बाबासाहेब ने बनाये।

बाबासाहेब को केसरिया रंग से पोतकर उन्हें नाथूराम गोडसे बनाने का खेल जो संघ परिवार कर रहा हैै,उसकी बिजनेस फ्रेंडली सरकार ने तमाम श्रम कानूनों को अबाध विदेशी पूंजी निवेश के तहत हजारों हजार ईस्ट कंपनियों के मुनाफे के लिए मेहनतकश तबके को बंधुआ मजदूर बनाने,संपूर्ण निजीकरण और रोजगार के मौकों से वंचित करने और भूखों मारने के लिए सिरे से खत्म कर दिया है।

मिलियनरों बिलियनरों की संसद में श्रम कानूनों  को खत्म करने का कोई विरोध,किसी किस्म का विरोध नहीं हुआ तो मेहनतकश तबके के स्वयंभू रहनुमा लाल झंडे के दावेदारों और बाबासाहेब के अनुयायी होने का दावा करने वाले नीले झंडे के पहरुओं के लिए कम से कम मई दिवस से कोई बेहतर दिन नहीं हो सकता कि मेहनतकश तबके के हक हकूक की आवाज नये सिरे से देश भर में एक साथ उठायी जाये।

The Communist Party of India (Marxist) on Saturday adopted a resolution accusing the Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress of indulging in "massive rigging" of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation election.

The election to KMC witnessed yet another round of massive rigging by the ruling Trinamool Congress which mobilised "goondas" from different parts of West Bengal, as per the resolution passed at CPI(M)'s ongoing 21st National Congress here in Andhra Pradesh.

"The West Bengal State Election Commission with all the machinery at its command has remained a silent spectator to the chaos being spread by the ruling party. It has even expressed its helplessness in public," the resolution said. The voters are threatened not to go to polling stations and are prevented from doing so by the ruling party members, it claimed. Incidents of sporadic violence were reported during voting, which is viewed as a "semi-final" to West Bengal Assembly elections due next year.

On the other hand, West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee described election to the Kolkata Municipal Corporation as by and large peaceful. "Today's voting was a peaceful one. I'm telling this only after the elections are over," Banerjee told reporters, after visiting the injured Kolkata Police sub-inspector at a city hospital this evening.

"Voting was held at 144 wards of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation...There were a few stray incidents at four-five places which were immediately taken care of by the police, for which I thank them," Banerjee said. She appealed to the opposition parties not to "incite unrest for the sake of political gain which would become a reason of trouble for the common man".

Describing the condition of the injured SI as "stable", the chief minister went on to praise him for "good record" in the service. "There was a scuffle at Girish Park where our SI Jagannath Mondal was hit by a bullet on his back. Doctors have seen him and they will take a decision on when to operate him for his injury...Thank God that he is okay. I wish speedy recovery of his," Banerjee said.

আজকালের প্রতিবেদন: ভোটের দিন গোলমাল থামাতে গিয়ে গুলিবিদ্ধ হলেন গিরিশ পার্ক থানার গুন্ডাদমন শাখার অফিসার জগন্নাথ মণ্ডল৷‌ তাঁকে রাতে সি এম আর আই হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করা হয়৷‌ গুলিবিদ্ধ পুলিসকর্মী খবর পেয়ে রাতেই হাসপাতালে যান মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা ব্যানার্জি৷‌ সঙ্গে ছিলেন নগরপাল সুরজিৎ করপুরকায়স্হ৷‌ এদিন রাতে ৩ জনকে গ্রেপ্তার করা হয়৷‌ মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন, উনি খুবই ভাল অফিসার৷‌ গিরিশ পার্কের রাজেন্দ্র মল্লিক লেনে দুই রাজনৈতিক দলের মধ্যে গন্ডগোল চলছিল৷‌ বোমা পড়ছে বলে অভিযোগ পায় পুলিস৷‌ থানার সহকারী সাব ইনস্পেক্টরকে সঙ্গে নিয়ে তিনি সেখানে যান৷‌ পৌনে চারটে নাগাদ থানায় খবর আসে তৃণমূল ও কংগ্রেসের কয়েকজন সমর্থক বচসায় জড়িয়ে পড়েছেন, বোমা পড়ছে৷‌ জগন্নাথ মণ্ডল পৌঁছানোর পরই গুলি ছুটে আসে৷‌ তাঁর কাঁধের একটু নিচেই গুলি লাগে৷‌ তৎক্ষণাৎ তিনি সেখানে পড়ে যান৷‌ সঙ্গে সঙ্গে তাঁকে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয় হাসপাতালে৷‌ লালবাজারে নগরপাল সুরজিৎ করপুরকায়স্হ সাংবাদিক বৈঠকে বিকেলে বলেন, গুলিবিদ্ধ হওয়ার খবর পাইনি৷‌ খোঁজ নেব৷‌ পরে তিনি যুগ্ম্মনগরপাল (সদর) রাজীব মিশ্রর কাছ থেকে ঘটনা সম্পর্কে খোঁজখবর নেন৷‌ সাংবাদিক বৈঠকে নগরপাল বলেন, যথাযথ পুলিসি প্রস্তুতি থাকায় পুরভোটে বড় ধরনের কোনও ঘটনা ঘটেনি৷‌ বড় প্রস্তুতি ছিল৷‌ ৩২ হাজার কর্মী ছিলেন৷‌ পদস্হ অফিসারেরাও ছিলেন৷‌ ঘটনার খবর পেলেই পুলিস দ্রুত পৌঁছেছে৷‌ ব্যবস্হা নিয়েছে৷‌ বিচ্ছিন্নভাবে বোমা পড়েছে৷‌ তবে পরস্পরকে লক্ষ্য করে বোমা ছোঁড়া হয়নি৷‌ ৪ হাজার ৭০০-র মতো বুথ ছিল৷‌ কলকাতা পুলিসের ২৮০ বর্গ কিমি এলাকায় ব্যবস্হা নেওয়ায় বড় ঘটনা এড়ানো গেছে৷‌ মোট ৫৮ জনকে গ্রেপ্তার করা হয়েছে৷‌ ১৮টা বোমা উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে৷‌ ১টি পিস্তল পাওয়া গেছে৷‌ পুলিস নিরপেক্ষভাবে, পেশাদারি মনোভাব নিয়ে কাজ করেছে৷‌ ভোট-পরবর্তী কোনও অপ্রীতিকর ঘটনা না ঘটে, সেজন্য ব্যবস্হা রাখা আছে৷‌ দুটি গুলি চালনার ঘটনা ঘটেছে৷‌ একটি জাদুঘরের সামনে৷‌ অন্যটি বাঘাযতীন এলাকায়৷‌ রাজনৈতিক দলগুলোর থেকে অভিযোগ এসেছে৷‌ অভিযোগ পেলেই পুলিস দেখেছে৷‌ রতনবাবু ঘাট, রাজাবাজার, টাকিতে বোমা পড়েছে৷‌ এদিকে গিরিশ পার্কের রাজেন্দ্র মল্লিক লেনে বোমাবাজির ঘটনার খবর পেয়ে জগন্নাথ মণ্ডল নামে এক পুলিসকর্মী যান৷‌ তাঁর গায়ে স‍্প্লিন্টার লাগে৷‌ রটে যায়, তাঁকে লক্ষ্য করে গুলি চালানো হয়েছে৷‌ যুগ্ম্মনগরপাল (সদর) রাজীব মিশ্র বলেন, গায়ে গুলি লেগেছে না বোমার টুকরো, তা দেখা হচ্ছে৷‌ আহত পুলিসকর্মীকে একটি বেসরকারি হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করা হয়েছে৷‌ এদিকে সংবাদ সংগ্রহে গিয়ে একটি বেসরকারি টিভি চ্যানেলের সাংবাদিককে সহকারী কমিশনার সুদীপ্ত নাগ চড় মেরেছেন বলে অভিযোগ৷‌ এ ব্যাপারে নগরপাল জানান, খোঁজ নেব৷‌ প্রয়োজনে ব্যবস্হা নেওয়া হবে৷‌ রাতে জানা গেছে, তার বিরুদ্ধে থানায় এফ আই আর করা হয়েছে৷‌ পুরসভা নির্বাচনে সংবাদমাধ্যমের ওপর আক্রমণে নিন্দা করেছে ক্যালকাটা জার্নালিস্ট ক্লাব৷‌ প্রেস বিবৃতিতে বলা হয়েছে, কমিশনের দেওয়া বৈধ, সচিত্র পরিচয়পত্র থাকা সত্ত্বেও সাংবাদিকদের হুমকির মুখে পড়তে হয়েছে৷‌ অনেক জায়গায় আটকে দেওয়া হয়েছে৷‌ সাংবাদিকরা যাতে স্বাধীনভাবে কাজ করতে পারেন সেদিকে নজর দেওয়ার জন্য প্রশাসনের কাছে দাবি জানানো হয়েছে৷‌

আজকালের প্রতিবেদন: কলকাতা পুরভোটে ২০০০টি বুথে পুনর্নির্বাচনের দাবি জানাল বামফ্রন্ট৷‌ দাবি মানা না হলে ধর্মঘটের হুঁশিয়ারি দিয়েছে ফ্রন্ট৷‌ শনিবার কলকাতা পুরভোট শেষে বামফ্রন্টের জরুরি সভা ডাকা হয়৷‌ ভোটে শাসকদলের সন্ত্রাসের প্রতিবাদে আজ, রবিবার পথে নামছে বামেরা৷‌ পাশাপাশি কাল, সোমবার মিছিলের ডাক দিয়েছে তারা৷‌ এদিন বামফ্রন্টের বৈঠক শেষে সি পি এম রাজ্য দপ্তরে সাংবাদিক বৈঠকের আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল৷‌ সি পি এম নেতা রবীন দেব অভিযোগ করেন, নজিরবিহীন সন্ত্রাস হয়েছে পুরভোটে৷‌ এই ভোট প্রহসনের ভোটে পরিণত হয়েছে৷‌ তিনি বলেন, ২০০০টি বুথে পুনর্নির্বাচনের দাবি জানাচ্ছি৷‌ যারা ভোটে গন্ডগোল পাকিয়েছে, তাদের গ্রেপ্তার করতে হবে৷‌ ২৮ এপ্রিল পর্যম্ত দেখব৷‌ না হলে ধর্মঘটের দিকেও যেতে পারি৷‌ বাংলা বন‍্ধও হতে পারে৷‌ তিনি বলেন, নজিরবিহীন সন্ত্রাস উপেক্ষা করে যাঁরা ভোট দিয়েছেন, তাঁদের অভিনন্দন৷‌ বাম কর্মীরা দাঁতে দাঁত চেপে লড়াই করেছেন৷‌ তাঁদেরও অভিনন্দন জানাচ্ছি৷‌ পুরভোটে শতাধিক কর্মী-সমর্থক আহত হয়েছেন৷‌ আক্রাম্তদের পাশে রয়েছি আমরা৷‌ এদিনের সাংবাদিক বৈঠকে উপস্হিত ছিলেন সি পি এম নেতা রবীন দেব, সুজন চক্রবর্তী, সি পি আই নেতা মঞ্জুকুমার মজুমদার, সি পি এম কলকাতা জেলা সম্পাদক নিরঞ্জন চ্যাটার্জি, ফরওয়ার্ড ব্লকের হাফিজ আলম সইরানি, আর এস পি-র মনোজ ভট্টাচার্য প্রমুখ৷‌ সুজন চক্রবর্তীর দাবি, বহিরাগত দুষ্কৃতীরা ভোট লুট করেছে৷‌ শতাধিক বাম কর্মী আহত৷‌ অনেক মহিলা কর্মী আক্রাম্ত হয়েছেন৷‌ বাম কর্মীরা দাঁতে দাঁত চেপে লড়াই করেছেন৷‌ যুদ্ধ করার মতো মনোভাব নিয়ে তৃণমূলের বহিরাগত দুষ্কৃতীরা নিয়ন্ত্রণের চেষ্টা করেছে ভোটপর্ব৷‌ এদিন রবীন দেব বলেন, এই ভোট প্রহসনের ভোটে পরিণত হয়েছে৷‌ ফলে মানুষের রায়ের সঠিক প্রতিফলন হতে পারে না৷‌ কলকাতা জেলা বামফ্রন্টের আহ্বায়ক দিলীপ সেন, সি পি এম নেতা ফুয়াদ হালিম পুলিসের সামনে আক্রাম্ত হয়েছেন৷‌ দুষ্কৃতীরা পুলিসের লজিস্টিক নিয়ে গোটা কলকাতায় সন্ত্রাস চালিয়েছে৷‌ দুই ২৪ পরগনা, বর্ধমান, হাওড়া থেকে দুষ্কৃতীরা ভিড় জমিয়েছিল পুরভোটে৷‌ রাজ্য নির্বাচন কমিশনার সরকারের হাতের পুতুল হয়ে গেছে৷‌ দুষ্কৃতীদের মদত দিয়েছে তৃণমূল৷‌ নজিরবিহীন সন্ত্রাস হয়েছে কলকাতা পুরভোটে৷‌ রাজ্য নির্বাচন কমিশন তা মেনে নিয়েছে৷‌ তিনি বলেন, বামফ্রন্ট গত পুরভোটে যে ওয়ার্ডে জিতেছিল, ২০১৪ সালে লোকসভা ভোটে এগিয়ে ছিল, সেখানে টার্গেট করে বাধা দেওয়া হয়েছে৷‌ ৬৫টি ওয়ার্ডে গন্ডগোল হয়েছে৷‌ তৃণমূলের হিংস্র, জল্লাদ বাহিনী পুলিসের মদতে সন্ত্রাস চালিয়েছে৷‌ পর্যবেক্ষক, বিশেষ পর্যবেক্ষকদের নির্দিষ্ট অভিযোগ জানানোও হয়েছে৷‌ কলকাতার বুথগুলির একটি বড় অংশে ভোটারদের বাধা দেওয়া হয়েছে৷‌ তাঁর অভিযোগ, ৬৭, ৬৫, ৬০ নম্বর ওয়ার্ড-সহ আরও ওয়ার্ডে পোলিং এজেন্টদের ঢুকতে দেওয়া হয়নি৷‌ প্রিসাইডিং অফিসার ভোটারদের বলেছেন, ভোট দেওয়া হয়ে গেছে৷‌ ২০০০টি বুথে পুনর্নির্বাচন দাবি করছি৷‌ দাবি পূরণ না হলে ধর্মঘটের দিকেও যেতে পারি৷‌ বাংলা বন‍্ধও হতে পারে বলে হুঁশিয়ারি তাঁর৷‌ রবীন দেবের আরও অভিযোগ, নির্বাচন কমিশনের গাফিলতিতে শ্যামল চক্রবর্তী, তাঁর মেয়ে ঊষসী চক্রবর্তী, গৌতম দেবের ছেলে সপ্তর্ষি, বর্ষীয়ান বাম নেতা সাধন গুপ্ত ভোট দিতে পারেননি৷‌
